This smart mouthed kid told me if I wanted to complain to the owner I could look it up myself as he laughed.

This place was a joke. We tried to order food ahead of time, and apparently ordering your food. Ahead of time is a problem, so the employee told us to take our box any elsewhere because he didn't wanna waste boxes and have to clean a table when I asked to speak to the owner, he told me that he couldn't give that information so the Worker from behind popped out and said look it up yourself and then mocked me so I remain behind the wash my hands got my paper plates to eat in my truck, and the gentleman continued to follow me all the way outside after he was talking about me to the other customers and creating a scene then tried to put it on me Any establishment that won't provide ownership information is not worth spending my money app and maybe get more mature employees.

    Upper Crust: not customer friendly

Met my family for dinner and we were told we could not order on phone AND eat inside. Worker said owners don't want to waste boxes a s clean lobby and when my mom asked to contact owner they said it's against policy and another Jeered look onion google yourself! This place is off the beaten path but next trip we will head to the next city! Customer service is everything and what trouble was one box going to cause? I don't care how good or bad the food is-customer service is everything! After mom asked for owner number things escalated and staff mocked her and it upset her. All we wanted was a table to eat since I was hauling a dually and multiple horses I'd think twice!!

Good service but pizza is too doughy, and lacking in sauce. Needs addressing. Also pretty pricey for what one gets.

My girlfriend and I had their Salmon salads and they were great. Great atmosphere, great service and good beer selection.

Upon arrival, I informed the bartender (at a time when the restaurant was not busy) that I'd sit outside. She acknowledged me, invited me to take a menu, and then failed to tell the server that I was sitting in the back patio area. By the time the server saw me, she apologized and said the bartender hadn't informed her. After our server clocked out, her replacement was slow or distracted, never offering me a second beer or ensuring our waters stayed full. Our actual server, though, was outstanding. She's tried enough of the menu items to be able to provide detailed information and smart suggestions. We liked her a lot! Management material, IMO. Started with the Bow & Arrow dark lager and a cup of the mushroom stew. I thought it was a great combo and paired well with the fresh focaccia, which was a steal at $2 for 4 slices (served with quality EVOO and balsamic)! Perfect stew dunker and salad companion. For entree, I got the pepita salad, and my friend got the pear-fessor. We both enjoyed our choices. Cumin dressing in the pepita was light and bright, and it's one of the few salads that comes with a protein (shredded chicken). Lovely little tables on front and back patios. All seating is hard, so BYO cushion. Will return when the peach burrata salad is back on the menu!

My iced latte was also divine. They had some really good looking desserts too but I didn't leave room for those. This was definitely one of my favorite lunch places in Santa Fe. Sooo good!!

There is plenty of seating in the room next door, and it appears they may be expanding that room. In the main room, you walk up to the counter and order, then your food is brought out to you. We got sandwiches and bowls and the food was great. Fresh and healthy. I also got some kind of maple cream cold brew; I did have to ask for more maple flavor because I wanted my drink a bit sweeter, and the barista graciously added it without charging extra. They seemed to have interesting pastries and bagels, and the shop is also a market with fancy snacks and other provisions. I was tempted to take home a unique chocolate bar or jam, or something savory like a wacky bag of popcorn, but we were maxed out on snacks at our Airbnb, so I refrained. They had a wide selection of this kind of stuff. All in all, it was the perfect spot to grab lunch in the late afternoon while cruising around the Plaza on a hot day. The service was friendly, and so were the other customers!

Cafecito has been showing up on my reels and it looked like the kind of special I wanted. Just a few steps away from the Railyards, this place seems to be in its own island, in a quiet corner. The place is simple in decoration, with lots of plants, plenty of natural light, and a cozy vibe. The manager or owner greeted us. We started special the right way . Staff took a little longer than I expected to take our order (or I may have been veeeery hungry). However, our order came quite quick! The hubby ordered the Santa Fe and Carne Empanadas with lentil soup. I ordered the Gaucho to get some range. The empanadas were quite good and tasty. They were on the medium size, well packed with protein, with a nice and soft pastry. The Santa Fe had very fragrant green chiles and good seasoning on the chicken. The Carne had an amazing taste on the wagyu with a bit of spice and sweet with those peppers. The lentil soup was thick and tasty with every spoonful. The Gaucho, unfortunately, was not as successful as the empanadas. The sourdough was thinly sliced and perfectly toasted, pairing well with the butter and quince jam. The provolone and tomatoes were confusing, but they were well portioned. The eggs were fluffy and ok, nothing to die for, just well executed. The flank steak relied a lot on the chimichurri, which added great acidity, but without it, the steak did not have its own seasoning or flavor. It was satisfying, but the visuals tricked me into thinking it was going to blow my mind. Overall, this is a nice space to hang with friends for a special occasion and enjoy some tasty options. I'm interested in returning to try other things. I like when a place sparks my curiosity.
