Not a fancy place, this is located in a strip mall, but the food ranks among the best Vietnamese we've had so far. I had the vermicelli noodles with barbecued pork. The sauce was delicious (just the right blend of fish sauce and whatever else is in there). There was plenty of meat, along with the noodles and lettuce (which was crispy and fresh). Husband had the combination pho without meatballs. With pho, the broth is the thing, and hubbie said this was very flavorful and good. Our server was polite and efficient, very nice. If you like Vietnamese food, I'd definitely consider UnPHOgettable. Kudos for the creative name, too! read more

This is an amazing restaurant with super cheap dining options with nice sized portions. I like to get the meatball pho. And they have a secret hot sauce that they make in house that's to die for! If you're craving pho or Vietnamese cuisine don't hesitate to check this place out. read more

Solid pho. Not the best ever, but solid. The broth could use a little more herbaceous flavor, and the noodles were a little too aldente both times I had it, but it's still a great, satisfying bowl of pho for the immediate area. The fried avocado eggrolls are yummy, too. read more

This place has great Pho at a really good price. The service was fast even for a large group. We were seated with kids and they did a good job of letting us get an order in quickly and brought out an appetizer for us to much on so the kids would stay quiet. The tables are kind of close together so you feel a bit squeezed in. Can't beat the value. The steak was especially good in the Pho. read more

I've never dined in but have done takeout probably a dozen times since they've opened. We've ordered and enjoyed steak pho, pork vermicelli and shaking beef. Everything is comparable to our favorite vietnamese restaurants in Seattle. I'm really hoping they will eventually add banh mi sandwiches to the menu! read more

We just moved to the area and wanted to check out some of the local restaurants. The Special Pho was great as was the Meatball Pho. The Gyoza special appetizer was a little crunchy but tasted good. On the way back from hiking near Snoqualmie Pass, we decided to stop here instead of waiting till we got to Factoria. The place was clean and the service was quick and friendly. I ordered brisket pho and hubby got the pork vermicelli bowl with an egg roll. The pho had a ton of meat in it (regular size) and ingredients tasted fresh. The broth was solid. Really great pho! My husband got the veggie one and I got the beef brisket. Both were amazing. We live in LA where we can find some really great pho, so we were super impressed with the quality of the food here. The broth for the brisket pho was some of the best broth I've ever had! My husband and I ate here for lunch today and was it good! We had fried prawns and avocado rolls to start and those were amazing. I had beef short ribs with rice and they were grilled so well! My husband had grilled pork with rice noodles and he devoured it. The serving sizes were large! I also tried Vietnamese coffee for the first time and that was fantastic. I had the grilled pork vermicelli, and my partner had the chicken pho. Both were excellent - tasty and generous. Also had goi cuon, the fresh spring rolls, with crisp hearts of romaine lettuce, vermicelli noodles, a thinly-sliced deli meat of some sort, a good peanut sauce. The rolls were fine, but basic. Some restaurants add cilantro or mint, or something to give the roll some crunch, like bits of fried wonton. That would be a great addition to Unphogettable's rolls. Excellent service from the moment we entered, polite and super-fast. Our server made sure to ask how we liked the meal. Only giving them 4 stars because we went back today, Sunday afternoon, for another round of their great pho, but though their Yelp profile indicates open, they aren't. We should have known when they didn't answer their phone, but drove over anyway thinking, "maybe they're just busy..." Will be back! read more

This food is fresh and delicious! We had the avocado rolls first, and they were amazing. We also had the chicken pho, which was also outstanding. I ordered the large, and it was an extremely generous portion. Lots of moist chicken. A large group of hikers came in right after us and pretty much filled up the restaurant. However, our food still came out very fast. I noticed the other patrons were getting their food out to them very quickly too. Great, friendly service, and we'll be back again soon! the service here sucks and the pho broth/food is not good. i actually am shocked by all the good reviews here. the shrimp plate literally has jut shrimp and rice.. we actually all laughed at how little color/veg there was. the pho broth and meat wasn't good and this place ranks in my lower tier... and i eat pho quite often. but what really pissed me off was how slow the service was. they're not good at prioritizing which customers need to be helped first, and they act sweet in the beginning but once they get overwhelmed they glare at you and talk sh*t about you in the back/kitchen. super annoying and i'll never be back. read more

Not many people in the restaurant, but 15 minutes later the waiter came out and said it would be an hour before we could get food.
