Seems like it just went up from two dollars in exchange for your phone number and email - did I sell my information for two dollars? Yup, but those days are over with - and since they already have everybody's valuable contact info they no longer need to offer the discount on entrance fee. Now thats good business. Most bay area places want four dollars these days to get in - so if your here - its still the cheapest place - the Sacramento area is like that. Can't get away with charging bay area prices. Inventory was good - so much better than Oakland or any bay area Pick N Pull for that matter. If your a fan of 80s German steel you know how difficult it is these days to get any of that good stuff. Here they had some fresh meat where vultures hadn't already been there. This happens to be right next to CoPart which I think is so convenient. I've never seen two stores compliment each other so well. Thats like salt and pepper or an avocado tree next to a lime tree. Or a weight loss center next to a McDonalds. You get the picture. I was very impressed as I left at closing time. In the parking lot there was some guy picking up every little piece of trash in the parking lot. The lot was also much better landscaped than others I've seen.

Liked this one. I found what I needed. Good store. Everyone was so nice to me. Thank you Pick-n-pullread more

Buying a car can be stressful, but Harsha at CarMax Roseville made the entire experience smooth,…read moreeasy, and enjoyable from start to finish. From the very beginning, Harsha was incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. He kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions promptly, and even took the time to respond to me on his days off. I always felt like I knew exactly what was happening and never had to wonder about the status of the process. He made both purchasing our new car and trading in our previous vehicle completely seamless. His professionalism, communication, and dedication to excellent customer service truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Harsha to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. His kindness, honesty, and commitment to his customers made all the difference, and I am so grateful for the exceptional service he provided. Thank you, Harsha, for making what can often be a stressful experience such a positive one!

I was so close purchasing a 2022 Mercedes benz Gla 300..however it was listed outside my budget.. I ended up purchasing Mercedes benz gla 4matic.. My auto team helped me pick it out... It arrived maybe 2 week later.. everything moved along fine, no game playing, no haggle hence you pay for that peace of mind, my only frustration once you purchase the vehicle service department dont return phone calls.. the number they use to text on I haven't received anything back..my only complaint to other potential buyers test drive during the day you can see any visible cosmetic damages, and come back another day test drive right around dark time to check all headlight is visible and working.. wait few days and see if you still want the vehicle also sometimes the prices may drop.. when I purchased my vehicle it was a price drop maybe less then 1k..anyways the service department can make the whole store make buyers or returning buyers have a bad experience seems after you get the car you get ghosted

This place has been nothing but a horrible experience from the get-go! We noticed that all our CD's were smashed into pieces, the car decor all broken (some missing), the registration missing, oil smears all over my car and goods. All the food that was previously in my car was now smashed and trashed inside my trunk like some dumpster. Collectable items were also missing, as well as glasses, chargers, etc. I am so extremely disappointed and disgusted that this type of business runs on trashing and "losing" their customers belongings. Even my license plate cover was bent and damaged!! This is RIDICULOUS!!! DO NOT GO HERE EVEN IF UR INSURANCE IS AFFILIATED WITH THIS SHOP. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AWFUL TREATMENT OF PERSONAL PROPERTY. THIS IS NOT OK!

The car was delivered to me in overall decent shape for a salvage car. Probably not the best place to sell your car at judging by the other reviews. But worth it for bidding on salvage cars. Mind you, the process for registering salvage cars has changed substantially this year in california due to new safety regulations. I personally don't recommend californians to bid on salvage cars. DMV aren't just checking brake and lamp now, but also every nook and cranny of the car. It's so strict now, most cars on the road probably wouldn't pass it. But this is a good option for out of state bidders looking for a bargain car.

He was very knowledgeable about the products and helped us evaluate our needs to the appropriate units. Negotiations was easy with very little back and forth and closed the deal within an hour. Once the deal was done the paperwork took longer mainly because they were so busy for Memorial Day and it seems everyone was buying a Honda- lol. Overall, nice selection of vehicle to choose from, knowledgeable staff, friendly service. This is a second car we purchased from this dealership over the last several years, so I highly recommend them.

I purchased a 2019 Honda Clarify in April of 2025 and was initally very please with my purchase. But when I went to file my taxes this year, I found out the dealership did not submit the required time of sale report to the IRS so that I could claim the clean vehicle tax credit the car qualified for. I tried reaching out to both the salesman and the finance manager who sold me the car initially for help - ironically in an email where the salesman, Malek, assured me that one I buy from Honda I'm a part of the "Honda Family", and they never responded! I called multiple times with and was told another finance manager, Kyle Smith, was responsible for filing these reports. He never returned my calls or voicemails. So finally I drove all the way to Roseville from Sacramento to handle it in person. Kyle Smith, their finance manager, was incredibly rude and dismissive, and wouldn't let me get 2 words out before interrupting to tell me there is nothing they could do. He walked off and refused to help more. I turned around and found another manager who was able to go to their "controller" Sabrina Radoff and she magically found a way to press the required buttons to file the report they should have filed a year ago. No one apologized for how I was treated by Kyle or for not returning my emails or calls until I sent an email asking for an apology and explaining how awful my encounter with this business was. Lesson learned: Do not buy from Autonation Honda of Roseville - they are happy to help before the sale, but afterwards, getting them to do basic things to help you is like pulling teeth.
