I really enjoyed this delicious takeout as I was headed out of town for an appointment! My steak was cooked very well and the vegetables and rice were delicious. I hate when takeout food is super heavy and it's so nice to be able to have a vegetable option with good protein. I needed more Yum Yum sauce, so I had to go back in before I left, but otherwise everything was great! It wasn't busy around 11 AM on a rainy Monday. I highly recommend this delicious hibachi food. I visited because of the high ratings and can confirm it's delicious, convenient, and accurate. I can't wait to come back and try it.

Top to bottom: 616, Playboy, Saucy Boi and Cosmo rolls

The wife and I got away for lunch. We were there just before noon and were the first of a big lunch time rush. The service was great though with a nice young lady, checked up on us and refilled drinks. The food was pretty solid, our new favorite was probably the saucy boi- lots of flavor and slight kick. 616 is a deep fried one my wife liked and I liked the layers of the cosmo (it does have a lot of pepper flavor). The playboy was alright, kinda bland beside the sauce on top so might switch that one out next time. But overall excellent place to go for rolls!

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating they helped me to find vegan options that met my needs. I opted for the avocado and cucumber roll. Overall the service was incredible they were patient the Establishment was immaculately clean. And there was ample seating for large parties.

Only did take out, so I can't speak for table service, but the take out service was awesome. It was fast, professional, and the atmosphere looked like a lovely place to come sit down. I ended up getting the Veggie Crush roll and it was sooooo good. Very happy with my meal and would love to come back.

I figured it would be a good experience being that they were packed on a random Wednesday. Went for my son's birthday since he chose sushi for his birthday meal. I don't care for seafood. So I ordered the teriyaki beef. It was as delicious as it looks. Tender, juicy, and just the right amount of teriyaki sauce. Better than some actual steakhouse steaks. My son really liked the eel. Not a phrase I thought I'd ever say. He even ate the radish flower. Our waiter was very helpful and friendly. As was the other staff. It was a much better experience than what I was expecting just viewing the outside of the building. Definitely recommend.

Dined early on a week day. Not busy, sat quickly! Server very friendly. Lots of people picking up to-go orders. We both ordered Hibachi Dinners due to the cold weather. Standard Miso soup and wonderful salad! The peanut ginger salad dressing is so good and plentiful that I wanted more lettuce! Wow! We ordered Shrimp Tempera Appetizer and dunked it into that salad dressing, yum! My Scallop & Shrimp dinner was good but nothing spectacular. Scallops cooked perfectly and shrimp over cooked, I would have appreciated a knife. Great vegetable variety, too. Husband enjoyed his Steak & Shrimp so much that he cleared his plate. The restaurant is a little chilly inside. Next time I'll opt for tea & sushi. Great find!

A surprise find looking for something coming home on 131. Next to a Wendy's and Arby's this is a gem restaurant that was started in an obvious fast food place that was a 5

I ordered sushi, hibachi chicken, and udon noodles. The noodles, shrimp, and rice were a bit bland. Sushi, salad, and hibachi were good. Server was nice but they need at least one more person in the dining room. I needed soy sauce to make the food more edible and could not get her attention before it was time to leave.

    Spicy Tuna Roll

This does not look like regular tuna. Has a weird texture and overall taste not great.

We've been to Jaku North and were curious to see if this location was as good. Except for a smaller size restaurant, the two were identical in quality and enjoyment. We started our meal off with Gyoza. Dumplings were perfectly prepared and not over cooked. What I think may be unusual about this item is that it contains both pork and chicken. Great flavors! We then ordered spicy tuna rolls and Tiger rolls from the House Roll menu. Simply put, these rolls were probably the best we've had since our last Japan visit. I usually use a lot of wasabi because I just love wasabi. After one roll I greatly reduced my wasabi use to allow the wonderful flavors to come through more clearly. Jaku's menu reminds me of a "Wall of Bourbon" you see in many bars. You want to try everything!!

But the food... that's where it lost me. The Mango Tango roll was a stunner to look at, but once I dug in, it was drowning in sauce. I like my sushi fresh and bright--not hidden under a saucy slip 'n slide. Not bad but not showcasing what I was there for. The orange ceviche also showed up looking gorgeous, but one bite and I felt like I'd just chugged seawater. The saltiness was off the charts. My blood pressure is still elevated. Not a disaster, not a dream--just a solid "meh." Three stars. Could be amazing on the right night, but my night wasn't it.

Lastly the sauce on top I chose yum yum sauce and teriyaki sauce. This may be an odd combination, but it works. These unique combinations were delicious. I devoured it. The steak and chicken were both high quality and worth it for them alone. I also got an order of a new item for Korean Fried Chicken ($10). The chicken was tiny. However it was fried to perfection and tasted delicious. The garlic soy was a dollar extra, but it definitely paired perfectly with the chicken. I got a can of Root Beer for almost $3. A little pricey, but the only real negative. The service was good with a caveat. I could not hear the lady taking my order, because she talked so quietly. Overall still a 5 star review. Would I return? Absolutely, a unique food experience done in a top notch way.

We stopped for lunch slightly after the lunch rush and still found a crowded restaurant. We were seated quickly and despite being pretty busy, our server was great and the kitchen was as well because our wait for food once ordered was minimal. We ordered Gyoza, Bao, Spicy tuna rolls and Big Shrimp Tempura rolls. 1. Gyoza-fantastic. Pan fried just enough to bring out the flavor of the ingredients and wrapper. Most places overcook gyoza and while still decent, are not nearly as good as these were. 2. Bao. Once I tried these out of town I was hooked. Have-not seen them one any menu until I came here. Perhaps I will order this way next time but there is so many other dishes that need to be tried. 4. Big Shrimp Tempura. Wonderful.
