Making an appointment was very easy through their website, and they are open on Mondays! I went with whichever barber was open. They weren't busy when I got there, and I was immediately greeted and seated. I don't need anything fancy, so after explaining what I wanted, he went to work. The attention to detail was impressive, including using a straight razor to fine-tune the edges. They are very easy to have a conversation with him while in the chair, and time flew by. He's a good person too and easy to talk to. His shop gets pretty busy but they have about 6 barbers from what I can tell upstairs & downstairs. Recently, I tried taking my "little" to a children's hair salon a ways away, but we were a few minutes late and they completely refused to serve us - with bad attitude to spare.
