There are 3 size options - small, medium (+$3.75) and large (+$8.75) There is the option to select ratio base toppings on cup - 1/2 or 3/4 base or just base with no toppings. When I walked in, there was only one server, and he was helping a mother and daughter. There was no line, so I thought I'd be in and out in no time. The server was patient with the young girl and engaged them in friendly conversation. However, as they moved along the toppings, the server chatted at every step, which made the process feel slower. I started getting impatient and thought it was taking way too long. The server didn't acknowledged me, and eventually I got frustrated and left. My first instinct was to write a negative review. I didn't. After reflecting on it, I realized I've been here many times over the years and have always been happy with both the food and the service. This time felt slow, but it really wasn't the server's fault, he was simply trying to provide thoughtful, attentive service. The real issue was me who was in a hurry and lacked patience. Had I not been rushed I wouldn't have left or felt frustrated at all. Running a retail business is tough, and I am reminded that a single bad review can hurt a small local business. I'm a regular here! Today I only got the Pitaya Passion smoothie which is one of my favorites on the smoothie menu. It has a nice sweet taste to it which I love. I've also tried the carne asada empanadas which comes with chimmichurri and hot sauce. It's my favorite empanada out of all the empanadas. They have a wide variety of empanadas to choose from which is awesome. It leaves you a little stuck but it's nice to have a wide variety. Their açaí bowls are out of this world and all of their fruit toppings are always fresh. This is quite literally the best Ubatuba store location in Cali because of how kind the employees are. They always greet you with a smile and are super patient when you're giving their order. They're also helpful when you're stuck and don't know what to order because they know the menu well enough. They're kind enough to give you recommendations. Even though it's a smaller store it's nicely decorated. The outside seating is a plus because you get to people watch. Love it here!
