The fluffiest I've seen my dogs! It's a little expensive, but for a full service it makes sense. I think it was $80 for each dog. They smelled really good too and their coats were tangle free. This is a good place for monthly visits about (every 2-3) if your dogs need deep cleaning. My grey husky is also aggressive when it comes to grooming but they had no problem getting her coat clean. My white husky is a very nervous dog and they managed to get her coat looking great! read more

We were recommended to this business by a good friend who loves their dogs as much our family loves our Lola. After trying several groomers I just never found one that met our needs all around. You walk in and the dogs are visible and so are the groomers while working, yes they have this at "other locations " but only while the dog is getting groomed. The whole time even while waiting to get groomed they can see the groomers and have a tv on to make them feel comfortable. Everything is open space. Bea the owner is amazing and so is her staff. She will give us a time and you bet she's on the dot. I always get Lola back herself not drowsy or nervous just always herself which is more important to us than anything BUT, her grooming is always done right too. Marco does a great job moving my big Newfoundland (about 170 lbs) and Mastiff (130 lbs) around and taking care of them. It's very rare to find a place that provides superior customer service but Underdog does it perfectly. Pam and Mario truly care for my golden and my Patterdale terrier. They have accommodated my every need, have gone above and beyond and they remember me even though I only bring my pups in every 2 to 3 months. My golden looks fab when I bring her home with a perfect de-shedding and fluffy hair trim. Jedi is a little grumpy due to his old age and Mario and Pam know exactly the right thing to do to calm him. Love them and will definitely commute from Camarillo to them b/c their service is superior! read more

Today was my dogs 1st appointment here and I just want to say that I am SO HAPPY we came here! The staff are all so friendly and actually communicate about their work and my dog's behavior. I had mentioned at the time of drop off that my dog can be a bit bratty because he HATES when his paws and ears are touched, and they had my permission to muzzle him if needed. The staff then explained that they prefer not to use muzzles because the pets should have fun here, which i thought was a super cute way of explaining it. At pick up, they said he gave them no trouble during the whole grooming process, so I dont know what wizardry went on there but however they handled him was obviously the right way. I am so pleased to be this comfortable of leaving my dog there and will 100% be bringing him back. And not to mention how freakin HANDSOME he looks now!!! They did a wonderful job and it only took no more than 2 hours when our previous grooming places would hold him there for 4+ hours. 11/10 recommend read more
