    No body at counters, terrible customer service, waited in line for 20 minutes, this is a big Post office but with very little support, difenjtley not getting my Tax dollars at work

    I thought Yelp said this post office was open until 7:30pm but it was definitely closed up when I got there this afternoon. Another customer came right behind me and said they read those same hours. However, it was my lucky day because they had a self-service kiosk in the lobby and they had Christmas stamps! $18 for 30 forever stamps, perfect. No waiting, no line and very easy to buy stamps at the kiosk. You can email or text your receipt too.

    This is the worst post office I've been to in all of America. I've been going there for years, and unfortunately, the experience is consistently terrible. Everyone is rude, from the manager down to the employees. Today was particularly bad - I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. It's frustrating to think that our tax dollars are paying their salaries. USPS should remind them of their responsibilities.

    These is a lot of trash on the ground at this location. The employees were not very friendly either the day I visited, more transactional. I was dropping off a prepaid package, as well as mailing one for work, and the employee scanned my prepaid package on the same receipt - so make sure you advise them if you need separate receipts. I highly recommend cleaning up the landscaping since this is a high tax paying area of the world and it is not up kept whatsoever. Photos attached.

    Actually one of the better post offices I have ever been in. The line moves fast and the staff are very professional, friendly and helpful.

    Make an appointment for passport services. This place is so unorganized. I've been waiting 40 minutes and no one knows what's going on!

I have a mailbox here and have since day one. I trust them with my important mail and packages, and to forward and handle my mail when I travel. I have never had an issue with them, and they always go above and beyond to accommodate me. I've used other UPS Store locations with varying results, but this is easily the best I've had and an absolute credit to the UPS Store franchise.

    The level of incompetence coming from the manager of this FedEx Office, Liz Hernandez, is…read moreabsolutely staggering and deeply unprofessional. It is by far the worst management experience I have ever encountered at any shipping or service business. I visited the store at 1000 Bristol St., Newport Beach, CA on November 24, 2025, to ship a box of clothing,few cosmetic items and 2 kitchen towels. to my friend in Canada. I had placed all these items in plastic bags so that they could easily be inspected by the FedEx agent. The employee never asked me to fill out any commercial invoice or any other forms. She entered everything herself on the computer. She charged me $129 and gave me a receipt. Everything appeared to be handled correctly. Another FedEx employee boxed the items and sealed the box for shipping. A few days later, I was notified that my shipment had been stopped in Chino, CA because the employee had incorrectly labeled the contents as kitchen utensils instead of kitchen towels which had nothing to do with what I was shipping. This error was made entirely by the staff at this location. As a result, the shipment was halted, and FedEx told me I would have to pay to have the box returned to me. They also refused to refund the $129 I had already paid, even though the shipment never continued due to their mistake. When I called FedEx customer service, I was informed that the refund decision was up to the store manager, Liz Hernandez. According to customer support, she was contacted and chose to deny the refund, despite the fact that the incorrect labeling and halted shipment were caused solely by her employee. To make matters worse, FedEx offers no corporate email address for filing a formal complaint other than calling their 800 number, leaving customers with almost no way to seek help beyond the very same management responsible for the mistake. This review is a warning to all customers: the service at this location is careless, unprofessional, and completely lacking in accountability. And the manager, Liz Hernandez, demonstrated an alarming level of incompetence and failure in basic customer service, making this FedEx Office a location I strongly recommend avoiding.
