The viet coffee they use is pretty strong and does well to cut through the creaminess of the milk and cream top. The custard cloud was on the sweeter side but I really enjoyed the eggy top which had a lot of flavor as well. Such a great coffee pop up and I'll have to try the matcha next time! Lol. I tried the Da Hong Pao Milk Tea. You can select ice level to 0 and sugar level to 0, but for me, I still wouldn't call the tea flavor strong enough. Maybe because I'm used to the HK style milk tea where the tea was extra strong. I ordered just a plain milk tea with whole milk, there's a layer of foam on the top and I almost thought they gave me cheese top by accident. Service was really quick and polite. Our tea was made in less than 5 minutes after placing the order. You will hear a ding sound but they won't call out your name or the order, maybe they do that when it's less busy.
