My builder recommended Best Tile although they were more expensive…read more He told me I need to order all installation materials from them as well as because if a problem occurs they will then take ownership of it. One tile which was white began turning pink after six months. Best Tile said it was my tile installers fault even though my builder and I dispute it with reasonable evidence. I asked for names of the people who determined the installation was faulty and I was told by Best Tile they were not at liberty to tell me. After much effort my builder arranged for Best tile to sell us the tile for their cost. This time I did check on prices and their cost was more than other tile companies sell it for. I do not recommend this company.

I did my research & only two companies fit the bill--Amicus Green & one other (who promised to get back to me and never did). From the moment I walked into the showroom, Jason was warm and supportive--not at all pushy and had good suggestions on how to proceed with my home project. Mine was not a huge renovation project but the selection and install of a large quantity of carpet. Nonetheless, Jason treated my project with the same attention as if I was working on a major re-do and followed through with my need for samples, manufacturer questions and suggestions. In the end, all the timelines were met and Jason surprised me with being able to negotiate a nice discount from the manufacturer. For those who want to rennovate or build with green, safe selections, Amicus Green is a terrific choice both with know-how and moving things forward in a supportive and timely way.

Touch 'n Seal is a polyurethane foam sealant which I hope will keep the mice out of my home for good. I did not peruse the store to see what other products/services they offer, but they have the most adorable dog that greets you at the door. After I picked up the board and took it home, I realized I I messed up the measurements. I sheepishly had to return with the board and ask for a redo, but they were super helpful and shaped the board to spec. The installed transition looks awesome and I'm already thinking of my next project to take to their shop. Highly recommend!

Great customer service,…read more A two yr old front door lock set failed. Elizabeth at Push Pull diagnosed the problem using photographs we emailed to her. We tried one easy solution that didn't work. Then, Elizabeth ordered a replacement (at no charge to us) that was delivered in less than two weeks. We were able to install the part ourselves after one more visit to the shop for Elizabeth to reset the door handle to fit our door....changing the orientation from left to right. We are fortunate that we live only three miles from the store. Although, I am sure that we would receive the same great service if we had to ship the lock back and forth. We were impressed with the way Elizabeth attacked the problem and engineered a good solution in a very timely way. Thanks to Elizabeth and Push Pull!
