Always heard about this pho place at the mall. Decided to finally try it! I got the rare steak pho. It was delicious but i think this is the first time I've experienced it differently? First, most places i've had pho at would have the rare steak sliced while this place served the rare steak in like chunks. It was definitely a new experience. Second, usually there is a side plate of veggies with basil, bean sprouts, lime/lemon, and jalapenos. Here, they put the bean sprouts already IN your soup rather than on the side. Personally, I didn't really like that like I'd rather do it myself or at least wish i was asked first. But i also understand why they might do that perhaps to prevent waste. Anyways overall good pho!

Got the P1. Broth was such a clean taste.

Came by for lunch on Monday after craving some pho. And the broth from this place was a very clean and did not taste like they had added in msg. It was perfect for a quick lunch during work hours. The way the place is set up is there's tables in a large food court kind of area and the worker bring thr food out when the food is ready.

Love Unphogettable!!! I've been a couple times now with a good friend and we both love it. The ambiance is interesting because of the location, however the service is phenomenal. The pho is so delicious and full of goodies! I get vegetarian pho and it has tons of veggies! Highly recommend for anyone looking for some delicious pho!

Hands down some of the best ox tale pho and pork vermicil I had in a minute. I walk by here after the gym and never really though a mall can have food like this. The guy is legit he is very nice and attentive. I hope more ppl come and give it a chance. I ain't Asian but my gf is and she even said it was suprinsgly much better than what she expected. The smoothie too was amazing. Ingot the coconut smoothie it was just the right amount of sweet. Do yourself a favor try it out. Help a small business out.

Came with a friend for dinner. This part of the mall is detached from the rest and feels a little bit lonely, but has tons of open seating and is not too loud. There was no line and we ordered right away. Even though it's a food court, the staff were friendly and brought our meals out to us without too much wait. I was pleasantly surprised as how flavorful the broth was; it was rich without being too salty or meaty. Yum! I was a little sad that there were no bean sprouts, Thai basil, or lime, but I understand that this is a smaller shop. And with the parking outside being so easy, I know I'll be back soon.

    No good milk tea.

The worst banh mi I ever had. I ordered the pork grilled banh mi and it was drenched in some type of sweet bbq sauce that it took over the entire sandwich. Then menu didn't say it was bbq. See the photos. The jalapeños were cut in large chunks, and the cucumbers and daikon were cut in crinkled chunks. I couldn't finish it. Had the milk tea, it was OVERLY sweet, no boba offered. The worker was a sweet woman but we saw her wear the same disposable gloves to clean the tables, make and serve the food.

Conveniently located in the somewhat forgotten about Market Square at Arden Fair, this place was a pleasant surprise. There was no line or wait when we visited and the food came out fairly quickly. The service was solid too and the workers brought all of our food to our seats in the food court. Shrimp Spring Roll - very fresh and what you would expect Grilled Chicken Spring Roll - very fresh and what you would expect here also Shrimp Tempura - Nice texture and batter with a light coconut flavor Oxtail Pho - This was very good. The broth was flavorful, the oxtail was tender and they give you a good amount. They did a good job with this dish and I would order again Overall this place is a solid option if you are in the area and don't mind the food court environment.

Pho broth is tasty. That's most important. The pho size is on the smaller end but the prices also reflect the portion size. You can ask for more noodles though and I was told it would be on the house. It'll satisfy your craving and doesn't make you feel super full from over-eating. No msg used here per their sign. Service is friendly. Good place to eat for lunch. Fast service and tasty. Would eat here again and next time I plan to order the beef and lobster pho!

Best pho period. The flavor of the broth is so legit. Literally no other place is better. The owner is the chef. You never see that. He makes sure every bit is seriously Unphogettable hahaha I love it. It goes with the name.

Well not sure how i feel about the fact that they heated up their meat from yesterday. This is a small storefront inside a food court. Has that cafeteria vibe. The fact that i waited over 10 minutes for my sandwich. Or that the guy AFTER me got his sandwich first. Bread is not fresh. Sandwich wasnt toasted so it was tough to chew the bread. There was no crispyness :( the meat was very flavorful but dry making it a little hard to chew through parts of it. A LOT OF MAYO. My friend got the bun bo hue and gave it a 7/10. I tried his soup and feel like 6-7 if fair. They had one person doing orders and sandwiches so I waited unnecessarily longer because he couldnt even start my sandwich and then he prioritized his regular customer over my order. Id give a 2, but the food did not taste horrible. Flies were buzzin around the table in an indoor space. Not their fault but annoying

My family and I came here for dinner on a Friday night (~7:30pm) after shopping at the new Uniqlo store at the Arden Fair Mall. Unphogettable is located in the Market Square next to the Arden Mall, so it was a quick couple minutes walk from Macy's. They have only been open for about 2 weeks and have an 10% off Grand Opening Special. For dinner time, they were not busy, but unfortunately neither were any of the other restaurants in the Market Square. It's a little sad because mall was not busy as well. The gentleman who took our order was extremely nice and very patient when taking our order. There are some tables and chairs in the common area to sit at and they will bring your food out to you when it's ready. The food came out fairly quick. Food: fresh and authentic flavors, not the best I've had, but very good for mall food. Price was very affordable as they have good portion size. - Combination Pho - Brisket Pho - Bun Bo Hue Spicy Beef Noodle Soup - Grilled Beef Bahn Mi - Grill Pork Bahn Mi Overall, a great place for a quick bite to eat. I hope they can make it here in the world of dying malls.

I appreciate the decor when you walk in - it's like half modern along with paints as if you're from Vietnam. Server recommended us the beef rib over rice which was marinated with lemon grass and meat was tender. Usually it's pork chop or chicken but beef rib elevated the rice plate. Special spring roll combo - sooo healthy. Make your own spring rolls. It comes with nem nuong (sausage pork), vermicelli noodles, crispy rice paper, lots of veg). Dipped in their sauce, it was definitely my fav. It's interesting that their sauce consistency is thick. Banh xeo - I wish it came a little crispier. Lots of bean sprouts under which made it a bit soggy if not eaten right away Pho combo - flavorful broth, good portion of meat, noodles was in perfect condition. I recommend* Drinks - wasn't entirely impressed by them. They were VERY strong.

It was our first time assembling our own spring rolls at the table, which made for a fun and memorable dining experience. The beef rib pho was packed with flavor, generously portioned, and easily left us with enough leftovers for another meal. I also tried Nem Chua (fermented pork) for the first time and absolutely loved it. Everything tasted fresh, simple, and homemade--the kind of food that feels like it was made with care. The hospitality was warm and welcoming, and I appreciated that they're open earlier in the morning, making it a convenient option compared to many other Vietnamese restaurants. Great food, great service, and a great experience overall. We'll definitely be back!

We ordered the #1 Cha Gio (fried egg rolls), #11 Banh Cuon Tay Ho Dac Biet (combination flour sheet/roll), and #54 Banh Xeo Can't go wrong with the cha gio. We mixed our fish sauce with the chili sauce and this was so good. I wish it came with a little bit more veggies as I like to lettuce wrap my cha gio. Banh Cuon combo plate was also very good but the banh cuon was absolutely the best part - next time I would just order a plate of only the rice rolls! Banh Xeo took a bit longer to come out but it was very large and seemed like a popular menu item as we saw other tables order this. This is a savory Vietnamese pancake/crepe packed with veggies and shrimp and pork. Veggies and herbs were plentiful here - a bit messy to eat but so good! Service was okay - our orders were taken in a timely manner and food came out promptly. Only thing is that we were never checked up on and we had to walk up to the counter to settle the bill. I'll definitely be back for the banh cuon!

I automatically think about Duc Huong when I think about banh mi. Their grilled pork never lets me down. It comes in a huge serving size with carrots, onions, parsley, and jalapenos (optional). Bonus points for the customizable garlic butter spread that can be added to the bread. Out of all this shop's positive traits -- portion size, taste, authenticity -- the most head-turning of them all lies in their menu prices. $6+tax for a large sandwich ($3.25 for small) is unheard of, particularly in California. Even with Doordash's greedy middleman antics, the all-inclusive total with the DashPass comes out to slightly more than $10 per sandwich. I doubt that there's any contention about Duc Huong serving the best banh mis in Sacramento. With its consistent taste and absurdly cheap prices, I'm hard pressed to try another establishment.

On Sunday (6/21), I ordered four sandwiches and ate half of one right away. I actually remember thinking to myself, "This is really good." I saved another sandwich for Monday, and as I was getting toward the end of it, it started falling apart on my plate. That's when I noticed a piece of hair inside. Needless to say, I was completely disgusted. Finding hair in food is one of those things that's hard to get past, especially when you're almost finished eating and realize you've already consumed most of it. It's incredibly disappointing because I had just started to become a regular customer and was genuinely enjoying their sandwiches. Unfortunately, this experience has completely turned me off, and I don't think I'll be coming back.
