A friend insisted I call Acme Auto Body before committing elsewhere and I'm glad he did. It was during the initial phone call, with Steve, that I knew where my business was going. Having not seen my car yet, he kept most things/pricing rather vague - but honestly, as long as he wasn't outlandishly far above the average estimate; it was a done deal. His personable approach, unlimited time, and willingness to field any/all of my questions was unparalleled. It was extraordinarily refreshing after my first few estimates and past experiences. From start to finish, the attention and care that I (and my car) was given was incredible. My perception of the standard auto related experience, has been far surpassed...Acme raised the bar. The work itself was also flawless. Further augmenting my experience, they repaired a relatively nasty scratch I had on the opposite side of the vehicle, stating "it was easy enough considering we had the materials/labor in action for the collision repair". When asked, I was told, "it's complementary, you didn't ask for it". Easy money to be had, yet they understand the value of the customer relation - future business is worth more than a scratch repair. Acme will get any/all of my continued business and referrals. No question. Great job Steve & crew, hoping I don't need bodywork soon, but if I do, at least I'll know where I'm headed.

Moving forward, I'll actually start writing positive reviews for places I like, and Heavenly Bodyworks will be the first because they have single-handedly renewed my faith in how businesses should be run, both in professionalism and service. Long story short, I thought I could fix cracks and scratches on a first-gen Porsche Boxster from watching YouTube videos and completely flopped. In my panic, I drove my car to Heavenly Bodyworks based off of previous reviews I've read here on Yelp and was absolutely thrilled at the job they've done (see before and after pics). My car looked brand-new and my only regret is that I didn't go sooner. Junior, Crystal, and the rest of the staff are extremely helpful and beyond fair - an absolute gem and rarity in an industry notorious for sketchy business practices. I've been back several times since then for smaller jobs (car handle that didn't open from the inside, blown headlight) and each time has been a pleasant experience. I really hope I don't have to come back any time soon (because that means I messed up my baby somehow) but at this point, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car.

I started at Ray & Dana's Inman Auto Care. He offered a free estimate. He sent a very comprehensive list of things that needed to be done on my car. I was very impressed with the meticulous detail and the photographs to show why I they were suggesting the fix. This report made me feel that this was an honest shop. And made me feel confortable enough to trust. It turned out that all rotors needed to be changed. I paid a bit more than what the dealer quoted but got both front and rear brakes overhauled and new brake fluids and wheels rotated and balanced. But most of all I got a clear understanding of why it had to be done and the feeling that they were trustworthy. Their customer service was excellent! I live a mile away and needed to be home for telework so he had someone drive me home and then pick me up to get the car. That was awesome and I really appreciated it. Also I called several times with questions and concerns. They politely answered all my questions. I asked them to align the wheels. They checked the alignment and told me it was not necessary. This sealed the deal. I trust this shop and will have them work on my car again.

I took my daughter's 2018 Honda in and she is so happy that her engine runs so quietly after they fixed the air compressor. in addition to that everyone at the front desk is nice personable and they have coffee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thank you guys
