The large ones consisted of wool and cotton and were very expensive so we wanted to make sure they were in good hands. (Total: ~$4,200) The smaller ones consisted of wool and jute and were equally expensive and we know that jute is a tricky material to work with. (Total: ~$800) We were also able to get our queen sized bed frame cleaned when they arrived and just had to pay the additional charge. Some places would charge you extra to get last minute additions when they arrive but NY Steamers did not! Meyer was quick to respond to all my questions and so flexible with arranging a time. He was so accommodating and all of his team members were so respectful, informative and friendly! The prices are super reasonable and so I decided to book him again to clean our couch. Second Service: I contacted Meyer to get a quote for our 2 seater and chaise and he responded right away with the price. It was a reasonable deep cleaning price and because I was so in love with the service the first time, we went ahead and scheduled a time for the cleaning. We had scheduled a late afternoon cleaning however the day of Meyer contacted and asked if we can have it earlier. It ended up working better in terms of my schedule! The guy quickly came and settled everything and less than 30 minutes later our couch had 99% of the stains removed! I couldn't be any happier. Unfortunately my house has 3 or 4 kinds of carpet and the price to clean the viscose and silk was very high so I just cleaned the other types. But kudos to them for letting me know. Otherwise I would have potentially ruined the carperts. It all took about an hour. He wore shoe covers inside the house. The 2 downsides were 1) It took much longer than 6-8 hours to dry (actually about 48 hours). This is perhaps because it was a rainy week so the humidity was high and 2) Their main dripped so it left a small puddle of water wherever it was stationed, one on my vinyl floors and the other on a piece of carpet I wasn't getting cleaned. They really know what they are doing. A couple small things here and there and I would give them 5 stars.

This year I was tasked with selecting a carpet cleaning company to clean the hallway carpets for the 6 building co-op community I help property manage and after getting a few price quotes + meeting a few local companies in-person I knew these guys were right for the job. I not only wanted our hallway carpets cleaned but I also wanted to provide an option for our shareholders to get their own 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom unit carpets cleaned as well so we were able to successfully put together a discounted rate package for all who wanted to sign-up for their own cleanings. Jack and Victor put there all into making sure we were happy and our carpets look fantastic. They took about 8 business days to complete the building cleanings (6 buildings with 6 floors each) and an additional business week to complete nearly 40 apartment cleanings. Our shareholders all had positive feedback from their apartment cleanings and our hallways are looking fantastic. I plan on using their services again in a few months and maybe throwing in sofa/upholstery cleanings for our shareholders if there's an interest for that.
