I will ALWAYS use them over a dealer for my exotic car maintenance considering their staff are trained just as much so if not better than the dealers and they are much more personable then the dealer. First issue was a evap and vacuum line repair in my Lamborghini Urus, they diagnosed the problem and provided all details needed to present the case to the seller to fix. The second time, a fuel pump replacement which would have cost $5k+ from dealer with 3+week lead time while the car sits outside, came out to be nowhere near this cost, literally a fraction of it, and done in a couple days. BTW this was a massive issue with fuel pump where it was spraying gas under my 10 year old and pooling up...could have caught the whole car on fire and burned my house down, no joke. Set aside the facts, the staff cares and makes the effort to get things done. Their site came up when I searched best audi mechanic las vegas or best lambo mechanic las vegas because I was in a rush, however seeing that they specialize in all european car repairs in las vegas boom, im locked in. I have some brakes to swap out soon on this lambo and Ill be bringing it here. I only wish I knew about them when I had my BMW as this would have saved me a ton on dealer headaches when i was looking for BMW mechanics in las vegas, not to mention best BMW mechanic las vegas reviews which they have, and the BMW dealer doesnt (facts). If you have an exotic auto, european auto, Audi, BMW, Lamborghini or similar, I recommend going here or you will get jacked around by the dealer. Cameron and his team will tell you how it is, are transparent with the services needed (regardless whether brake service, oil service, fuel pump service, vacuum lines or anything else) as youll know whats involved, parts, and costs. I called to schedule the wheel alignment appointment and they were able to fit me in later that day. I really appreciated this! Also, I called around to other auto shops and Zenith had the best price for the wheel alignment before the Costco discount. First, I called the number provided and nobody answered. No biggie, I left a message on the obvious Google Voice system, it's been 48 hours and I'm still waiting for that call to be answered so I'm guessing nobody monitors that number. After I called, I took the time to fill out a detailed "request a quote" form and provided exceptional information to the respondant to save them time and effort if possible. I did receive follow up message where I described my issue in depth, I provided my availability and my general location and was told that I would be notified of appointment availability. Long story short, 18 hours of silence from the company led me to take my vehicle to a local shop and get my vehicle serviced. Almost 48 hours after requesting a quote I STILL haven't been offered an appointment. I guess it's probably a good thing that I'm not stranded beside the road waiting, I'd probably be carjacked by now. Not saying the dude doesn't do good work, but you must need to be special to get respect of an appointment or at least enough courtesy to decline the work because you don't have time.

This message is for the business owner or a MOD . I feel compelled to share my experience to alert potential customers about the challenges I encountered. My ordeal began after my car was rear-ended, and it was in your shop for an astonishing 11 months. When I finally went to pick up my vehicle, the situation turned into a complete disaster. Not only did I have to endure driving a rental for an extended period, but the overall demeanor of your staff was shockingly rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, during the course of my car being fixed, there was a change in ownership at the body shop. This transition led to a series of issues, including the loss of my license plates. This negligence forced me to involve the police and deal with the DMV, adding unnecessary stress to an already challenging situation. Upon inspecting my car, I discovered that my mats were entirely missing, and the newly ordered parts from Tesla were installed with such poor craftsmanship that my car now resembles an amateurishly assembled go-cart rather than a Tesla Model X. The most unsettling part of my experience was the argumentative behavior displayed by your staff when I confronted them about the missing license plates. I provided photographic evidence of my car having the license plate on the day it was towed, and even a gentleman who showed us the car two months prior to pickup confirmed it still had the plate. This level of dishonesty and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. In addition to the emotional distress caused by the entire ordeal, the financial impact has been severe. I was charged a staggering $30,000 for a rear-end crash, and as a result, my insurance premiums have skyrocketed. I write this not out of malice but as a sincere warning to potential customers. If you cherish your car and seek trustworthy, honest, and reasonably priced service, I strongly advise against choosing your body shop. The lack of professionalism, attention to detail, and integrity exhibited during my experience has left me deeply disappointed and dissatisfied. It is becoming rarer and rarer to receive good customer service from any type of business anymore, let alone incomparable customer service. Well, the team at Updated Auto deserves a considerable recognition with respect to the outstanding customer service and remarkable craftsmanship delivered. My vehicle was at their shop for nearly a couple of weeks due to the extent of the repair needed, and to some parts in need to be shipped in. I was kept promptly updated by Randy who was courteous, on point, attentive, and certainly very prone to listen to and to address all my questions and concerns. The secretary/receptionist, Denise, could not have been more helpful. She demonstrated an upbeat personality which was projected through her friendly voice and soft demeanor. I had the pleasure to also meet Elie, the owner, who most definitely exuded the very apparent code of excellence in customer service, just like the old days. The other remarkable component was that the shop was nearly immaculate from the cleanliness and the organizational standpoint. Elie, Randy, Jacky, Denise and other staff team are very friendly and trustworthy people. They always take care of my car, and they always give me advice about how to avoid future mechanical problems in my car. If I have any mechanical issue in my car, Updated Auto is always my number one auto repair shop. If they tell you that we need one hour to fix your car, then they will be done with fixing your car exactly on time. In addition, if they need to replace something in your car, they always ask you if you agree to do that and they give an estimate of the cost. I have been to many auto repair shops in various states, and after my experience with all those auto repair shops, I highly recommend anyone who wants to fix his/her car or do any auto body work to come only to the Updated Auto because Updated Auto is always the best of the best and my experience with Updated Auto is great. read more

Next Level Customer Service! I had my rear hatch door fin on my Range Rover coming loose, a friend of mine Richard from Range Rover sent me over to Updated Auto to help me out with it. Talk about service, WOW! Mike and his son Titan are the shop owners, they took a look and set me up with a time Wednesday morning to come down. They brought it in, took the fin off, and discovered the problem was an easy fix, and 25 minutes later I was on my way home. They are Range Rover, Tesla, and now BMW certified...and if you saw their shop, you`d understand why Mike and his Team received those accounts, place is amazing! Also, Wendy at the front desk was great on the phone when I called to remind that I was on my way down, to greeting me when coming through the front door. I contacted Jaguar & inquired as to where I should have my car repaired ~ No Question ~ They suggested only "UPDATED AUTO"! Randy O'Donnell took charge, He prepared the estimate, contacted the insurance company, arranged for me to get a loaner to drive during the repair period....Terrific Service! Unfortunately, I've come to know and trust these guys after having to make several trips to their shop. Not a good experience to have to bring your car in, drop off, arrange transportation, wait for repairs. But, it is necessary and I know my car will look great in the end. Randy always checks in on a regular basis to update me on the progress of my car, which is very professional and keeps the process nearly stress-free. He makes sure that when you pick it up, you are happy with every aspect of the job, if not, they make it right. Top notch shop, little pricier than competition, but worth it knowing the car will look as good as it always does when they are done. I was really surprised about the outstanding service I received at UPDATED AUTO. I had a bumper damage on my 2010 Nissan Pathfinder I had not noticed when I bought the car a few month before. I was referred to UPDATED AUTO by my insurance USAA and I must say that the experience I made could not have been better. Not only was the damage taken care of in an excellent, but also in the shortest possible time. Small additional scratches were also done at not extra cost. A car brought in due to body damage and the engine damage is over looked. Instead of fighting your customers when they catch it (everyone makes mistakes) Just say, hey- my bad- sorry- we'll get this taken care of. It's that easy. I'm not pissed at the mistakes, I'm pissed at trying to make us look like we don't know what we are talking about when we catch an issue. Anyway, long time ago now- hope they've changed their ways

The communication was great - even confirming that my part was hard to find but he had tracked one down out of state. My car looks great! The work was completed quickly and my car was sparkling when I picked it up!!

I am completely disappointed with this service. I have no complaints about the girls at the front…read moredesk, but I do have many complaints about everything else. I brought my car in after an accident. The repairs were supposed to be simple body work: replacing the headlight, bumper, and fender. They kept my car for more than a month. At first, I was given one price, but after they took the car apart, the price suddenly increased by another $900. I agreed to it anyway. After I got the car back, serious problems started. They pulled my car out of the garage while it was running, and I noticed that the backup camera stayed on and would not turn off. Then I shut the car off, tried to start it again, and it would not start at all. They told me the battery was bad and needed to be replaced. I agreed and bought a new battery from them. That "new" battery died the very same evening after I got home. That immediately seemed suspicious to me. When I started messaging them about the problem, my messages were ignored. I had to call an electrician/mechanic myself. He was shocked by the condition of the car they sent me home in. It turned out the battery was never the issue. My power control module and wiring were burned. According to the electrician, this could have happened because the positive and negative terminals may have been connected incorrectly while charging the battery. On top of that, my fuel consumption increased significantly after their repairs. They literally sent me home driving a car with exposed wires and damaged electrical wiring, which is extremely dangerous. I will attach photos so people can see the condition they sent my car home in. I will never come back to this shop again and I do not recommend this service to anyone.

In the process of securing quotes: they ranged from $1600-$8000 with Classic coming in the middle but the services included seemed thorough and quality based (not exorbitant). How Tesla handled the claim is another story-(sent a two party check without any documentation/lower than the amount). Lauren went above and beyond to help explain the standard procedure, what support they could give and offered her time without any commitment from us that we would select Classic to complete repairs. They even washed my car and shined the tires! A few other places that the insurance set me up with wouldn't even look at an EV, let alone repair it. This was not an issue at all at Best Choice. They handled the complexities of navigating all insurance related stuff with ease, and walked me through the steps needed. Other guy's insurance was paying, but this wasn't an issue at all. They needed to submit supplemental work, for things not originally quoted in the insurance initial estimate. Again, not an issue, and nothing that I had to deal with directly. Insurance set me up with a rental car, and Best Choice called the rental place to come pick me up at their shop. My ride was waiting before I walked out the door. Super quick and painless - I was at my workplace without any delay, and much faster than I expected. Vigen worked with me and got me sn Uber to my rental car and they did a fantastic job on my car, and worked with the responsible person's insurance, all I had to do was pick up my car! Highly recommend Hi Star. As also the receptionist is awesome, friendly and very efficient, as are the other employees I met and worked with there. I recently had to bring my car in again for a fender bender that was my fault, and am excited to pick up my car , as I know it will be like a new car again! Also, my brother has brought by in his Jaguar twice to be fixed due to the garage door coming down on his car and he told me they did an excellent job on his car, hence he returned to them when it happened a second time.
