#UPDATE After a little over a week of use. The caveats below…read morestill persist. One thing I've also been noticing is my screen will sometimes lag heavily. This goes for watching a video as well. Video will be choppy/laggy and this never happened to my original screen. Sometimes if I charge my phone and play music and use Apple Maps, the screen will also lag heavily I'll. Again this never happened with original screen. I've also noticed greatly that my battery % is being drained a lot faster. Even if it's regular use like how I did with my original Apple screen. I suspect it's the aftermarket screen. However, the 4 star review will still stay. Just an update. Will probably buy a new phone soon but this is still decent for $85. Great customer service. Fast service. I replaced my iPhone 15pro screen due to cracked screen. The only downside that resulted in 4/5 star is the aftermarket screen. It's great for a quick on the go if you don't want to spend $180+ for an original screen. The lighting on the aftermarket screen does have a light blue led color to it and it is not as vibrant as an orignal Apple screen. This you can tell. I don't mind this as my eyes will get adjusted to it. However, my biggest gripe to where I can tell a big difference on is the lag input on swiping. Just swiping the Home Screen to the next screen, the apps become blurry and it isn't a smooth transition. Another, big issue is the touch screen. I did put another screen protector layer on top of the new after market seal (the seal is part of a warranty depending on if it breaks or not). So I decided to try and protect my screen further. Upon doing so, I can tell a big difference in typing my letters especially the letters to the side of the screen "A a S P L & backspace". I now have to press my screen ALOT harder to register the letter I want. I find myself having to backspace and retype my words a lot more as pressing the letters do not register sometimes. Sometimes swiping from bottom screen up to close an app also does not work and I would have to press my screen hard to swipe up. Overall, this is a good purchase for a quick $85 on the go. If you do not mind the caveats I have listed here (maybe it's just my screen) then $85 is great. Other than that, you may want to spend more and get an original Apple screen.

Going to be marching myself to an Apple Store after all. I kind of hoped that after his explanation he would replace my screen for free. Went into my service provider and they were able to swap the e-sims in between the loop! Brought the 12PM back as suggested by MK only for him to tell me it was a sensor issue he's been experiencing with 12PMs and to call Apple customer service because I'd probably have a better chance of getting ahold of them as opposed to him calling. That part felt like a bit of a cop out/hand off. Went to the Genius Bar only for them to tell me my 12PM was DOA. I don't know if it would have made a difference had I taken it to the actual Apple Store or not, but I've definitely learned my lesson. I wish MK would have mentioned it was an issue he was seeing specifically in 12PMs bc I would have just rolled with the battery having a 85% life. It was my favorite phone and friend and now it's dead. Moral of the story...don't take your 12PM here.

Yesterday afternoon, I was making phone calls on my Samsung SJ3V. Suddenly, when I would make a call, people could not hear me and I could not hear them. I went to Verizon to find a solution, and they tried a couple of things which did not work. They suggested that I call Samsung. Samsung referred me to their local authorized repair shop Ubreakifix in Citrus Heights. The people there were great. They told me that when there is an update to the phone's operating system or other software it can adversely effect the phone's operation. They suggested that I might have to do a factory data reset. They walked me through backing up my files to the cloud. After backing up my phone's data, they suggested that I restart my phone. That fixed it! Such a great electronic repair store. My home button for my iPhone 5 wasn't working and I couldn't figure out how to fix it or where to go!! I called 3 different stores to price check how much it would cost to fix my phone button and these guys were the cheapest by about $15. The service was extremely quick (I'm still impressed with how fast my repairman opened up my phone and put it all back together in about 5 minutes) and he told me what was wrong with it and how it happened. If you ever have a problem with your phone I highly recommend these guys. Not only are they cheap and quick, but they are kind and they are so knowledgeable and experienced with all kinds of phones! Had a forced update(hate them) on a Samsung S7 Active and all my apps started to stop ALL THE TIME!!! Contacted Samsung... they passed the problem to AT&T who passed the problem back to Samsung. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Brought my phone to these guys and come to find out... the update went down without the proper binary available. They told me they would monitor the availability of the new binary release. A week and a half later they contacted me. I brought my phone in and the took care of me in minutes and sent me on my way. I came in because I stuck a large Sim card into my phone and wouldn't come out. Before, I went to Best buy, TMobile and a local phone repair shop, but they all just made the problem worse! Luckily I found this place and they were able to fix my phone same day. They're the only place that'll be willing to fix Google Pixel 2. Everyone else there seemed very happy too. They were reasonably priced considering the time it took to tear my phone apart because it's very delicate, and they told me the worst that could happen beforehand and offered to replace my phone if they messed up. My new phone had a hard time recognizing a my providers sim card. Samsung told me to ship it to them for repair under warranty or go to ubreakifix. Although my drive time to get there was over an hour the service was very friendly and fast! They had my phone working in about 15 minutes. While waiting a difficult customer came in and began yelling and threatening them about an insurance issue that wasn't their fault. They calmly spoke with her with curtesy and grace. I had taken my phone to another shop and had it fixed. This place was right next to Smash Burger so I stopped in to ask why my phone screen was lifting. The guy at the counter showed me my phone had a bend and that is why the screen would not sit down right. He took it in the back and adjusted it to fit better without charging me. When I called to explain the issue, I expected them to stand behind their work and repair it free of charge. Instead, I was met with some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. After I sent them a photo of the screen, they immediately blamed me, told me it was my fault, and even said they were "not a magician" and refused to fix it under warranty. There was no attempt to troubleshoot the issue or stand behind their own work. I ended up taking my phone to another repair shop for a second opinion. They told me the screen had been installed incorrectly, which explained the problems I was having. They also told me the replacement screen appeared to be an extremely low-quality part and commented that many reputable repair shops won't even use parts like that because they're known to cause problems. Between the poor workmanship, the apparent low-quality parts, and the unbelievably rude customer service, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business. Instead of taking responsibility for what appears to have been an improper installation, they blamed the customer and refused to make it right. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and go somewhere that actually stands behind its work. I wish I had.

I was having overheating issues with my PS5 where I'd be able to play a game for an hour, and then…read moreit would shut off with no warning. I dropped off my console on Monday and they let me know there were a couple different consoles being fixed for the same reason. I ended up getting my PS5 back on Thursday and it's been running great since. They completely cleaned out all the dust from the inside/out and added more Liquid Metal since I had burned through the original layer. Great customer service and got my PS5 back in a timely manner. Definitely recommend!

They put a rush on my son's Xbox cleaning, did it on site and right in front of him, even taught him a few things. The price is extremely fair for the amount of work that goes into it, would highly recommend everyone to head over there for any repairs/maintenance. Totally worth the trip up to Sac.
