They did pack it a little different than I thought they would, putting both sandwiches that we ordered into one aluminum tray with the fries on top, but that's alright. That being said, we ordered two sandwiches, some fries, and drinks (they have cold or room temperature). The chicken burrata with pesto is always my go-to and is so good! It has a classic taste that never gets old, and the flavors in the ingredients all mesh well together. My boyfriend got the Prosciutto Panini and he said he really enjoyed that one, too! *One note is that a good amount of years ago, the owner used to make his own teas and juices for customers; they were always so fun to try. Never have I come across such an inconsiderate manager at a place that's known to be considerate and welcoming. Thankfully for me, the other manager (Alec?), was so much nicer and instead of ignoring me like the other guy, he tried to help by fast tracking my order and guess what, it was done in less than 7min. All of it. Did they make anybody wait because of me? Nope! I've been going to Mendocino Farms for over a decade across so many different locations, and this was my first visit to this particular store. And because of this one manager (Zaen?), it ruined my entire outlook for this popular brand. I was surprised when someone behind the kitchen, who I was told was Alonzo, instructed Sammy to give me a plastic bag instead. I could tell Sammy felt embarrassed and uncomfortable about the situation, and I felt bad for putting her in that position. My concern isn't with Sammy at all--she was wonderful.
