Really nice menu which makes healthy food sound interesting. Only thing is, it's not quite as healthy (nor quite as creative) as it could be. Lots of times there is gluten, dairy and suga r where it would not be hard to omit it or reduce it. And some dishes like pasta with Alfredo sauce are anything but healthy, even with the whole wheat pasta option. Also fried wontons and similar toppings sometimes make the dish. But still a solid choice for healthy food on the go, or when dining with less healthy eaters, if you aren't afraid to make a modification or two. read more

I am addicted to their Mac and cheese here. I always add chicken. I have found this this is one of the only things that I like here and I have had other things that are only sub par. I also find it to be quite expensive. They charge you for everything, add chicken, side of sauce, etc. The drinks here are weirdly expensive and I haven't had one that was worth what they charge. Their marinara sauce is really good and I like to get the breadsticks with them but it's an extra 5-6 dollars to add those things. I will go back for the Mac and cheese, but only 4 stars because it is a little pricy and none of the employees there have been friendly. They don't make suggestions on food when asked, and sometimes have an attitude. There is always someone new working there when I go in. read more

Twisted Noodle has been one of our go-to cafes since they opened. The food is delish and it CAN be heathy depending on what you order. My fave has been the southwest power bowl which normally comes with chicken and cheese. Being vegan I sub the ckicken with tofu and have them hold the cheese. I would always rate my meal with 5 stars. HOWEVER, Chef Cam has appraently turned the cooking over to other emplyees while he spends his time at his new operation, The Hive. The food has gone downhill at Twisted, at least as far as the southwest power bowl is concerned. The tofu isn't flavorful or crispy anymore, there are way too many onions, too few beans, no scoop of guac, and the overpowering taste is now lime. My wife also has a favorite dish but remarked recently that hers is also missing the main ingredient which is CAM and his skills as a chef!!!! Please come back soon and bring back the good old days and the 5 star rating. read more

This is one of my favorite places to eat! The pasta is so good and cooked perfectly. Everyone that works there is very nice and will explain anything on the menu and how to adjust it to your liking. I always get the spinach and sausage pasta, the sauce is addicting. The lemon shrimp pasta is also amazing. I would like if they put more than 4 pieces of shrimp on it. Twisted Noodle has be my favorite for years. It was always a place I could go to for vegetarian and gluten free food. But recently the last 3 to 4 experiences haven't been good for me. This last visit was the worst I paid $17 for a pasta meal I ordered no chicken sub tofu to go. I got home and saw there was bacon in there I called and they told me I could bring it back and pay for a new one! I picked the bacon out because I didn't want to have to pay for a new one but still got sick from it. Their quality of food has gone down and their pricing is very high. I hate to be so disappointed with a business that I supported for a long time. read more

My husband ordered the Alfredo Noodles and didn't have to pay for the chicken that he wasn't going to eat. I tried the Southwest Quinoa Bowl. I've never had a Quinoa dish that I liked until then. It was delicious and the guacamole on it was so good that I'll ask for extra next time. I'd definitely order that again. My husband loved the Alfredo. He said it had plenty of flavor without being heavy on the stomach. The breadsticks were just okay. The bread seemed more like dinner roll bread than breadstick bread. But it was pretty inexpensive.
