I sat down with my nail tech I got and she just handed me a couple of colors, I told her I wanted a brown color & she pointed to one I said ehh that's more of a purple color she said no it's brown! I arrived about an hour before closing for a pedicure and a full set and they took me right in. The pedi was done at the same time as my nails. Both nail technicians were very attentive and efficient. I have only one complaint and that is that they don't use a plastic bowl cover for their pedicures, so I felt skeptical as to how sanitary the bowls are. I would hope they clean them well between pedi's but I cant be sure. The salon is nicely decorated and it's a very pleasant place. I may be back. read more

Don't bother with this place. Customer service here is trash. All I asked for was some glitter on four out of my ten nails and they couldn't even execute it. I showed the tech the photo before we even started and she said no problem. When she couldn't do it, I asked if anyone else could do it for me. The owner answered that everyone was busy. The owner didn't even take the time to check on me or give a crap. On top of that, their internet went down so they couldn't take my credit card. I had to Zelle them. My husband and I used to live in the area when we first moved in together and we would get mani pedis here all the time, we loved it! Recently I decided to make the far drive to come back to get our nails done and it was not the best... Customer service is always decent, nail techs are nice but my nails are pretty subpar. My acrylic is crooked, had corrected my tech on my shape numerous times till I just gave up and they are flecks in my nail polish that she just left. Pictures below. Now you tell them what you want, they shake their head acknowledging you and give you what THEY want in 30 minutes or less, finished with a really bad polish. I wouldn't come here. I came here and asked if they were able to fix one of my nails, i was told it would be no problem. She ended up putting the nail on crooked and talking very rude not only to me but about me to the other workers. Then she rushed and said she couldnt do the simple design because she had another client coming in and didnt have time. Mind you there were no customers and other workers doing nothing!!! If you are looking for your nails to be crooked and not done right then come here!! I would rather cut off my left finger than go back there because this shit is more crooked then my ex. Instead of using nail polish, as I requested , she just tried chopping it off with clippers which just mad it worst. Terrible - I can't even believe I paid money for the quality of service I received. I wanted a basic manicure and had to tell her 3 times that I just wanted a clear coat and no color. I think she wanted to do the color to cover up the fact that she didn't file them evenly AT ALL. This is extremely frustrating because I paid for something that I literally could've done better myself. To make matters worse, at no point did she ask if I was satisfied. I would've happily told her that I wanted some adjustments so we could both be happy with the quality but she didn't seem to care. She quickly finished and then abandoned me at the light for my nails to dry. I finally had to ask if I was good to go. Not professional, not helpful, horrible. I want my money back. read more

I was visiting Las Vegas with my family from California. Shops in Cali are shutdown so we decided to get some pedicures while we were in town. I read a previous review that stated they were only taking appointments so I called. They answered the phone very fast and were able to take care of all of us right away. They are in compliance with COVID regulation. 6 Nail stations spread out and have the clear separation windows at both the nail and pedicure stations. The pedicure station are blocked off to every other chair, allowing 4 people to receive services at one time. The staff was very friendly and gave great customer service. I was very pleased with my services received. The standard prices are a little higher than what we are used to paying in our town however they were affordable and also worth what we paid. I'll be sure keep them in mind the next time is visit Vegas. read more

My first time coming to this place and I was not pleased. By The service. I came in during my one hour lunch hoping to get the gel polish done. Typically a gel polish can range anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes, I walked in knowing that I might not be able to be attended right away. As I walked in I noticed that each of the nail techs were already working on a client. I asked one of the ladies about how long would the wait time be, she let me know it would be a five minute wait. I took her word especially since I was the only one waiting. 25 minutes went by, And that's when I realized that all of the nail techs we're not close to finishing with their client. Only thing I would've hoped for was for the owner to be honest with me and give me a better accurate wait time that way I could've had the option to decide if I wanted to wait or go read more

I used to go to this shop a lot, but from my understanding, the tech who I favored doesn't work there anymore.. WELL I decided to give the place a try one more time and man, am I disappointed, I will NEVER go back. I got sat with an older lady who was combative of what I wanted from the very beginning. I called and asked how much powdered acrylics would be and was told on the phone $45. I get there, I'm then told $55. So I try to change my mind and the lady starts saying "so now you're changing your mind? But we agreed on this?" Like I get it, you want your money and no we didn't agree on anything but you shouldn't be pushy on someone who is trying to make a decision for their work environment and also their wallet considering I was told a different price over the phone. So, I ask about different options and she shuns me out with little to no word answers and makes me feel like I have no choice but to do powdered acrylic. Okay cool, I LOVE powdered acrylic nails and have paid more than $55 for them before but I guess I should've realized that's a professional salon with PROFESSIONALS. So she starts doing my nails and I express how I'd like them to be a little short and coffin shaped to which she tells me "no I don't think we will do coffin shape because it looks ugly on short nails" Excuse me but, did I ask your opinion? That was incredibly rude and she refused to shape them how I wanted. So I asked for a round shape, she doesn't do that either!! I am now stuck with 'squoval' nails that I did not want! On top of everything my nails look like absolute garbage!! I didn't have time to say anything, nor would it have mattered because she was incredibly rude from start to finish. After having a not so good experience with another nail place, I decided to give these guys a try since they are conveniently located in the Westland Fair plaza with plenty of shopping around this salon. When you go in you are greeted by a friendly staff, you get your choice of a pedicure, which they have available in different scrubs for your feet. I got a mixed mani which lasted two weeks and was satisfied. I might become a regular here. read more
