Here's what you need to know: it's really, really good. As good as some of the best burger joints on the mainland. It's very reasonably priced for local beef and fish, they have a great rewards program and good portions. But most of all, it's really tasty. Service is great too. We've tried the cheeseburgers, fries, with and without bacon and it was all good. The fresh squeezed lemonade is great too. They fed us paper. They forgot to take the wax paper off of the cheese on the burger. We brought it back and then it took 20 minutes to get it back out to us without paper. They also charged us a 15% auto gratuity tip without saying anything. Our total bill was almost $200 and even after the paper on the burger and a large tip wouldn't provide a few extra sauces. Terrible service. Would have done 1 star but the burger without paper was alright. read more

Overall, decent burger, wouldn't go out of my way but it'll do the job. Simple menu, but enough options for fish burgers and also vegetarian. Great parking since the parking lot is huge, however shared with all the other vendors in the shopping center so at rush times may have to walk farther than you'd like. When you first walk in, you see a hand sanitizer station and it felt just a little chaotic to me -- not sure if it's because I am more on the reserved side for Covid but it seemed like people were everywhere in the restaurant. With that being said, they do allow you to dine in or you can take out and eat on the tables outside which is shared by the shopping center. You have choices of three different types of beef burgers: regular, cheeseburger, and double patty. They had a great choice of cheeses being pepper jack, tillamook cheddar, Gorgonzola, and another that I don't remember. I also noticed there was a fish burger (catch of the day @ market price) and a mushroom burger which I almost got. It was nice to see that they've adjusted to other types of patties. Each topping that you choose costs extra so the burger can get pretty pricey. I believe it started at $9 and fries are separate orders. I believe the lettuce and tomato are automatically included, no charge. I ate outside since the inside made me a little anxious. They come out to call your number and serve your order whether to go or dine in. I got Togo and sat outside. I didn't get offered any napkins or and condiments so I had to go back inside and get them. The fries came with a sriracha/Mayo sauce which was a little weird for me personally. The burger was a little small -- I have small hands and it fit fine in one, usually I have to use both but this one I could've used one. The patty was more thick versus skinny and flat -- so don't get me wrong it was filling. However I would recommend that a bigger eater get the double patty burger or if you don't, I would say to not expect to be full. It was messy, but good. Im confident to say that I wouldn't go out of my way to get it, but it was a decent burger. The fries were shoestring and definitely could tell they made it in house so that was great. read more

Good burger joint in Kona Commons center. Beef patties are made from local grass fed beef. You select your burger and then any toppings. I chose cheddar cheese burger ($8.75) and added avocado ($2), bacon ($1.50), sauteed mushrooms ($1.99) and caramelize onions ($1). Was a beautiful and tasty burger but really messy to eat. I had to use a fork and knife. Their fries ($4) were thinly sliced and crispy. Enjoyed their homemade lemonade ($3). Wish they had a sink to wash your hands after eating but there is the malls public restroom immediately outside to the right. Ample parking in their shared lot. read more
