I'd give their drip, Ube latte, all pour overs a 5/5. It was a late afternoon so I went for a latte decided to treat myself to a pastry since I had inadvertently skipped lunch. I enjoy their gluten-free pistachio cake, but buy chocolate cookie looked enticing. Dubai chocolates are really saturating the market these days and if I'm being honest, some of the versions just aren't any good. However, knowing that the baked goods here are a great quality and based upon the look of itself I decided to give it a try. Wow! This was a perfect balance of chocolate and pistachio, made with real ingredients. The cookie had both taste a slight crunch and a moistness in the interior. For those who like to dip their cookies, dipping this into the Ube latte was definitely next level.

Here's my experience at the Santa Clara location: The line to order coffee went awfully fast, and honestly, that threw me by surprise. The staff were really helpful in giving the suggestions of what drinks had sweet and aromatic, or earthy and healing. They also had quite a wide variety of pastries as well -- which, for a coffee shop, is impressive considering how they source their pastries locally as well. The only downside would actually have to be the surrounding environment, and not the coffee shop itself: if you're finding parking around Voyager, embrace yourselves for lack of parking around that particular area. If you have to absolutely do that, then do so with caution.

It also doesn't have any weird aftertastes from the white chocolate or hazelnut syrup, which is an issue I've run into at other coffee places. - London Fog, iced with raspberry cold foam - It's surprisingly hard to find a coffee place that does London Fogs well, especially iced, but this is definitely one of them. The earl grey tea is super strong, and it's complemented by a good amount of vanilla syrup. Also, no weird aftertaste from the vanilla or raspberry. - Mr. Sunshine sandwich, replace the bacon with avocado - This is simple, healthy, and delicious, plus it comes with a little mandarin. I especially love the 9-grain bread that they use because it reminds me of the brown bread from Cheesecake Factory. While I could make something like this at home, I don't always have the time, energy, or ingredients on hand, so I love that I can still get a healthy lunch with my daily caffeine. It was my issue, not a problem with the food. The apple hand pie was scrumptious. I liked that it wasn't overly sweet. The iced hot chocolate wasn't great, but that was because I ordered it with half sweetness and it needed more. I'm saving the banana bread for later, but I have a feeling it will be good warmed up.

I think the quality has gotten a little worse here, my latte was very sweet even with less sugar requested, and they seemed to just dump espresso on top of milk and callel my name in a hurry. They also seem to sell beauty products now, which is a little strange. The whole experience across the board felt unpolished, not sure if I'd come back here next time unless I'm in the area.

Parking might be a little annoying but there are some spots out front of this location. Overall I really liked this spot and I definitely want to come back to try some of their other unique drinks!
