    Popcorn Crispy Chicken Bites
    Khanh P.

Went here for lunch and honestly didn't expect too much from the Pad Thai since it's more of a fusion spot. But it turned out surprisingly decent! The portion was just right, and I liked how the noodles and toppings were balanced instead of being overloaded with carbs. Seasoning was on point too. Really enjoyed it! The popcorn chicken is a must try, super crispy and flavorful without being too salty (which happens a lot elsewhere). I'd definitely order both dishes again.

I went here with a few friends post run club. Had the house special pho and tasted the popcorn chicken. The pho was great and had a good and balanced broth along with the combination of meats (meatball, brisket). Bonus points for having cool tables with outlets. Might be a cool idea do some work here in the future.

Do not try the rotisserie chicken. I might have to call out of work tomorrow now. I took 2 bites of the chicken and my stomach started feeling a little weird. I'm giving them 2 stars because maybe the chicken could've been bad before it even made it to them, but even then the flavor of the chicken was awful. I won't be back again, and I definitely can't recommend it.

They have pretty good food here. Portions could be bigger but not a big deal. All their plate orders are around $17-$22

Randomly went to this place and honestly didn't expect much, but wow the popcorn chicken was crazy good. Super crispy but not dry at all, and that flour they use got so much flavor like I don't even know how to explain it, just really good. The noodles were tasty and not dry at all, with tender meat, and the Pad Thai had a nice balance of flavor. The server was super nice and helpful, made the whole thing even better. Didn't plan to eat here but glad we did.

Came by to pick up a quick lunch and got: 1. Rotisserie chicken with garlic noodles: Don't get the rotisserie chicken; it was super bland. The garlic noodles were subpar and overcooked. 2. Popcorn chicken: The popcorn chicken was seasoned well, but honestly, at this point, I've had better. Overall, I'd skip and go elsewhere.

The food here tasted amazing! Everything is very well-seasoned. I tried their House Combo Pho and Fillet Mignon & Jasmine Rice plate because I heard those were the popular dishes there. Now I understand why those two dishes are on top of the list now. The portion size was descent, very nicely plated too. I love their Pho broth too, very aromatic and tasty. Not forget to mention the ambiance here. Very suitable for casual dining with friends, family, co-workers, cute dating spot, or study place since they have warm lighting and plenty of outlets here. Highly recommended!!!

I randomly ended up here after seeing it nearby to where I was at. I ordered food to go, which seemed to take a really long time but the food was super good. I ordered a plate with filet and garlic noodles. I told my friend I think that they were the best garlic noodles I've ever had! They were cooked perfectly as was the filet. I ordered the pork spring rolls which were pretty good. I didn't order a beverage but the milk teas are all sounded really good. I'd recommend giving this place a try!

    Pad Thai with Beef

Stopped by on a very sunny day. The ambiance is very pleasing and the service is top notch. I love their Pad Thai, it hits home. I also tried Garlic Noodles and a refreshing salad to balance the flavor out but overall, I love the experience and would like to come back to try other items on the menu! Highly recommended! (Their popcorn chicken is something else, very addicting to eat).

The food was decent! Garlic noodles were good. We got the filet mignon cubes & the crispy chicken for the protein but I personally liked the crispy chicken more. The popcorn chicken was okay, wasn't as crispy as we would have liked. The food was served to us and it came out pretty quickly. Service was decent, as well. Ambiance wise, plenty of seats inside. We went on a Wednesday evening and it was just us two and one more person inside. Price is decent. There's plenty of parking because it's inside a structure with other stores nearby, like 85 degrees.

We unfortunately do not offer brown rice anymore, sorry for the inconvenience.

What truly made the experience stand out was Danny at the register. He was absolutely amazing and had incredible customer service. Once he found out it was our first time there and that they were close to closing, he went above and beyond and accommodated us with not one, but TWO chicken sandwiches on the house for us to try. That level of kindness and hospitality honestly made our night. We ended up getting an amazing combo with shrimp, chicken, macaroni salad, two Spam musubi, two chicken sandwiches, and two drinks -- all for only $22!!! Such a great value for the amount and quality of food we received. Danny's energy alone made us want to come back. Great customer service goes a long way, and this place definitely left a positive impression on us!

The squid was perfectly cooked and so fun to eat with all the different lettuce wraps they provided: steamed cabbage, perilla leaves, romaine lettuce, jalapeños, carrots and cucumbers served with their housemade dip (ssamjang). I also ordered their Galbi + Spicy Cold Noodle Combo (non-spicy option also available) and the Fiery Chicken with Cheese. For the Fiery Chicken with Cheese, the server came with a blowtorch to melt the cheese tableside, which was quite the show and made the experience even more fun. The service was excellent throughout the meal, with staff being friendly, attentive, and engaging. Because they are known for their Sotbap, it was only fitting that the star of the show was the Sotbap. Upon arrival, we were informed that the prime rib was only available during Father's Day weekend. It would have been nice if that little detail had been mentioned in the post that inspired the trip. Since we were already there and starving, we decided to stay. Mistake #1. The medium rare top sirloin arrived looking like it had lost a fight with a blowtorch. It was so overcooked and rubbery that we couldn't finish it. We brought the leftovers home thinking at least our dog would enjoy it. She sniffed it and walked away. For anyone who has ever owned a dog, you understand how impressive that is. The meatloaf somehow managed to transport me back to my hospital room after my appendectomy. If you've ever wondered what institutional cafeteria food tastes like with a side of disappointment, order the meatloaf. The coleslaw appeared to be made from aging cabbage with visible brown and pink bruising throughout. To save myself a trip to urgent care, I passed on trying it. The mashed potatoes were the only thing that showed signs of life, but the gravy was so salty it could probably preserve a mummy and contained the dried skin that forms when gravy sits out too long. Even the lemon slices in our water glasses were slimy. The atmosphere felt less like a destination restaurant and more like the dining room of an assisted living facility. The average age of the patrons appeared to be somewhere around 78, which honestly started making sense once the food arrived. The hostess was very nice and our waitress was pleasant, but she seemed just as confused as we were about what was actually available on the menu. We left hungry, annoyed, and wondering how many other people had made the same pilgrimage after seeing that Instagram post. At this point, I have to question whether @laoc.eats actually eats at the places being promoted or just photographs them. This was our second disappointing restaurant recommendation from that account, and it may be the last time we use it as a dining guide. Forty minutes there. Forty minutes back. One edible side dish. I should have just stayed home and made a sandwich.
