Beware if you are ordering online. I purchased nearly $300 worth of clothing as I need to replace multiple scrubs I currently wear to work and they have one of the largest selections. I received a notification saying my package was delivered 3 days before the delivery date and was skeptical because I had been in front of my house during the delivery window they gave but still went to check. There was nothing in front of my house (or my neighbors houses because people are always delivering things like one door down) and when I checked the photographic "proof" submitted by the carrier to see if I could figure out where they delivered it I discovered it was just a picture of the inside of their van. I immediately reached out to customer service and explained the situation and was told they were going to reach to FedEx for me for them to either find and deliver my package or to deem if I would just get refunded. I was told it could take up to 3 business days for FedEx to do whatever investigating they needed to do but received an email in 2 letting me know FedEx had done an internal "investigation" and found they had delivered my package and someone must have stolen it and therefore I needed to file a police report and submit surveillance video of the packaging being stolen if I wanted a refund. I then repeated to 2 more customer service reps that I do not have proof of the package being stolen because it was not actually delivered to my house and was told without that they are not able to give me a refund. So I am now down $300 and still have to replace multiple pairs of scrubs from work. I typically wear Figs and one another brand from Amazon but I wanted to see in store the ones being talked about on Instagram and TikTok. The store had a fair selection of scrubs. It did take a while to select which items I wanted but I eventually did. I came to the store on Nurses week, so if you spent a $60 or more you will get a free bracelet. Both associates EMILY and another training associate continuously let customers know about the promotion and gave them the bracelet. I know this for a fact because I was in the store for quite a while visiting the dressing rooms 3 times so I'm passing the registers hearing it. When I was assisted and I did have a few questions, to ask it did seem as if she was exhausted by me. Yet we continued the transaction, and at the end I was not offered the same promotion as the others were given a free bracelet. I was simply given the offer coupon stapled to my receipt. I did feel discriminated against, as I am a Muslim woman wearing the hijab (scarf) on my head. As someone who worked in retail before to later managing 5 retail stores, I wouldn't fail to inform the customer of the promotion and considering how pronounced and consecutive she was letting the customers know it seemed she targeted me, and did not inform me nor offer me the promotion. I understand associates can forget and that has absolutely happened to me a few times. However in this situation, the training associate was right next to her loudly announcing the promotion over $60 while she was putting my scrubs into a bag. So it could've been corrected. I did not want to bring that up and put her on the spot out of courtesy but I did not appreciate it. I am a customer of this store. I've done a few orders online but this was my first time coming into the store and unfortunately not the best impression. Unfortunately I have to come to the store to pick up a scrub shirt I have ordered online. I did not want to write this review but to me it was clear that all customers who had purchased over $60 were offered. I was no different and I purchased $91 at 16:11 on May 5th. I was in search of flexible, red scrubs, so I came in right at opening on Saturday morning. (It's located in a shopping center so plenty of parking) I was greeted the second I walked through the door by Alex. He was super helpful in answering any questions I had and helping me look for scrubs of my specifics. The store was very clean and organized. After picking scrubs out that I liked, I was able to try them on. There are about six dressing rooms, which is great especially if it had been busy. Check out was a smooth process. What other employee at any given business would of put their trust in believing me to be there right before closing time. Having the merchandise prepared and having the benefit of the doubt to be a "no show " , creating extra work making her and the team fall behind just to please and help a customer. With that said, I can't extend on her amazing SUPERB service, professionalism, and uplifting spirit. I've shopped at Uniform Advantage for the past 4 years. It was my go-to store from CNA school, to nursing school, and a few months into my nursing career. I sought to buy some straight-legged scrub pants and settled on the Uniform Advantage Butter-soft joggers. At $25, they were a steal compared to $46-$50 priced Januu & Figs scrubs. I tried on a large and was content with the fit. So, naturally, after trying it for size, I grabbed another color in the same exact brand & style made my way to the register. Two days later, I finally put on the pants I grabbed off the rack before dashing out of the store. I was sitting at work, digging for something in my left pocket, and realized my hand was grazing along my bare thigh---something you don't expect to find when reaching into your pocket. I remove them upon work, turn them inside out, come to find out a few threads had unraveled. Uniform Advantage pants are made very poorly. Be cautious.
