They didn't really give a shit about scheduling an appointment it's like they want to just show up when it's convenient for them. Very strange way to run a business. I was told that multiple conduct complaints have been made to Home Depot who uses this company for their cabinet installations. My experience has been no different. His actions demonstrated a lack of capacity for problem-solving when challenges arose. Instead of working to resolve issues, - knowing they are inevitable in this industry and should be expected in any remodel - the owner dismissed my concerns and pressured me with threats of fines, added fees and installation delays if the installation did not continue on his time frame. This showed no regard for the consequences and added problems, I would be left to solve. Decisions appear to have been made for the benefit of his company, not me, the customer. His installers had the means to fix the small flooring issue at the time of discovery. He would not let them, citing the company was "too busy." His decision left an entire family without a kitchen for what is now an unknown but much greater period of time than expected. Currently, there is no accountability for the consequences of the owner's choices and conduct, and the reason for my warning to everyone considering Korifi Construction in the future. Beware! It has cost me significant stress, financial increases and delays, and demonstrates his consistent disregard for the obligations owed to all of us, the customer.

Evan went way over and beyond…read more Our brand new air conditioner went out randomly during the summer heatwave and we were burning up. We went through our home warranty company and discovered that it would be almost 2 weeks before anyone could come out and provide services. We were extremely frustrated, but decided to make the appointment. When the day of our appointment came, we were told that someone would come between 1-3. When that time went by, I began to be worried. I called and texted and discovered that Evan was going to be late. I was annoyed that I had to call to get an update, but we had no other options. When Evan showed up, he was very apologetic. He stated that his previous job had run late and he would do what it took to fix what problems we were having. It turns out that we had a bad transformer, the wrong plug was installed for our furnace and the wiring had been done incorrectly. Evan stayed until almost 7 pm to correct every issue and made sure to test everything before leaving. He is a man of his word and he did a good job. Our air works, and he even installed our new smart thermostat. He actually saved us some money because I had previously purchased a connection for the C Wire since ours wasn't present. Evan took the time to go into the access and found the original wires tucked away by the people who updated our house. Because of him, I was able to get a refund! Evan and his wife are great people and we are very satisfied customers!
