This location is inside of tyler mall in the food court. To be honest it didn't meet expectations as the one in LA is a lot better but it was decent. Staff was friendly and the food came out fast. The line was short so it was nice not having to wait and still get good food. There is also a lot of space to sit and alot of tables available. these korean hotdogs are surprisingly filling, i always expect to eat it as a snack and end up barely able to finish from being full.

Looking to try something new to us in the mall, and Two Hands won. We were not disappointed the corndogs were delicious. Service was fast, friendly and helpful. The ambiance is the mall, we found a nice little table off to the side and enjoyed our dogs. I will definitely come back for another dog.

    Injeolmi, half mozzarella half beef

Korean "corn dogs", for lack of a better term, are my current guilty pleasure snack. This was my first time trying Two Hands, and I was immediately drawn to the Injeolmi as I had not seen it offered elsewhere. I went for the half mozzarella half beef sausage to get the full experience. I think the injeolmi powder and white drizzle (condensed milk?) leaned more sweet than savory, so I preferred the cheese half. I enjoyed my snack and would definitely visit a Two Hands again!

I'm addicted they're sooo good! I recommend everything! We enjoyed everything we got! It was also very filling and still super tasty even though we ordered delivery! Still fresh & piping hot! Will definitely be ordering again!!

Long wait, messy and mediocre food but not bad of a snack after strolling at the mall- that is, however, if you don't mind dry cheese dogs. They are stingy with their sauces.

I actually bought 2 hotdogs but I savagely devour the other one before I could take a pic So good! They make them fresh to order, and you can customize them too!!! The other one I got was the rice one

The banchan was delicious and had a nice variety, including radish stem kimchi, cucumber kimchi, fish cakes, soybean paste with nuts, fried eggplant, and more. Everything tasted fresh and well made. We started with the fried dumplings, which were crispy on the outside and filled with really tasty filling. The soybean stew was packed with flavor and had potatoes, onions, and zucchini--super comforting. The short ribs were juicy and flavorful, especially with a side of rice. The pork cutlet was perfectly crispy, and the dipping sauce added just the right touch of sweetness. Even the salad was good, with a dressing that wasn't too overpowering. They serve hot barley tea and water, and you can buy canned soft drinks if you want something else. Everything we had was delicious--honestly, there wasn't anything I didn't like. Prices were fair, and the customer service was great. Our waitress checked on us several times to make sure we were good and even showed us how to make rice porridge using the hot barley tea and the crispy rice at the bottom of the pot, which ended up being really good too. The inside of the restaurant is very clean, well-lit, and has lots of natural color (tans, brown). It appears to have been recently remodeled. There is plenty of seating and open space. This restaurant is great for groups of all sizes. We'll definitely be back to try more items.

I am used to soon tofu soup having multiple levels of spiciness. Also no raw egg is offered without the soup, this I also found odd. Also, banchan was very disappointing. This is what makes the meal for me. Kimchi was not fermented enough and was a pale orange color, fishcake was not offered without you asking, there were no cucumbers, scallion pancake, seasoned bean sprouts, potatoes, or noodles. The flounder offered was very tasty but again, offered at the end of the meal when we were wrapping up. I'm used to this being offered at the beginning or during meal. I think I would only go back if they ramped up their banchan but I did ask, and they said they won't really rotate their banchan :( staff was very attentive but the food will make or break it for me. Hoping I can retry in the future once they're more established.

Reading some of the previous reviews gave me a chuckle. What do you mean it was too cold inside?…read moreYou're about to stuff your face over an open fire grill. Don't want to be sweating while you're eating. Coming from highland/redlands, I am happy that there is a ayce kbbq spot in close proximity. Starting with cons: the parking is absolutely terrible. Parking spots are cramped and there's simple not enough spaces, especially during peak times. Pros: now as a long time ayce bbq lover, I understand that red castle quality is not top tier and I don't expect it to be when I go. I view red castle as an affordable joint to get my brisket and beef belly fix, which are the only two items that I basically get. It's odd reading about others experience with service, because every time I go, the service is always fast. I don't need to ask for the grill change because they are fully staffed and consistently checking in. Sure, the hospitality could improve a little but realize what you're going in there for. To stuff ya face! If you're coming here and comparing this place to other kbbq joints, you'll surely be let down. But to enjoy ayce protein for ~25 bucks without having to clean and prep a solid meal, many would realize the true gem that is Red Castle. I remember when their ayce was 13-15 bucks when they opened. Those were the days. I'm also glad that they allow single dining during the week. Not something that I'm able to take advantage of most of the time bc of work but I'm glad it's offered. To all the kbbq snobs (I'm one of them still). Go pay 40 for ayce somewhere else and be happy. Red castle is my go to for a quick fix that is close to home and affordable.

I wouldn't call this place BEST in the IE even if call it a place that's somewhat budget friendly in addition to a service fees and adding on the tip for service that's bare minimum. Quality of meats very fatty & poor & the ban chan (side dishes) are extremely overly saturated with sauce and Kim chi that wasn't fresh it was more on the SOUR and just disgusting in flavor , texture and color it doesn't seem Authentic if you know the difference of real Kim chi from other restaurants. Made several attempts to flag our server which seemed flustered and overwhelmed just for ordering extra meats and replenishing our beverages was such a huge in convenience. For KBBQ definitely in this order I'd say .. local restaurants I'd rather go to Wang Cho in riverside or chino hills U grille 2 spots in Rancho Cucamonga and As far as ayce self serve Koreana grille Riversde . If you wanna travel out hit up Orange County , Rowland heights , LA , SGV for the real deal . Would i dine here again , negative it's disgusting and poor quality of meats very fatty and rubbery texture and ban chan & soups that aren't authentic this restaurant is catered to a particular budget demographic and everything isn't just poor quality. Eating kbbq is more than just eating meat & drinkin beer .. Realistically but do what you wanna do ..

After you sit at the table and fire up the grill, it's easily 90 degrees. The bathrooms are cool, but the eating area is HOT. The food was alright, but the heat made it hard to enjoy the meal. We had a 3 year old and 8 month old with us and had to use a portable fan to cool them off. We all had sweat pouring down our faces. At one point we asked the server if we could have some ice for our water cups because the 2 water pitchers were room temp and he hesitated before saying he would add ice to the pitchers. Overall, it made a somewhat decent meal unenjoyable because we were hot the whole time. I'm not sure if this is a regular thing or if the HVAC needs to be serviced, but I would not go back unless they had functioning AC, especially during this heatwave. It wasn't just us that was having a hard time. Just before we left, a family with what looked like a newborn baby came in. They were trying to flag down a server for what seemed like 10 mins or so while they frantically fanned their baby with a menu.
