Excellent business. Excellent customer service. My Tesla Model 3 was a wreck. To be honest, I was expecting to get a car that was "repaired" and was expecting to see signs of a previous accident even after repair.... there was glass literally in every corner. Nope. What I got was what looked like a brand new car. Looked brand new inside and out. Even had that new car smell. it was like driving my Tesla off the dealer's lot. there was not a single visible blemish from the (literally) hundreds of thousands of pieces of glass that littered the leather seats and everything else. The glass even got under the window controls, in the vents, EVERYWHERE. I have no clue how they got that out of there. Either alot of patience, or some kind of vacuum from the future. probably the former. Either way, they somehow got every piece of glass out of that car without leaving a single scratch on the leather or anywhere else for that matter. Big shout out to Edgar who is patient like no one I've met before and responded to my text messages at all hours of the night. Big shout out to Matthew who replied to my one million questions via email. Big shout out to Bridget at the front desk who was so helpful in coordinating transportation of my car and always a pleasure to speak with over the phone and helped me feel reassured from day 1. I'm really annoyed I cant remember the name of the man who was there on the day I picked up my car and helped run through a number of concerns I had (im paranoid sometimes) as well. Big shout out to you too -- you know who you are. The staff here are great. and they do excellent work. You see Ferraris, Lamborghinis and other exotic cars parked outside for a reason. Its cause they are the best. Honest business as well and are desperate to make you happy. these guys installed a full nose wrap on my car after the repairs at a price lower than any quote I got from 3 other shops. This body shop will bill your insurance for new parts and will ask for supplements but will use the old parts and fix them half ass and put them back on your car and when you catch them they will try to have you participate in their fraud by offering you money I am banding together with my family who was strong armed into using Ultimate collision to complete the cosmetic body work required to complete the car. This body shop is run by a bunch of mafia pretenders who have went as far as sending some old guy after us trying to stop us from reporting him to the department of insurance and banking after we found out that he "accentuates existing vehicular damage" to get insurance companies to pay him extra money. These guys are thieves and scammers and we are announcing it to ultimate collision and the world that just because we drive expensive cars, that doesn't mean we are stupid and can be strong armed or extorted. I can make this all go away for you but you have to do the right thing ultimate collision Just because you are butthurt about us stopping you from milking our insurance doesn't mean you can make up fake invoices and attempt strong arm ya into paying. I brought in a 2013 Honda that had an extraordinary amount of scratches over the exterior. I had, embarrassingly, used a small snow blower too close to the car during the recent storms, and it left scratches that ran from the front to the back on both sides. I was so upset about possibly needing expensive body work and/or painting. Instead, I got back a car that looked brand new at an EXTREMELY reasonable price. When I picked it up, it was parked next to a Ferrari and my Honda looked better than the Ferrari!! They even did an interior cleaning that was impressive. The car looked and smelled new, inside and out! The best part was dealing with Ed Dasilva. From the minute I stepped into the shop, he was incredible. I asked for a quick look/estimate, and within minutes, he gave me a price and eased my mind about taking care of the issue. From setting up the appointment, to sending photos of the progress, to responding to every text question I had, to sending a driver to pick me up when the car was ready, to holding open the door as I was handed the keys on the way out, he IMPRESSED. The owner Jerry and his shop are 'Thee Absolute Best in the Business'!!!! I was traveling from DC to NJ when I experienced a fluke accident on the highway, where a hubcap from another vehicle flew off and hit the front drivers side of my car and broke the fog light, the framing and all the brackets that held it up on my BMW. I was devastated (see photo) Through the referral of a friend, I took my car to Ultimate Collision Repair that same night and Jerry and his team took care of it in 1-1/2 hours while we ate dinner. Just before closing. Like 5pm to 6:30 and they closed at 6pm. I came back to see that it was fully repaired and very meticulously. He also replaced the fog light bulb. I was and still am TOTALLY OVERJOYED. This could have easily been an extremely expensive situation for me. But they repair at an unbelievably low cost and sent me own my way. For over 30 years of driving, I have had few chances in dealing with an auto body shop. None of which I can say were good. My vehicle was always stuck in the shop for an extended period of time for whatever bogus reasons. But this experience I have to say was superb! After quite a few bad instances, I decided to be proactive with this event. Before I left my car at the shop, I asked them to sign a service agreement which created by me. (I know I am crazy!) They have never been asked by anyone before to do this. The owner spent some time going over my service agreement, explained the work/estimate procedures with me, and then signed my paper. He promised that if he did not complete the work by the estimated due date, he would pay the rental fee each day for me. I know he was giving me the worst case scenario, but I would rather have that then an endless delay or lots of excuses. Guess what? Their estimate was 21 working days, but my car was ready in 11 days! Most importantly they did an excellent job! I would highly recommend this body shop to all my friends and relatives. I had a very tough situation as the person who hit me wanted to pay out of pocket. It was a royal pain and dealing with this guy was impossible. I was a complete mess. At this point MATTHEW from Ultimate stepped in and handled the entire issue! He got me a rental car, secured the payment from the guy who hit me and told me not to worry. He even gave me his cell phone if I needed him. I can't say enough good things about Matthew. He is someone very special. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
