I was having problems with the key fobs for my C7 Corvette. After trying unsuccessfully to figure it out on my own using the internet, I called ULTRA and spoke with Shaun who was on his way to a job all the way out in Waianae. I explained what the problem was and Shaun knew exactly what needed to be done and quoted me a price. Since I live in town, it would take a couple hours to get to me, which I was fine with. Shaun showed up earlier than planned and was able to instantly troubleshoot the problem. He got both my key fobs working perfectly and cleared the error message showing up on the dashboard screen. Grabbed the wrong set of keys for my evenings dogwalk and was locked out of my condo. I called Sean and if I am not mistaken, it sounded like dinner being prepared. Shaun was the bomb! Very nice and thoughtful gentleman. I purchased a pre-owned Toyota Prius, but it only came with one remote and key. I new I had to have a another set, so I checked with Mapunapuna Servco and they said it would be $500 for the remote and key. They had to program the remote and cut the key. Yo, real talk, Shaun is a lifesaver. I was moving out of my old apartment and literally about to do my last two trips out when I accidentally leave my keys inside. Legit lived in this apartment for a year, and I lock myself out on the last day. So here I am, annoyed and mad, thinking that no one's gonna come out at night to help and about to be hit with some crazy extra fees from my old landlord for not moving out on time, when Shaun responds to my call.
