Randomly found this place one day and decided to try it for lunch. I got the beef fried hand pulled noodles. The noodles were cooked well and at first really good. However as I ate more they seemed to lose any kind of flavor. Overall still pretty good and might go back to try more

Uncle Zhou was phenomenal! I love some hand pulled noodles and this restaurant offered just that. Everything we ordered on the menu had a blast of favor. You can really tell when food is made from scratch and I felt that when eating here. To start, the service was quick, and the staff was friendly. We ordered some dumplings and spring rolls to start. Then we ordered H1 with lamb and made it spicy. The spice level was perfect, however if you want more spice you can add chili (offered on the table). We initially thought we ordered too much food, but at the end we ate everything because it was so good! Give this restaurant a shot! You wont be disappointed!!

Noodles - can't remember - very good! We got chicken as our protein.

Went here for lunch with my coworkers. The food is soooo fresh! Everything was so good and the serving size was awesome. The noodles were so chewy & delicious. We had enough left overs but didn't make it home bc I ended up having a mid day snack at my desk after. Add this place to your list! Michelin recommended!

Wonderful wonderful service! Uncle Zhou is a great spot for tasty and authentic Chinese food without spending a lot. The prices are really reasonable and perfect for casual meals. The hand pulled noodles are fresh and chewy and go great with the beef broth. The crispy dumplings are also really good and packed with juicy filling. Try the eggplant too! We loved the crispy chicken!!!!! If you want real Chinese flavors that won't break the bank, Uncle Zhou is definitely worth checking out.

One of my favorite authentic Chinese spots that I keep coming back to. Their hand pulled noodles are the perfect texture. This time we tried the spicy salt & pepper shrimp which was seasoned to perfection. The most surprising dish was the spicy garlic eggplant. It just melted in your mouth. This spot is always a hit when I take my friends here.

Went back to have lunch here. We ordered fish fillet with sweet and sour sauce and shrimp fried rice. They're delicious. Service is great. Ambiance is outstanding.

Tucked away to the side of a busy plaza, Yncle Zhou's is a gem. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the dishes are great. I tried one of the hand pulled beef noodle soups and while it was good, I wasn't a fan of the broth and the meat they used. They really should just use regular beef instead of the fatty, tendony cut that comes with it. I much preferred the blackbean and pork noodle dish--amazing! The fresh made noodles here really shines and the flavors are in every dish they make. Plus the friendly service really just makes Uncle Zhous outstanding. Can't wait for my next fix!

Wow. Just wow. We were so impressed by the incredibly thoughtful and generous service. We had a toddler with us, so they had a dish for him without us even having to look for one AND they included little scissors to cut the food. A waiter was constantly filling up our bottles and attentive to our needs. It was a bit hot in the booth our large table sat in, but one of the staff noticed we were a bit tight and prepared an extra table for us! Ok food. We couldn't even take photos because we dug in immediately. EVERYTHING was flavorful. There was NOT ONE bland dish. Everything was so aromatic and fresh and came out hot. It's impressive how they are able to produce such high quality dishes in such a short amount of time. I can't even describe the deliciousness of the food-- you'll just have to come and check it out yourself. Overall, this was the perfect Saturday lunch for our large family and our new favorite Chinese place. It really wins by a landslide.

Uncle Zhou is a very solid neighborhood Chinese restaurant. The food is solid, the service is friendly, and the portions are good. We ordered the Oil Splashed noodles and some of their more traditional family style dishes. Their oil splashed noodles stood out to me in particular because the bounciness and cook of the noodles was perfect while the garlic and other seasonings are super fragrant. While none of the dishes here are the best versions I have had, everything I tried was solid and I would not complain or be mad at any of the other dishes I tried. I would recommend going with a few friends or your family so that you can try multiple dishes and noodles. After all, the restaurant features a number of bigger tables so go enjoy some hand pulled noodles!

This meal was unfortunately disappointing. We got the lamb hand pulled noodles and general tso chicken. I felt like the noodles were overcooked rather than chewy, probably because of the steaming hot broth, and the broth itself tasted salty but had no depth of flavor. It seemed like what made it "lamb" noodles was them placing a few pieces of meat on top but the lamb flavor didnt translate to the broth at all. The general tso chicken was nothing great either. I felt like the chicken wasn't very high quality. The service was good and they have a great interior. I just didn't love the food.

Amazing taste! The broth in our noodle was so fresh and savory. The noodles are so tender and good. It did not feel heavy at all. Everything was great and the atmosphere was great as well.

I've been seeing this spot pop up all over my instagram and tiktok and I finally got to try it today! The restaurant is pretty big and has alot of seating available and the decor is also cute on the inside. My friends and I family styled the food and tried several dishes. We got the green beans, the cucumber salad, the oil hand draw noodles, lamb dumplings, shrimp fried rice and the pepper steak. All of the food was so good and delicious and was more than enough for the 4 of us. We finished it all! My favorites were the steak and noodles. The dumplings were my least favorite but they were still pretty good. Also the chili oil they provide has a lot of flavor as well and adds a good kick to the food. I recommend coming here and I will definitely be back to try more things!

My family had a quick pre-Christmas dinner here and we were really impress with how tasty everything was. The stand outs were the flat noodles, dial oil noodles, dragon eggplant and the pork belly. I would definitely order the flat noodles again. Perfectly quick fried in the wok that it was still able to have a slight chewy texture. This is definitely a place I would only eat dine-in and not take out so you can eat the noodles as soon as it comes out and it doesn't get bloated or soggy.

This place is absolutely made for a group outing, and we're already planning to come back with a group to take full advantage. The food was a delight. The Singapore noodles had this wonderful curry flavor that I absolutely loved, and the combo fried rice was just as satisfying. We also ordered the Peking duck (P1 on the menu). It was good, though not quite as flavorful on its own as we'd hoped. That said, once you load it up with the hoisin, cucumber, and spring onions, it all comes together beautifully. The bao buns that came with it were soft and delicious, honestly a highlight. We also sipped on hot jasmine tea throughout, which was the perfect, refreshing complement to the whole meal. If you live in the area, it's a quality spot to get your soup dumpling fix. My Overall Rating - 3 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - Located in a strip mall with plenty of parking, the first thing I noticed was Chef Sun's was very busy (great sign). The restaurant itself wasn't very memorable, and the table we sat at was next to a drink fridge and lots of traffic. 1/2 Star. Service - The staff at Chef Sun's was great, especially for a busy Chinese restaurant. The staff proactively kept our glasses full of water and were always on hand to help. Once we placed our order, food just kept coming from the staff as each dish was brought out piping hot and fresh. 1 Star. Food - The Xa Long Bao (soup dumplings) were nice and plump, freshly cooked and super-hot. This was the best part of the meal. The traditional Chinese dishes like their noodles were all a bit oily for my taste. Thee two appetizers - fried shrimp (very safe choice) were crispy without being greasy and the red dipping sauce was more sweet than spicy. And the spicy edamame was good. Overall plenty of good, but nothing super memorable. 1 Star. Will I Return? - Only if I'm in the area and I want soup dumplings. Chef Sun's Noodle & Dumpling has some oily noodles and great dumplings. I wouldn't go out of my way to visit here, but now that I know they exist, I'll stop by next time I want soup dumplings. 1/2 Star.
