Don't bring your car here they should not be a Tesla authorized body shop they are nice till you leave your car- then nobody knows anything or returns your call. I'm 100% sure they disconnected my phone from my car but I could still see the car on my other devices they switched some thing on my trunk-my device showed the trunk open and drivers door open for hours and it was the passenger door that needed repair. I don't even think these are my tires I was at discount tire on Monday for a flat repair- I'm going back to see if they see the patch. And the repair was not professional I can still see where the door dent was there was still the compound in the door trim and handle and 2 small scratches and I don't understand why they could not get tesla paint because this paint does not match in better sunlight from the side it looks shiny sparkly like a clown car. Who knows what else they switched don't come to updated auto unless you want them to pick apart your car - I will be reporting this to better business bureau and to tesla since now I have to go there and pay out of pocket to get my car door fixed and painted to match the rest of the car- I don't trust this business - very disappointed my car is new 2023 and it was not cheap but they fixed it like it was. Do not trust them and I will post this everywhere do not trust them just go somewhere else read more

I am as stingy with giving out a 5 Star Rating, as a "Red Neck" is tipping an Exotic Dancer, who just gave him a lap dance that was "on the house". It's rare that a Red Ncck tips anyone, and so think of my 5 star ratings, as just as rare an occasion. Having tried three other body shops in this town, I have a good frame of reference. These folks appreciate your business, and demonstrate it with unmatched courtesy, friendliness, and good service. Randy was a true professional, who simply cut out the BS, and made us feel confident and at ease. We had almost no wait for Randy to look at our car. Just by looking at it, he knew what we were thinking, and what we wanted. The car was brought in the next day to commence repairs, and was completed on the day he said it would be available. Our Insurance Company made a slight adminstrative goof, and Randy and the Staff, simply took charge, and had it corrected. For our part we had no hassels. The work was the quality we expected, and we are very satisfied. So remember; If you are in Las Vegas, and a place comps you for a meal, a cocktail, or a naughty pleasure, please give a generous tip to show the person underwriting the comp you are classy and appreciative. Quality meets service! I was recently rear ended at a red light. I called my local land rover dealership and they told me without hesitation "Updated Auto." That was good enough for me not to use my insurance company (progressive's) recommendation. For starters: Progressive was so awful to deal with in terms of providing info. (Anyone that has been in an accident knows how stressful it can be). Updated contacted me directly(even when progressive didnt) and gave me a play-by-play on the status of my vehicle, which alleviated a lot of stress. Responses for any questions regarding the process were answered immediately by Theresa. I was even put on with the owner Elie of the shop. Elie went a step further and supplemented answers for any personal questions. I knew my car was in good hands. Upon arrival while my paperwork was being printed up, I was greeting by Theresa and Elie. You could immediately tell this was an A+ establishment from the cleanliness and customer service. Now the actual body work: I got a short personal tour of the shop. Elie took it upon himself to even show me in detail how intricate their work is. I got to view a '15 range rover gutted from the front. He was able to point out the most seemingly minute details that they were fixing. It was very impressive to see how one small bend on an internal steel piece was spotted and thus the whole right frame needed to be replaced in order to be "like-new". You can really tell how much the team cares about their work quality and customer care. After-all, when you get your car back, you want your car looking as if nothing ever happened. My car was pulled up. I took a picture for my snapchat followers. It was BEAUTIFUL! Honestly I havent seen the car look so new since the day I bought it in June 2013! Such a relief!!!! First time here and the customer service is Excellent! We are visiting from San Diego and our BMW had a bad oil leak. We found this place on Yelp and they took our car in asap and also called Enterprise for us so we can get a rental car to drive home while they work on our car. Excellent service! I had such a positive experience with Updated Auto. Unfortunately I ended up having to have my car serviced there twice. Once due an accident and second time for a huge scratch from something. I tried to repair it myself but that didn't work out. The first visit I was sent by an insurance company due to being hit head on and Updated Auto really did a great job so it was a no brainer to go back to them to repair my door. Excellent customer service, front desk and staff very friendly, personable and professional, excellent work. My door looks brand new. I dropped it off and two days later it was ready. And they put some type of air freshener in my car that had my garage smelling good for days. I definitely recommend them if you need your high end luxury vehicle repaired. I was referred to updated auto by Land Rover and I must say I was a little apprehensive because I had just bought my car 3 weeks prior and did not trust anyone with a new "luxury" car; however, I wanted to get my door fixed that was caused by a careless driver who swiped my door and left a dent on it at a parking lot. Eli did an excellent job at reassuring me and accommodating my family and I. Arnold worked with my insurance company to get everything covered and did an amazing job with updating me on the process. Randy and Elie did a great job with our Range Rover. We had them paint the tailgate and blackout the grill and and emblems. But the real reason I am writing this review is we had wind noise from the passengers side front window at highway seed. We took the car to the dealership several times and they were not able to fix the issue. We then decided to take it back to updated auto. They fixed the issue right away the same day. I wish I could rate this shop based on their service, but unfortunately can't. I went in today to get an estimate to see how much it would be to repair my car, and at first was greeted by the friendly receptionist and by Randy. I was then handed off to another lady (Liz?)who asked me a few questions. I told her I was looking at estimates since I might have to pay out of pocket. She then said that if I've already looked at estimates then there's no point in her writing me one since I should already have an idea of what it may cost to repair. Then she tried to justify her not writing it by saying that she could low ball a price to get my job, but then it would be more. I work in service too, and I don't turn away customers just because they have other estimates. I give them estimates for what they need, and also let them know what we offer and how we compare. Doing a repair is more than just getting a price, it's about feeling comfortable with the company enough to trust them with your car. But just being brushed off because you don't feel that you need to write up an estimate shows poor customer service. Maybe I just caught her in a bad day, but that shouldn't be an excuse for the lack of service I received. read more

I had an accident in March and Updated Auto was recommended to me by AAA. It was close to where I had the accident and didn't know where else to have it towed. I have to say the shop was clean, there was someone there on Saturday and they got the ball rolling first thing Monday. I just got my car back today. Any delay was not on their end, it was my insurance company. Updated Auto did a really nice job on the repairs. It was an older car and they did a great job with the paint and repairs. The greatest thing was that they kept up updated on the progress at least twice a week with both a phone call and a text. James Williams was the rep that was taking care of me and he was wonderful. I was rear ender a week before Thanksgiving and the person who hit me recommended I go to this company for the BEST service because she's been feeling with them for years. We made an appointment for the next day and took the car over a few days later for the work that needed to be done. The owner even sat with me and explain everything that was going to take place! I was impressed with his quality of customer service compared to so many other places I've been to. The bumper was replaced and painted and looked better than before it was hit, and was even done before the Thanksgiving holiday! They did an amazing job!!! Each time I/we walked away saying, "We may not like to have accidents to fix, but these people know what they are doing, do it fast, keep us informed, and their pricing is the best we have encountered (we have very high deductibles on purpose so we general pay for every repair ourselves). I took my car in for an oil leak and told them I was from Ca and didn't want to drive back with the leak. I was told the gasgets etc. needed to be repaired. Well a couple days later I saw the same exact leaks in the driveway so I called because I was leaving to go back home soon. Denise told me that she would have Randy call me back but he never did. I called a couple more times, then sent emails and no response. I've taken other actions now weeks later and back in Cali, and low and behold I get a call...... Eli (???) The owner gets nasty with me and doesnt want to hear what my issues were and threatenes to hang up on me if I said my car wasn't fixed (which it isn't) then guess what, no more Eli, just dead air on phone (he was true to that).. Horrible service from the so called "OWNER". Now I have to take my car to the Bmw dealer where it should have went in the 1st place. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Unfortunately, I've had to come here twice. Fortunately, however, their work has been outstanding. The first time was a bumper ding I did myself. Easy fix and finished quickly. The second time, I had to go in after someone rear ended me. There turned out to be considerably more frame damage than the minimal bumper damage hinted at, so the repair took longer than expected, but James did a great job of keeping me updated. Originally, before I knew how bad the damage was, I was concerned about spending more money on repairs. The owner (forgot his name), offered me a $100 coupon which made it easier to put out my deductible again. My car also had some scattered tar on the right side which they buffed out, then cleaned and waxed my entire car. She looks nearly brand new again! I hate having to get car repairs, but it's great to be able to trust an auto body shop. read more
