SHAUN IS THE BEST! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. He first helped me out by coming out not once but twice when I needed to replace the fob for my 2005 Hyundai Elantra. He met me at my workplace which was super convenient and when he couldn't get the fob to connect the first time he did some research and came back right away when he figured it out! Shaun came through for me again. I got an accord that didn't come with remote start and found out that by getting the key fob with the remote start button and programming, remote start will work for the car. It's already built into the car but not advertised so the dealer can sell you the upper trim models. I asked Shaun and he already knew about it. He didn't have the fob in stock but in a couple of days he called asking when can he come. He came to the house and in an hour my accord had remote start. Now I can remote start the car and the AC will automatically turn on so I can have a cold car ready. On top of that, unbeknownst to me, he ordered a blue key fob that matched the color of my car.
