This is more of a fast casual dining experience where you order at a self serve kiosk and the food is brought to you. I ordered the Seared Ahi Tuna Salad which tasted okay in the moment (dressing was a little too salty and fish was yummy), but 5 hours later I got food poisoning for the first time. I hadn't eaten anything after so I knew it was the salad, but that reminded me to be careful of places that don't specialize in raw seafood :). The food here is absolutely delicious. And consistently so. In-store service is great, but beware when ordering online if you have special dietary restrictions. I couldn't eat my delivery order because it contained ingredients I can't have, yet it was not mentioned anywhere in the item description. Wow, i have contemplated visiting this place for awhile and I am really glad I finally tried it out. The whole experience includes you ordering, finding a table, and enjoying the food. The cashier who rang up our order was great. She was fast and very friendly. She even gave us recommendations since it was our first time. The restaurant is pretty big and has lots of places to sit. It is also very clean. They definitely keep up with the cleanliness which is a plus with all the COVID-19 spikes. I struggled with ordering since I wanted everything but I ended up ordering the Grilled Grass Fed Steak Plate and my bf ordered the Braised Beef & Mushrooms bowl. Both tasted amazing. I was a little scared that the chimichurri was going to be spicy but it wasn't. It gave the steak a really great taste. The steak was also cooked perfectly, too. I couldn't taste the bowl my bf got since I am allergic to mushrooms but he said it was amazing. For my sides, I got the rice pilaf and mashed potatoes. Again, both tasted fresh and delicious. However when I opened up my order tonight I was disappointed to find the portion sizes considerably less than usual. The piece of salmon was a bit smaller, and the lettuce only covered about 1/3 of the container. Usually the container is full. They skimped on the tomatoes as well. The mashed potatoes are usually filled to the brim, but tonight the container was about 3/4 full. Most of all, they were extremely kind and helpful in letting us dig through their trash to find an expensive set of dentures that we had accidentally left in a napkin. I love this place, usually come to this place 2ice per week. (Barranca location) this time I came to the one at the market place. Lizzy RUINED my family meal. I have ALWAYS gotten a refill of my favorite drink ( coconut lime) and all of the sudden she didn't feel like giving me one. I asked for no pickles in my wife burgers and they ignored my request specially when my wife is allergic to pickles. They forgot my steak and my food was cold at the end. Shoutout to Ali for their excellent service! I usually order pickup from this location but my friend and I opted to dine in. Ali had great jokes (all coffee based having previously worked at the Starbucks next door) and offered us each a complimentary cookie - both were giant and delicious! My friend always gets the Moroccan Chicken Braise with extra chicken. I opted to try their new garlic butter shrimp plate which was delish - it only comes with one skewer though, so if you're a big eater, I'd recommend adding more food / getting something else. This location has tons of seating both inside and out. This time we opted for the patio which was perfect on a warm summer night. Five stars! read more
