This is the place to come for a smog check. I have been coming here over the years with three different cars, and each time the service is fast, and they always have nice people working. Julie, the manager, gave me a $10.00 discount as well for being a repeat customer. The whole process took under 15 minutes, and the price super reasonable. Highly recommend

Haven't had to do a smog check in a while so now that I was due for one I came to US Smog check. I got here at about 450pm on a Tuesday and I was out of there in less than 15 min. Luckily there was only one person ahead of me. The staff is friendly and both the inside and outside look really clean. Make sure to check online for any coupons that might be available. I would say the price is pretty fair, I called a few places and this is on the lower end.

Checking in was quick and efficient, they had three lanes where you pull your car up to and a sign stating what you needed to have before they came up to the car to take your info and put it on a clipboard. Leave your key in the car, then go inside with the clipboard to do the admin stuff at the front desk and let you know they'll contact you once the car is ready, and payment will be at the end. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and efficient, answered any questions I had. Glad I went today to mark it off my list of errands. Recommend.

Took my car today. Very simple process. From start to finish only took less than 20 minutes even there are 2 cars infront of me. Cost me $48 after $10 Yelp discount. Recommended to have smog check done here. read more

Super fast. I was in and out in maybe 30 minute after being fourth in line. They have two bays so they're able to churn out the tests pretty quick. If you fail your smog test, they give you some time to get the changes fixed and come back free of charge. Regardless, the pricing is pretty good as well. read more

The technician told me that my 2015 Toyota Prius wasn't due for a smog check yet, based upon the year. He did let me know there was an emissions recall. I took it to the dealer and the emission recall was what DMV really wanted done. Now I have my slip to complete the registration process. Thank you US Smog Check for your integrity. read more

I stopped by on Wednesday around 5:55 or so. I had thought they closed at 7, and it wasn't until I got there that I realized they would be closing soon, but since I was already there I figured I'd just pop in and ask if they were still taking smog checks, and they said yes. After pulling my car up, I filled out some paperwork and walked over to Kohl's for an Amazon return. After I got back, I waited about 5 minutes - a total of 15 minutes or so, and everything was done! Quick, easy, and painless. Very nice staff. Will definitely continue to come here whenever I need a smog check. read more

Good value if you use the $10 off coupon. Great customer service, arrived first thing waited twenty minutes enough to get a quick walk in, you can wit inside the AC they have a TV or outside in chairs, we chose to walk down to Best Buy and back. Should've check the price first, kind of pricy compare other certified smog check place. oh don't bother ask why their price much higher than other place in the area, it's just because they can... My car failed 8/5/19. They offer a free smog for 30 days after a failed smog check to give you time to fix whatever you need for your car and be able to retest. 2 tests later and all I had to pay for was the certificate ($12). The first retest they did a quick code check and let me know it wouldn't pass and what I should do, the second recheck the quick code Check and all was good. I have been getting my smog checks here since moving to chino hills. 3 passes done at this location (6 years). I highly recommend them! read more

Fast quick response without waiting ... I was in a hurry to pick up my kids from school. I called the nearest smog places and they told me I had to wait 2 hours. I called US Smog Check the next nearest and they said I can come in immediately . Paying the extra few dollars was worth it for me this time. read more

Born and Raised in So Cal Originally, we were inspired to set up a quality smog check facility after my mother had a horrific experience during a smog check on her vehicle. We used that experience to help fuel the drive to provide a better experience for others. After over 20 years of continued growth, we have become accepted by the community in which we appreciate every day. I returned at the time I was given, but was then told to come back the next day instead by the man whom I'm assuming is the owner. This was frustrating since I had already made the trip twice based on their instructions. I just felt very uncomfortable with the way he came out his office and it felt like I was a bother to him. Before leaving, I mentioned my car's battery had been dead for months: despite his backlog of work the gentleman set aside what he was working on, ran a quick diagnostic and informed me that the car's memory had been affected, to drive the car for at least 20 miles more before I return or it wouldn't pass. If I was selfish I would stay quiet to keep them a secret but I have to share this recent story, please bare with me. Last week my 86 year old mother drove to the bank in her 2002 PT CRUISER and when leaving her car wouldn't start. She called AAA. They came out and told her the battery was fine and the problem might be the starter so AAA towed her to a Diamond Bar mechanic. This shop changed her starter (for a price 2 to 3 times the going rate). This shop then told her her car has a major oil leak proplem and should not drive the car but if she does, add a few quarts before she goes anywhere. This shop said they could fix the problem for $1600. My mom called me and I told her to drive the car home and I will bring the car to THE CARE SHOP. Rose and Mark squeezed us in to examine her car. Mark reported her car had a few minor oil drips that are normal and to be expected. My mom was happy and relieved to hear the good news. The best part is THE CARE SHOP refused to charge my mom anything. FREE! NOW THAT IS REFRESHINGLY HONEST! MARC AND ROSE DESERVE GOOD KARMA

Both have been pretty quick for us to complete, since they just need to scan and print out the receipt. For Amazon returns, they now have a kiosk area where you scan your return, package it yourself, slap a label on it, and then deposit it into the out box. Staff has been great, no issues!

I've used them for Amazon returns, mailing packages to our college kid, and printing needs. My only NEGATIVE is that I once used their service to drop off a small USPS package (they have a drop box that's picked up daily). This package was a $40 baseball card my husband sold. Needless to say, the card never made it out of that UPS store. So, either a UPS employee took it or USPS stole it during pickup. We have not dropped off a card there since. All other services are good.

This place is terrible! They will rip you off on every service. Was told to have car serviced at dealer before smog testing... but never advised me to drive 100 miles before retest. Charged me anyway. Tech is arrogant, rude and sarcastic. Asked if they honor local pricing - response was yes.- but refused to honor on line phone coupon, had to be printed. Asked to speak with the manager- he came out eating a sandwich, said to go elsewhere. I went to another smog test on chino hills parkway and they guys were so nice, and they have an online coupon, great savings. read more

recently came in for a smog check, and I have to say the service itself was quick, efficient, and handled very professionally. The actual smog service was awesome and completed fast. Unfortunately, the receptionist came across as very cold and unwelcoming. She wasn't personally rude or disrespectful, but there was no greeting, warmth, charisma, or friendly interaction at all, which gave the place an uncomfortable vibe. Overall, the service was great -- I just think a friendlier front-desk experience would make a big difference. read more

Nicole and Deren are an amazing team! Nicole answered my call right away and was incredibly warm and welcoming from the start. Deren, the technician, was just as friendly and did a fantastic job getting my smog check done in under 10 minutes, on a busy Friday afternoon, no less! This place never disappoints. First time I went for smog check it failed, Brian asked me a few questions and I told him car had been sitting unused for about 6 month and we had to put in a new battery. He informed me that if I drove it around and put in about 100 mile that it would probably pass. We did that and when I went back IT PASSED!!!! He saved us money!!!!! I have been telling everyone I know what they did, they are awesome!!!! read more

Got my car smogged here a few days ago. I picked this place cuz i drive by there every other day. It was definitely one of the cleanest shops I've been to and the service was good. the prices were a little steep but I was able to find a coupon in the local Champion paper. $15 bucks off. The cool thing I was able to get my tags here - i did have a pay a fee but better than going to the DMV. read more

I had a great experience here. The staff was professional, polite, and explained the process clearly. The wait time was minimal, and the whole smog check was done quickly and efficiently. Pricing was very reasonable compared to other places I've checked. I'll definitely be coming back here next time and would recommend them to anyone who needs a smog check. read more

We have been going to US Smog Check for several years now and they have done an excellent job. I live in Eastvale and go to them every year because of the excellent service, friendliness of the staff and by getting there when they open, we don't have to wait very long. They are quick and efficient. Will continue to go to them for our smog testing needs. read more

These guys charge more then everyone else and not very knowledgeable when it comes to exotic cars. They wanted to fail me because they thought my Lotus was modified. I left and went down the street where I paid less and also passed! ! ! read more

I was able to get in and out in 15 minutes. I called over the phone and they let me know there was 2 people ahead of me but when I arrived the lanes were empty. Very fast and affordable service. read more
