I got confused even if I read the review before I went there lol first, you don't need to park, you just drive and stop where they put 2 red cones beside the station. There will be a person who is waiting n u just tell them to check smog. Then they will explain u what to do. I've been here in the past when I lived in town for smog checks, but I recently came here to get my DMV registration tags. I've been in Chino Hills since August since my work is allowing remote working due to ya know the pandemic. My registration was due to expire and instead of driving back to the Bay, my dad let me know this place will renew your registration for you and can walk out with your tags. This was also after trying to go to AAA to get them but didn't care to wait in their crazy long line. I didn't have my renewal card, but brought in the current registration and was able to get my 2021 tags. No lines here. Super friendly. Everyone wearing masks. In and out within 10-15 minutes. A lot of people complain about Ruben's brash personality. Don't be intimidated . This guy is super nice once you get to know him. He's a one-man-show, so, sometimes he's a little high strung.
