Because of the reviews I made sure I was aware of all the fees before booking the appointment. And at the end of the move the result was as expected no hidden fees no extra money added to the bill. Everything fair and perfect. They came on time. They were professional. They got to work immediately. No talk no idle chat just work. They figured the place out and started moving 3hrs in they were done. drove 1hr then offloaded 2hrs. These guys are true professionals. Incredible people, honest, affordable, kind, fast, helpful. They scheduled me for a next day morning appointment when I had nobody to take me up on the job and I was quoted 3k by other companies. I can't thank you guys enough. You made it too easy for me.

When I booked the appointment for them to come to move me I told him I had a 4000 square-foot house. It took three hours for another truck / vehicle that was larger to come to my home. They had to wait 3 hours for the new truck to arrive . Time was ticking and of course they were charging me $150 an hour. It was late into the night and too dark to unload properly. It took the vehicle with all my property in it and came back the next day. Demanding that I paid them $3000 in order for them to unload the vehicle. Not only did they damage my Sleep Number bed, which I gave Leo specific instructions on how to pack it. They hit my gate and gate post causing significant alignment issues of the gate closing does not close properly anymore. There is a 3 inch gap. They've not accepted any responsibility in any of the damages. referring me to a paragraph in their contract stating that they're not responsible for any damages considering the fact that their vehicle hit my gate and post and it is now not properly working. When I called their company which goes to whomever at the time. Not a consistent person you could speak with. They got back to me with an email stating look at paragraph such as such we are not responsible for any damage is done. I tried to file a claim. But was respond responded with We will get back to you from whomever at the moment answered the phone at that time. Hendrick, the manager so-called has not responded to me every time I had a complaint or spoke to him he said he had to talk to the higher up people. In the meantime, it's been days and days since I've heard from this company. I do not suggest you use them as I am a senior and disabled. I feel taking advantage and targeted because of my situation. and feel that the Customer service sucks. They don't care about you , they will be careful because they will take advantage of you. They called us the day before to confirm all the details. When we realized that the truck was over the weight limit, Yana quickly called us to give us a couple of options. We opted for another truck to meet the first truck, to distribute the weight. It was an extra cost, but reasonable, considering the issue at hand. These guys were efficient and quick. We apparently have a ton of stuff lol. They originally mentioned that it would take 3 to 4 hours to move everything into the truck, but in reality, it took approximately 5-6 hours. They were punctual and even got there five minutes before the agreed-upon time. I wasn't there when they brought in everything, but my husband said that they did an amazing job at putting the boxes where they were supposed to be, based on our labeled boxes. They reassembled everything, no problem. I called 5 to 6 moving companies, and we are happy that we decided to go with this company, given the communication, efficiency, and price point.
