Worst customer service. I arrived at 4:00pm to pick up my phone from screen repair (because they told me it would be ready by 4pm) and front desk guy tells me it will be ready in another 20 minutes and that he would give me a call to come pick it up. I waited outside in a car (mind you it's 95 degrees outside) and its now 5 pm and this dude hasnt even called or texted me yet. I call him again at around 4:40pm and he tells me it's ready and instead of asking me to come inside to pay and pick up my phone...I have to wait in a line OUTSIDE!! What the fk is the point of coming on time to check if in the end I have to wait like everyone else. COVID or not, learn to prioritize waiting customer for over an hour. There was about 6 to 8 people who just arrived around 4:50 to stand in line...so I had to wait all the way at the back. Even worse, when I dropped off my phone I was quoted $236.39 including tax (which I signed off on) and when I showed up to pick it up, they told me they quoted me wrong and it was actually $258.61 with tax. Now I call that a scam. Not worth my tike to fight for $20 so I just paid and left with my phone. read more

They asked for phone passcode, so that they could test it for "dead spots." Not cool, too much private info on our devices. I had them fix my moms screen and on her iPhone 8 , but now the home button is messed up. They said they replaced with after market parts . I never agreed to this . I only wanted the screen fixed . Ended up buying a new phone , since they said they could reimburse me if they put another broken screen back on ??? Or I could use the $99 already spent towards another $250 to replace the home button. Bad service read more

I took in my badly damaged iphone 8 plus and the guy took one look at it and said this was not repairable. He said I would have to sign a bunch of disclosure agreements and even then he couldn't guarantee anything. He handed it back to me with a "good luck" in a condescending tone. The guy didn't know what he was talking about nor did he have any experience because I took the same damaged iphone to phone clinic, just 10 minutes away at the Panorama Mall and they did an amazing job. The guy there told me as long as the motherboard has not been damaged, the phone is repairable. He took a look at my phone and said I've seen worse and was able to repair it. So do yourselves a favor and go there instead of wasting your time here. Never recommending this place. read more

I was there for a battery replacement for my iPhone 6s, the guy that was there checked my battery and said that it was good that I really didn't need to change the battery but I most likely needed a newer phone since the apps and updates are probably the ones causing the quick drainage. He was really helpful and didn't take my money for a temp fix! I will recommend this location to my friends and family just because the guy was honest! read more

Reliable, Honest iPhone Repair I was having trouble charging my phone... for months. I finally called uBreakiFix to see if they replaced the plug. They did, so I took it in. The technician looked at my phone, took out a little tool and cleaned out the plug. Bunch of dust and dirt just clogged in there. Plugged right it and started charging. No charge! He didn't B.S. me, he just fixed my phone! Because he saved me that repair, I decided I'd get my cracked screen fixed. He said it would take 30-45 minutes and it did! Great service. Well I took my IPhone SE to this place to get the screen replaced they fixed the screen. But Siri no longer worked voice to text no longer worked. Took it back the next day to get it fixed. The gentleman said they had fixed it but... it wasn't. I told them the screen is probably not compatible. Went back a third time told the guy the screen wasn't compatible. Looked at me like I was an idiot. Ended up buying a screen off amazon to replace the new incompatible screen that uBreakiFix installed. When I popped off the screen I noticed missing screws and missing brackets that cover the screen connectors. Nice guys, really nice! Slapped the compatible screen on and what do you know everything started working again. If you want to throw money away look no further. Total incompetence. I wasn't going to leave a review but this place sucks A few months ago I took my Backwards compatible PlayStation 3 to get it check cause it turn off while I was playing & When i wanted to turn it on again it didn't I knew that Probably wasn't going to be fix but I still took in just to see, it took two weeks for someone to call me they told me it wasn't fixable,which It was Ok, I went to pick it up I realized that there was a few things missing the cover for the screw for the lead was missing the hard drive cover was missing to also the screw for the top lead missing to when they' took it apart and put it back together the ribbon was left damaged also there was a screw loose inside the ps3 I may I mention this was the first time this PlayStation 3 was taken apart. Wow ! These people are AMAZING, especially Eddie and Alex G. I came in about 2 months ago pretty sick (non covid related ) and needed my phone screen replaced. They fixed the screen quickly even though it was close to closing as they knew I needed my phone asap that day again. When I went back to pick up my phone I couldn't find my way back !!! I was sick and out of it and they helped me get there by giving directions AS I DROVE! (I was on my smart watch ). They stayed on the phone with me and just were angels. I can't thank them enough. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. My father and I came in to pick up our laptop & noticed a crack on the bottom cover. I knew for a fact that when we dropped the laptop off, there would be no cracks or damages. The laptop was in for a battery change. Nothing else. I do not understand how someone damages our property and denies it to our face. My father was explaining to him about the issue and the man had his attention elsewhere. He could care less about my father's concern. Yaroslav (technician) was quick to call my father and I liars. Note, Yaroslav did not aknowledge us, offer to fix it, nor apologize.
