You know how when you go to Cheesecake Factory, their cheesecakes are dense, have a graham cracker butter crust and are very sweet? This is the complete opposite. We went to the location in Pasadena a few years ago, it was a two hour wait. This new location we were able to walk right in, order and out in under five minutes. They also have several flavors. They are not a sweet as I remember and a little more eggy flavor. The down side is parking is awful, your better off finding street parking, or if there are two of you one dropping you off as soon as you enter the parking lot and by the time they get to the side where the bakery is you will be done. We got the original and the Oreo. They also had the ube one to sample. They all have similar taste and texture. In a previous review, I wrote that I didn't like the cheesecake here (but the cheese tarts are very good), but I gave Uncle Tetsu another try, and this time I enjoyed the cheesecake.
