I love that they tell me the things they notice going on with both my older vehicles so I can change the right fluids and address the concerns as they are coming up so I can stay on top of them. Huge shoutout to PACC for being willing to share that Oilstop is open later and would take care of my simple need! I can't stand that amber light in my face telling me that service is "past due". Eek! Francisco met me and confirmed they had time, cited the cost of a full synthetic oil change and said since I was willing to pivot and do a Hail Mary and trust them, he would give me a discount. Nice! I drove around to the back bay and Michael greeted me. He guided me to the line for service.. and I get to wait in my car! Super convenient. They even offer you complementary beverages while you wait. So far, so good! The place looks neat and tidy, everyone is smiling. They're all taking amongst themselves in the most friendly and professional way. I am impressed! Michael also shared that they're not commissioned so don't feel pressured, they don't do "upsells ". The price quoted is less than the local Jiffy Lube, even with the $20 online coupon. There's a reason I drove past them and saw no customers waiting. Did I mention that I get to sit in my car and write this review while I wait? Can't beat that! Oh! And while I wait, they're cleaning all of my windows, spraying lube on the door hinges, checking tire pressure.. making sure the wiper blades are in good shape. The Manager just came to show me the filter they're installing and reviewed all that was done today. They double check every bolt to make sure they're tightened, checked my air filters and did NOT say they needed to be replaced (unlike Diamond Mazda). Total time from getting in to line to driving away was 52 minutes. They quoted an hour, and they were accurate! I may have accidentally found my new favorite place for oil changes!

I was told I could stop by for them to read the code. I dropped by that afternoon, and they read the engine code (no charge) in just a few minutes. I was advised of what the code indicated, and was told that the car was fine to drive. I made an appointment to have it repaired. I dropped the car off with "Shy" first thing in the morning. It was repaired by noon. I walk with some difficulty, and they are a two-story operation (showroom to shop). I asked if someone could bring the car up to me so I didn't have to do the stairs and I was immediately acommodated. Good to be back, they did a great job and earned another customer (back).

Last week I went in to have my brakes checked because I'd been hearing a faint high-pitched noise…read morewhen braking, especially at low speeds when braking or releasing the brakes. I explained this issue over the phone, and again when I arrived. The shop said my front brakes and rotors were worn, so I had both replaced. I assumed this was the reason for the noise. The staff were friendly, helpful, and the price seemed fair. However, after the replacement, the same noise was still there - which was the main reason I came in to begin with. My front brakes would need replacing eventually, but I went in mainly to diagnose the noise. They offered to check the front brakes again for free. They put my car on the lift to listen for brake noise. While I could clearly hear the high-pitched noise each time when braking, the owner said he was unable to hear it. This confused me, because my wife and child can hear the noise every time we leave the driveway. When they backed my car out, we all could hear the high-pitched noise from the rear brakes (not the front brakes). It felt like my main concern wasn't fully addressed during my first visit. I felt like I was first sold a repair (new brakes) before having my actual concerns addressed (noise). Now I'm doubting whether I also needed to replace my water pump that day - which they said was leaking when I first visited to get the brake noise checked. I paid to replace that too, but was it actually necessary, or an upsell? They said they'd take off the rear wheels for $80 to check for debris and clean them, but at this point I'm not confident they would be able to diagnose my issue anymore. I don't want to spend any more money at this shop to check something that should have been checked when I asked on my first visit. To reiterate, all of the staff were friendly and I was treated respectfully and honestly - just to be clear for anyone reading to the end. But I will be looking elsewhere for a shop that listens to customers' concerns before charging for work. UPDATE: After reading the owner's response, I feel shocked. Again, I originally came in only to diagnose a noise - not specifically to replace brakes or rotors (or a water pump). I was happy to pay for new ones in order to solve my issue - the noise. I clearly communicated I was trying to solve the noise both times. I don't appreciate being told it's my fault for not pointing out exactly which wheels the noise was coming from. I'm downgrading this from a 3-star to a 1-star review due to this response. UPDATE 2: No, I was not shown any of my old or new parts before or after replacement - I sat in the waiting room while the work was being done; during the second visit, I was only shown my own car on the lift while trying to diagnose the sound, without any parts removed. But I'm not sure what that has to do with my review. My original noise concern was not resolved, and they didn't seem able to diagnose my issue. The owner's replies to my review sound very unprofessional and accusatory (do you reply like this to every review that's not 5 stars?) and I won't be replying here anymore.

I called this Jiffy Lube since it was close to home and explained the situation to Ronaldo who answered, he said to bring the car in so he can check it and let me know if there was something that looked wrong or broken with the car. He was able to check my car and found nothing wrong or broken with it and said I must have ran over a oil bottle or puddle on the road that caused my car to loose traction and got oil splattered all over my wheel wells.
