Upon calling, I was told that I arrived on Friday after Fed Ex did their last pick up and that delivery service and time of delivery is "not guaranteed", Even when printed on your receipt. According to the Fed Ex website, today, Monday at 437pm Aim still has my package, so it is difficult to believe that I missed the last pick up on Friday. The lack of transparency and honesty when dealing with customers here is unfortunate. I will reconsider using them in the future and go to the other Mail Center located on S. Palm Canyon.

I'm traveling with two large duffel bags and if you don't fill them out properly they get ripped apart by baggage handlers. These are brand new expedition duffels from Patagonia and The North Face and this is going to be their virgin journey through the system. I'm not about to overpack with heavy items and go overweight just to protect the bags. "Air pillows" are the smart solution. So I knew exactly what I needed and roughly what "air pillows" should cost. Being charged $11 for "air pillows," something that is usually a low cost packing material, just doesn't make any sense.
