Always friendly. Our daughter trots right in to see them. She is always happy to be there. We know she is treated well while in their care

They did an amazing job on my German shepherd. He looks amazing. I'm definitely going back and take my other dog there too.

My shih tzu has been going here since we moved to the area almost a year ago and they have not disappointed. They're always so sweet and I love that they take special care to book your pet with the same groomer every visit so your pet can get used to the same person and feels more comfortable. Also love that they always put a bow in my dog's hair, it's so cute! They're also quite fast and is usually very easy to book. read more

Wonderful place, our pets love the staff. They treat them extremely well and make sure they are comfortable.

They left my dogs smelling great and they looked good too! I've gone there a couple of times with my 2 dogs and I appreciate their hard work when grooming my big dogs. read more

The fluffiest I've seen my dogs! It's a little expensive, but for a full service it makes sense. I think it was $80 for each dog. They smelled really good too and their coats were tangle free. This is a good place for monthly visits about (every 2-3) if your dogs need deep cleaning. My grey husky is also aggressive when it comes to grooming but they had no problem getting her coat clean. My white husky is a very nervous dog and they managed to get her coat looking great! read more

The staff was so great, patient and kind. I had been searching for a pet groomer around me for over two weeks, no one was responding or if they did, and they answered right away. Walk-Ins welcomed. My rescue fur baby was not easy to handle but they were gentle and caring. Very reasonable prices, def will be going every 4-6 weeks! Thank you Underdog Pet Stylist! read more

They are absolutely amazing here. They do such an amazing job with my 139 pound shepherd Kayla and they always make sure she is taken care of. read more

We were recommended to this business by a good friend who loves their dogs as much our family loves our Lola. After trying several groomers I just never found one that met our needs all around. You walk in and the dogs are visible and so are the groomers while working, yes they have this at "other locations " but only while the dog is getting groomed. The whole time even while waiting to get groomed they can see the groomers and have a tv on to make them feel comfortable. Everything is open space. Bea the owner is amazing and so is her staff. She will give us a time and you bet she's on the dot. I always get Lola back herself not drowsy or nervous just always herself which is more important to us than anything BUT, her grooming is always done right too. Their pricing and VERY reasonable for the service you get. read more

We took our 1-year-old husky, Leeloo, to get her first blowout and grooming session with Pamela. I must say, she did a great job! I was concerned Leeloo would get traumatized with her first grooming, but she was still a happy dog when we picked her up. Highly recommend! read more

What the hell did they do to my dog, I forgot the groomers name but she left cuts and burns on my dogs chest and stomach, he's in pain and this is not fair. They used be so good but I don't know what happened, my mom tried calling them but they didn't pick up. This is not acceptable and the owner needs to reach out either to my mom or I. read more

Love these folks! Called to see about getting our dog's nails clipped and they said no problem. We arrived after a few minutes and they took him in and had the job done in no time. Today was the first day I've ever been to this establishment and I am not disappointed one bit. The way they handled my cat was with such care and their prices are phenomenal. When I arrived in I was greeted by Pamela who was the absolute sweetest. I felt comfortable with them handling him the moment i walked in. Then Bea cut his nails and she was so gentle with him. She even gave him a kiss on his head which completely melted my heart. I highly recommend coming here if you have a fur baby! read more

Very accommodating for my husky who has seizures they took the time to learn how to administer her meds in case she has one while being groomed love them ! read more

They always friendly and do a great job with my dogs. And unlike some other places we have went, my dogs seem eager to go and don't try to run the other way. Marco does a great job moving my big Newfoundland (about 170 lbs) and Mastiff (130 lbs) around and taking care of them. I've went to some places and they are not equipped to deal worth the bigger dogs. read more

It's very rare to find a place that provides superior customer service but Underdog does it perfectly. Pam and Mario truly care for my golden and my Patterdale terrier. They have accommodated my every need, have gone above and beyond and they remember me even though I only bring my pups in every 2 to 3 months. My golden looks fab when I bring her home with a perfect de-shedding and fluffy hair trim. Jedi is a little grumpy due to his old age and Mario and Pam know exactly the right thing to do to calm him. Love them and will definitely commute from Camarillo to them b/c their service is superior! read more
