This is not a review I thought I would be leaving as it came out of no where as such an amazing…read moresurprise.... I couldn't wait to post here. A few days ago I was heading out my door and heard a honking. I opened the door and there was a postal truck with a guy getting out. It was later in the day. He approached me with a package for someone in my home. He told me that the package had just come in and he wanted to get it to us. He proceeded to tell me his staff had all left for the day so he thought he would do it himself. Wait?!?! Whaaaaat?!?! Your staff all went home and you drove all the way to our house to deliver this package after hours. Whoa! Who does something this awesome in this day and age? We rarely see this level of service anywhere... I asked him his name and he said it is Lamson. Lamson is the postmaster of the San Martin Post Office and this guy deserves to be recognized not only for his high standard of care for people in the community, but his dedication to his job and his high bar of excellence.I thanked him sincerely just blown away that he did this I was so blown away that I went to the Post Office the next day to thank him again and I also feel the necessity to recognize him publicly for who he is to our community. Please remember to thank this person when you stop in the San Martin Post Office. People in his position are always hearing complaints and are dealing with angry customers... especially at the Post Office. This guy needs to hear appreciation from the community for going the extra mile. I am quite sure we aren't the first people to receive his kindness and we won't be the last. People need recognition. It helps to keep the flow of kindness going when we remember to thank someone for their service to everyone. The next person just might be you. Thank you Lamson! This may be a unique situation but I've never had fingerprints done the way they were here, there are a number of other places to get them done in Morgan Hill so I would suggest elsewhere!

The store is clean and roomy on the inside. They offer P.O. Boxes, notary service as well as the standard service's that UPS stores offer. The lady in this store was very nice and took her time to help all her customers with out rushing "good job" she helped pops get a letter notarized and was very understanding in helping him get it done.

You'd think I'd have spare ones, but I didn't, so I yelped office supplies and found this Staples just off the 101 pretty nearby. Coming from the south just get off at Leavesley Re and go straight past the Denny's and head towards the Home Depot and Staples is just to the left. First thing I do, instead of wandering all over looking for the SD cards, is get some service and jus task, where they are. I was shown and picked out a couple of 256 GB cards and some red Sharpie markers. Check out was fast, credit card worked good, tap and pay! I'm glad this place was here, save my ass! Only delayed things maybe 30 minutes, so that's cool. Just get thru the rest of the day now!

They are always professional and show courtesy towards me and my family. I love having my mail and packages delivered there- I NEVER worry about "porch thieves" because the UPS store has my back. The owners are more serious in their personality than I am, but that is ok. When you take the time to get to know them it is worth it. When I broke my ankle, they offered their younger employees to help out and carry my packages to my car. They have GREAT customer service and really care. I also notice and realize that are SUPER busy all the time!
