I love the layout of this Urban! The one in Glendale feels so tight and narrow which gets crowded easily. The staff was very diligent about prioritizing cleanliness making sure the pinpads were cleaned. There is a big jug of hand sanitizer near the door and a couple by the registers too. I saw an employee going around enforcing masks which made me feel safe. Unfortunately the fitting rooms are closed but they extended their return policy to 60 days which was already very lenient before. The employees are always so sweet and very quick to offer to ship something to you that might be out of stock. It gets pretty busy on weekends so if you don't want to wait in the sun because of occupancy limits, I would suggest going on a weekday in the morning before the after lunch rush. read more

This location has a pretty amazing sale section. However, the service here is terrible! Possibly the worst I've had at any Urban Outfitters. On several occasions, I've had to wait more than five minutes to pay just because the sales associates were too busy with personal conversations behind the counter. The fitting room attendants won't even bother to speak to me. Sometimes I don't even see any employees any where! But, the merchandising is good, everything seems organized, and wow, that sale section. read more

I am a fan of Urban, i love it. It is my number one go to place for clothes, in other words, this is where most of all my clothes come from. This urban can be a kick ass store, but sometimes the employees there can sorta stuck up with their noises very high in the air. A couple of times I have been their to browse, they would stare at me because I am not as tweaker them as they are and not as "pretty" as they are. It's not cool at all. but of course, other them SOME of the employee's there, the store is awesome. i love the environment. Very artsy and out of the box. Just the way I like it. They claimed I stole something because I originally bought a dress online, it didn't fit so I returned it. Then I said I was gonna purchase another dress and the continued to allow me to do so. I bought the dress with a gift card because they put the money on a gift card so I could just buy the right size. I left and tried the dress on at home and was not content so I came back to return it. The employees said I did not purchase it and took the dress and in my bank account I now have $33.06 missing because of a mistake their employee made. read more

I love just coming into Urban to browse. They always have interesting stuff. This particular store is one of the bigger stores that I know of. They usually have a pretty good selection and stuff usually goes on sale. If you can't find anything, you can always go online. I usually just buy my stuff on their website now anyways. okay so i thought i's say my piece on this joint! i think they have some cute tanks and shirts and even their skirts BUT!!!! uh yea i am not a size 3 and below so i dont think i can fit in anything in this store! i suppose its for the girls who wear 12 layers of shirts and skinny jeans cause this is not the place for me. i wear 12 layers, pls shove me in the snow cause i would be warm as hell lol. and i think a size 3 could only fit half way up my thigh on one leg haha. i am a girl with hips, a big butt and cant wear more than 2 shirts at the same time..... it's to bad they don't make anything thats passed a size S or M. their clothes run small , so even a medium is small and a small is an extra small and a large is a medium and i refuse to buy an XL shirt =p so yea, i don't like this place in any location. they don't have anything for the little bit bigger and beautiful! but it's nice for those who are skinny enough...like my sister.. maybe i am just a hater cause my sister is like 1/4 of me haha and she can buy these clothes.....lol read more

I walked into UO to quickly purchase a few more items i needed for my trip that I forgot to purchase last night at this location. I was making my way over to get the items I needed only to run into a associate with a disgusting attitude. She rudely let me know the store was closed, even though I was inside the store already before closing time. I told the associate it's not even close to closing time yet and I'm already inside the store. She told me I know but we're not letting anyone else in.I told her I understand, but I am already inside the store and I know exactly what I need. She looked at me as if she didn't care and continued to quickly fold her pile of shirts and demand for me to leave the store before the store was even closed, while others customers were still shopping around. She also let me know that the registers are "already closed" so I should just leave since I wouldn't be able to buy anything anyways. I'm a loyal UO customer and I shop at this location frequently on a weekly basis and I am completely blown away by this associates HORRIBLE attitude and service. I will NEVER return to this location ever again. The associate is more concerned about her personal priorities to get the store closed before it should be rather then keeping up the standard and integrity of UO customer service. Bad for business. Don't waste your time coming to this location only to get turned away. Great way for UO to loose customers, business and a get bad rep. HORRIBLE!!! read more

I love Urban Outfitters. However, you have to come here when they're having a "take additional off" sales. Yesterday I got a pair of Asics Tigers for $28 and some Nikes for $7! I like checking this place out whenever I am in Old Town just to see what is on sale... used to have a great sale section in Men's but recently its just meh, maybe because its near the holidays and everything worth buying has been bought? I don't know I'm not really an expert in merchandising. I just know I can't really justify paying full price for anything in an Urban Outifitters because I feel like it'll just go on sale for 1/2 the price 1 week later. But in the mean time everything is XXL in the sales rack.. which I guess makes sense because I can't even remember the last time I've seen an XXL person in this store (I swear I'm not a weightist.. This particular Urban Outfitters SUCKS. I got there at 9:50 p.m., and as I entered, one saleswoman told me they were closed. Hello - you guys close at 10 p.m.! Not only were there still 10 freaking minutes left, but she had let the woman (who was older and white) who entered maybe five seconds before I did right in front of me in! WTF??? AND there were still people in there browsing around! She also told the Asian couple behind us who entered a bit after we had left that they were closed. What? Do you need to look rich and/or white to gain access into this store right before they close? I would have complained except I didn't want to be late for my movie, but I would have been livid had I came out specifically for Urban Outfitters. If you close at 9:50, then don't post signs saying you close at 10. I didn't like this place...at all. I like the fact that it has a weird, eclectic selection of clothes and other odds and ends. What I don't like is that there an obvious feeling that NO ONE there wants to help you! I mean it's customer service people! I realize I was there on a...gasp Thursday afternoon (around 3 pm) so I don't expect a big crowd, but there was maybe 20 of us there. I saw 6 employees "working", but doing very little to be helpful. Instead, a couple of people came in with back packs and the employees rushed over and searched them like they were criminals. What a nice welcome!!! Nothing like coming in and having someone digging through your things like that! Anyway, I ventured upstairs and I saw a restroom so I went in to use it. I then had someone knock on the door about 20 seconds later. Apparently, I'm not allowed to use them, although there was NO sign to indicate this! And then she rushed back to her station to stand and talk to another employee and "fold" clothes. I wish she was that quick with customer service in general. Really NOT impressed by this place. While they have cool knick knacks, the service provided by these "employees" is SEVERELY LACKING! What a waste of such a huge space. I can't believe they even get paid. And my friend bought something and the SOLE cashier was looking like it was a big effort to help my friend. How about a smile? How about a hello? I like the store but the service on this particular day was awful. The cashier/sales person acted like she was too good for the job. She didn't realize there was a 20% discount at first. Then after she saw that there was she didn't have the courtesy to say, "Oh yes you are right." And then she left me standing there to ask if she had entered everything in the register. Then she didn't even say good-bye. She had no concept of selling or marketing or courtesy. She could have said, "Oh, in case you didn't know, we also have pillow cases and a duvet to match the blanket you just bought." Or "thank you and have a good day." Wow, the attitude of some people and lack of service is shocking. The next time instead of being nice to a young lady, I will remind her of how many thousands of people are without jobs who would gladly show her how it's done. read more

whenever i get the chance to visit the mainland, id make sure to stop by any Urban Outfitters location as fast as possible! i definitely love the range of clothing they have in the store and its perfect for what i wear daily. the lines here are long, so youll have to wait probably around 5-10minutes just to get the register. clothing here is kinda pricey but you get what you pay for, i guess. even the cloes on sale are pretty much pricey also. customer service was alright. i felt welcomed and greeted right when i walk in to the door. the workers are knoledgeable on what youre looking for. i needed help looking for a cardigan since i lost the other one i used to have. they showed me lots of selections to choose from a help me picked one out. you need to check this place out, youll never be dissapointed! read more
