Delicious Indian food in Wake Forest!…read more Super kind staff and quick service. Our favorites here are the chicken Korma, the paneer palak, and the garlic naan. They do a 1-10 spice level which I love. I think a 5 has a good building heat and there are plenty of options to go hotter or more mild from there. Great for takeout or in person.

Instead, a very kind man greeted me and escorted me to a table. The restaurant is very bright inside and a little industrial, but decorated in standard well-worn Indian fare. Their menu is filled with familiar favorites and a couple surprise stand-outs like momo and some Afghani dishes. And to my very pleasant surprise, they offer goat as an option in several dishes. I love goat meat, and can't get it very often, since hardly anyone offers it. So I delighted ordered goat curry, 7 on the spicy scale, and a side of raita, in case the kitchen has a sense of humor. As it turns out, I thought the 7 was fairly med-mild, but my spice level in near super-human. But the kind waitress brought me "Spicy Sauce@ which added a delightful kick!! The curry came with rice and a nice papadaam/chutney set-up. And portions were large enough that I took half home and enjoyed it the next day (when it was even better!!). So definitely an A+ experience. Highly recommended!! Will definitely be back!!!

Every dish I've tried has been consistently good, but the mango lime chicken deserves a special shoutout! What really keeps me coming back, though, is the value. Their lunch special (not pictured) is an absolute steal and one of the best deals around if you want high-quality Indian food without committing to a full dinner spread. Even my mother who never had Indian was a big fan of the lunch special! Service is friendly, flavors are reliable, and the menu delivers comfort with just enough polish. Whether you're new to Indian food or already a fan, Lime & Lemon is a go-to spot that never disappoints.

I had missed this on the menu, but my dosa with spiced powder inside did not come with potatoes or anything; it still was a nice flavor but not as substantive as I was hoping for the price. Thankfully, I did get a mango lime tofu dish that was bursting with flavor and also very filling, as well as a bread on the side that underwhelmed and didn't have much of the spiced potatoes as advertised (what do you have to do to get potatoes in your food here?). Overall, a nice location, but the food was a bit mixed in quality and not quite what I'd hoped for at the price. Particularly when one considers how many Indian restaurants there are around here. I could imagine them doing better on a different order; the other Lime and Lemon I went to was quite ncie.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted, and the gentleman explained the process & showed us where we can sit. You place your order on one of the kiosks. You can order from multiple places. The lady and gentleman were extremely helpful and patient with us and our questions. Let me tell you, there is plenty of food to choose from. The only meat I eat is turkey and seafood, so there's usually not a lot that I can order when I go places. But, there are so many turkey options. I was in heaven! I ordered the turkey bbq plate with greens (with turkey) and potato salad from Wings & Turkey BBQ. It came with a roll and some coleslaw, as well. It was very good. I demolished everything (except the potato salad. The flavor was great, but I think there were onions in it. So, it was just a texture preference.) My mom ordered a burger from Dave's Burgers. She said it was delicious. The rest of the family ordered different types of wings. They were all very satisfied with their food. Before we left, we ordered the banana pudding from Humble Catering. It was so good!! Excellent service and delicious food! Sorry I didn't get many pictures. We were hungry

Since this was our first time visiting he explained the restaurants and how to order from the kiosks. It was crowded but he took time and assisted each patron individually. Order from 2 restaurants and unfortunately the food was subpar. The cheesesteak eggrolls were small but tasty. The jerk wings were made with a store bought sauce and lacked flavor. The fried fish meal was so salty we couldn't even enjoy it. The fish tasted as if the either the grease was burned or the fish was left in too long. The Cajun pasta was pictured with sausage but did not contain sausage. We added chicken which was EXTREMELY dry, like it was days old or over cooked. The cabbage was salty and the greens beans were riddled with sugar. This is a great concept. Just didn't live up to the hype.

The staff could not have been more accommodating. Our waitress, Katie, was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the manager, Sammy, went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The chef even came over to introduce himself, which was a really nice touch. We also learned during our visit that the restaurant has recently been recognized by Michelin, very well deserved. Won't be surprised if they get their first star in the coming months. Definitely save room for the desserts, I've never tasted anything like it. A perfect place for a special night, and it'll always mean a lot to us since it's where our story started. We'll be back soon.

Imagine a spot that's equal parts Mumbai majesty and Southern comfort. You walk in, and the vibe is…read moreinstantly lively--like a Sunday supper where everyone actually likes each other, just with way better spices and a whole lot less drama. They've got these plush, deep green velvet booths that hug you sweeter than a Southern grandma, paired with large, dramatic blue dining chairs that practically scream, "Sit and Stay a While". Everywhere you look, there is gleaming copper decor catching the light, reflecting off soft, warm wood tones that keep the whole place from feeling stuffy. It's upscale, sure, but it breathes. It is bustling, animated, and humming with gossip and laughter. It's high-end, but not overly formal. Now for the bar - The Old Fashioned is absolutely gorgeous, the star of the show being the unique craft ice. That giant block of ice is taking up about 90% of real estate so they are giving you a very short pour on the liquid. It's about three sips of actual cocktail swimming around a diamond-grade ice cube. It is high-end and it tastes wonderful--just don't expect a heavy pour. A must try - The Ultimate Four-Cheese Truffle Kulcha, they threw out the rulebook for this blend. Pillowy, tandoor-baked dough with sharp, bitey white cheddar, a wonderfully funky and oozing brie, a sharp and nutty asiago, and just enough mozzarella to give you a cheese pull that stretches all the way to next week. It's laced with finely minced fresh chili and topped with blistered, smoky shishito peppers, complete with a truffle flex. Now hold onto your pearls, darlin', because their butter chicken is not that neon-orange, overly sweet butter chicken you get from the mall food court. This is the sophisticated, high-society glow-up that your tastebuds have been praying for. They start with chicken thighs that are so perfectly moist it ought to be a crime. Then the Gravy (The Showstopper): This is a velvety, luxurious makhani sauce made from deeply smoked tomatoes and red peppers. It has a sultry, back-of-the-throat woodsmoke depth that plays beautifully with the sweet acidity of the peppers. It's finished with a generous dusting of fragrant, herbaceous fenugreek leaves. Just when you think it can't get any richer, it's crowned with dehydrated butter that melts right back into the sauce as it hits your table, creating an impossibly glossy, silk-sheet texture. The food is pure luxury, but the rice portion is giving 'recession.' Don't let them starve your sauce--order extra rice right out of the gate and eat like the king or queen you are. Before you get completely drunk on truffle butter and smoky makhani sauce, you need to look at the bottom of that menu, they are slipping in a warning and I am here to make sure you don't get caught off guard when the check drops. They are feeding you like royalty, but they are also making sure their staff gets paid like royalty--automatically. Check your math before you add an extra tip, because that 20% is already locked, loaded, and heading straight for your credit card.

It was not busy on a Sunday and I'm guess it's geared towards people that work in the area on weekdays. Walking to the bathroom and bypassing the vacant security desk for the building was a strange experience. The menu is South Indian; there were some differences in what was online and what I found on the printed menu, but it was a wide and interesting selection with abundant options for special dietary needs. I ordered a dosa and an appetizer, which were splendidly presented on banana leaves. I asked for my Indo-Chinese paneer extra spicy, and they seemed a bit skeptical, but it did deliver a heck of a spice kick and an abundance of leafy tropical flavor (full curry leaves are common in this cuisine). The dosa was large, extra thin, quite salty, and satisfying. A chai was small and unsweetened. I didn't get quite the bustling atmosphere that their other location (in Cary) possessed and the menu for some reason did not have the kottu paratha I wanted to try, but I would definitely recommend anyone seeking some South Indian food to come here.
