This review is only for the mangonada! I finally found this place after a violent craving and it hit all the right spots. The mango was super sweet and the dessert as a whole really hit the spot. It's the best mangonada in the area and if it isn't, LET ME KNOW. Service was great, they were super nice! There's a little parking lot in the back so it should be easy to find parking. I've been to United Paleteria Y Neveria three times now, and all experiences have been pleasant. After living in the East Bay for 17 months I was finally recommended a raspado place. I've tried the Diablito and Mangonada and both lived up to the expectation. The only reason I decided to give 4 star is because the last two times they did not have what I wanted in stock. read more

I don't know why a lot of people are complaining about the employees "attitude". I get treated very nicely here. (Maybe y'all come in rude and that's why you the "attitude") The ladies here really care about your experience and give you the best customer service. They make me feel very welcomed. I had a mangonada and it was extremely fresh. The mangos were so sweet! I also ordered a cup of fruit, I recommend getting the mango, strawberry, and cantaloupe. There is some parking in the back, and there's also some free street parking. They take credit card and cash. There's also space inside to enjoy your order there. This was my first visit after driving by this place countless times. I arrived right before a crowd of people arrived and was able to place my order. The staff was super friendly and helpful, one of the two workers on duty was training on her first day but she was doing her best. This place could really use a mobile or online checkout option because I was surprised to see how many people kept walking in. I came here with my boyfriend a week ago or so...I've been waiting for so long to give this place a try and been wanting to try the tostilocos. Meh.. crepes are ok but the service was TERRIBLE the girls were rude and looked miserable working there. They probably had a rough day because the floor was a disaster someone spilled ice cream and instead of cleaning it they let it be. Myself and 3 other customer got chocolate ice cream on our shoes. I wish I could leave 0 stars but sadly I can't. The Ice cream was terrible and the cueritos from my tostilocos had worms in it my son got fever and the service was even worse!! The place smelled kind of funny but it looked pretty clean surprisingly! The lady took a very long time in the back kitchen and didn't want to attend us very well. I will never be coming back here EVER AGAIN. I definitely do not recommend to anyone read more

I didn't notice this place until my son pointed it out while I was driving. We were cravings bionicos. They have ice cream and it is made in house. They have the usual when you go to an ice cream parlor plus all the Mexican treats like mangonadas, fruta picada, etc. Very delicious! I got the cut up fruit with lemon juice and it hit the spot. My son ordered a sundae and he loved it. We ended up ordering a half gallon of ice cream to take home, because their ice cream is bomb dot com! read more

We went in today at 5:30 and I think it's a new girl we asked for multiple things and their machines were supposedly out of order we finally decided to get dortioelotes and they were disgusting she didn't barley even put elote or cheese and we told her about it and all she said was sorry that's how I make them we basically paid for regular Doritos at double the price read more

I live close by but only recently tried this place out! Ice cream scoops are kind of on the pricey side, but definitely worth nonetheless. There are an abundance of flavor options so you'll find something for you here regardless. The venue is small but there's a good amount of seating. There's a parking lot there too so if you're driving and don't want to park on busy San Pablo Ave. you can go there. This place has alot of options for snacks, it was good, the lady that served us was really nice with very good customer service but the reason I did not give five starts was because it was really pricey. I had a Tostillocos and Agua fresca for 10$ thats just to much on something. I will go back tho. Lol read more

the service here is absoultely terrible the young lady who works there always has an attitude. The first time I went i thought she was just having a bad day but everytime after that i went she still has the same horrible attitude extremely rude and no manners what so ever the ice cream is good but its definitely not worth the extremely horrible customer service you will be getting. read more

I was surprise to see this place got so much bad review. I do agreed sometime u could be waiting here forever because there are a lot of item that require time to do it. The drink was delicious they use real fruit and water and some else probably salt and sugar. The ice cream is delicious the texture and the taste are heaven. they use real fruits too you can felt the textures of the fruits some time that can be annoy like how some fruit has so much seed , but can't complain much real fruit better than artificial flavor. I love the food but I can not say the same about the service. I ordered a Hot Cheeto Esquite and realized she was adding Lemon, ( allergic) and as soon as I said No lemon please she rolled her eyes at me. She offered to make a new one but at that point I said, leave it as is and gave it to my cousin. I have been here more then once because like I said food is great!! But everytime I come here the girls look miserable and had shitty attitudes. I rather take my business else where, where people treat you with respect. read more

I went today not knowing what to get one of the things that really attracted me where the Doritos nachos they looked appetizing on the picture they where around 4 dollars almost 5 when I got the nachos it was with the small bag of Doritos it had corn on the nachos I've never had corn on nachos and it was more corn than Doritos I don't think I would come back again for 4 dollars I could've done it my self and had money left over read more

This was my fourth time going here since I live close by. The food/ treats and ice cream is very good but expensive. The ladies working there are always so rude. If you want to be treated like crap then come here. Lol Be very careful because I caught them two times over charging me and my father. Also do your math ahead of paying. The lady who made our dessert was rude for no reason. We were being nice and showing no attitude. I ordered Fresas con Crema, but they only showed the price for a small ($8). She said it doesn't come in a medium so large is the only upgrade. She failed to mention the price of $14!!! It was good though. read more

The pupusas are tiny, they are good but nothing extraordinary. As they are small there's no cheese stretch or a good feel about the filling. The masa is good. The quesadilla pasty was crumbly, it did not feel fresh. It was dry with no flavor compared to ones I've eaten before. The best Salvi quesadillas are moist. The guava, pineapple, and custard empanada pastry were small. The pineapple one did not feel fresh, more on the dry side, crumbly compared to other flavors. The pork empanada was probably the worst. They were tiny with hardly any filling. The empanadas usually have a ground meat or shredded chicken. This one had pieces of pork so it was not flavorful at all. There's table seating indoors and outdoors. The yucca con chicharron was okay too. Usually it comes with a salad like but this one came with 1 beet, 1 slice of tomato and 1 slice of cucumber with a small bag of curtido. No sauce. Tip: The server gave me a business card and recommended to call for orders to go as the waiting time was 30 minutes. I did not mind waiting. I appreciated her sharing this. Tip: recommend the pork tamal. The pupusas if hungry get at least 3.
