Great experience! Place was empty so service was prompt and food came out quickly. Everything ordered was delicious! All though they didn't have spinach for our veggie pizza and had to replace with arugula. The Mac and cheese though was AMAZING! Definitely coming back to try more options. A bit disappointed they didn't have garlic knots/bread. Overall a great place for a date or casual night out.

For a quick dinner this was good stop. We stop by to dine in and had the option to sit anywhere we wanted. The waiter came over immediately with waters and was ready to take our order. The pizza was so good and definitely fresh. I highly recommend the Mac & cheese which was so good. I will be back.

I'm so glad I finally got to visit V Pizza because they've been on my list for a while. I can absolutely see why people love them. I got the flying Hawaiian pizza and the dough was super fresh. I loved all the flavors and this unique spin on a Hawaiian pizza. I also got a small Caesar salad, which was fresh as well. There was a good amount of seating and not too busy on a Monday night. I'll absolutely be back to try more their menu items.

Food was amazing - very fresh! Not pictured is my blackberry mojito which was super good as well. Ambiance outside area by the bar was perfect. Service was quick & staff was very friendly.

This location looks like a strip mall afterthought. Tables in a random room, drafty vents, not a whole lot of character compared to the Kildare location, and no bar. They do have beers, but very small selection from mostly their other restaurant in Raleigh, Flour and Barrel. Nothing I personally would drink, but too each their own. Pizza looks good, though. Also was pretty decent, piccante was nice and spicy

Unbelievable! The pictures on their website don't match up in what we received. Two slices didn't even have cheese nor basil at the price of $19. We had the caprese salad and it was only 4 slices at the price of $12. What a waste of money and our time. Not worth it.

Ugh next time FYI, I did leave a great review. Maybe it was an off day for them. Old sausage.

MAJOR UPDATE: From 5 Stars to 1 - The Fall from Grace! whoever worked on Sunday, needs to get done! Listen up, food fam! As someone who literally lived across from Little Italy in NYC and has spent 15 years in North Carolina, I've got some tea to spill about V Pizza in Brier Creek, and it's piping hot! ambience is always as beautiful as you expected! Y'all, I used to ride HARD for this place, but today's experience was more tragic than my ex's Instagram stories. Let me break down this horror show: First up: The Meatball Sub (no cheese) * Bestie, these meatballs were giving "been here since last season" vibes * Not even during closing time - this was FRESH badness * One bite and I was done faster than a TikTok trend * They really said "no refunds" like we're in 2005 The Sausage and Pepper Situation: * My cousin's face after one bite? More horrified than someone watching their text bubble disappear * The onions and peppers were serving "forgotten in the back of the fridge" realness * That plastic bag taste was stronger than my coffee this morning * The whole thing was giving "science experiment gone wrong" Look, I'm not trying to be that person who's always comparing everything to NYC (weird flex, I know), but this ain't it, chief. These subs were more disappointing than when your favorite show kills off the main character. Miss Rachel The onions and peppers? Looked like they were preserved from two weeks ago and were having a whole identity crisis in that plastic bag. The refrigerator taste was stronger than my mom's disapproval of my life choices. Bottom line: V Pizza went from "you need to try this" to "you need to run from this" real quick. This experience was more traumatic than my middle school photos. And that's on periodt. Save your coins, besties. This ain't the move anymore. And to V Pizza - my DMs are open if you want to know how to make a proper Italian sub. Just saying... ‍ P.S. - The audacity to serve this food and act like it's giving? Nah, we're not doing that in 2025.

Some of the best pizza in the area, great staff who truly care and the best part it's all consistent! Our family has been coming here since they opened and quickly realized this was our new go to pizza place in the area. The quality of the ingredients really helps to set a solid bedrock, but it's the creativity with the weekly specials and the solid staples that keep us coming back.

Delicious pizza! Somewhat expensive but worth it in my opinion. I can tell they use quality ingredients. I want to come back and try the wings, they look amazing!

I'd never heard of Firehouse Subs, but I'll tell you a secret about them. If you go to their…read morewebsite, enter your birth date and other information they promise to send you a coupon for a free medium sub. Well, they sent me one for my birthday this year. It came a little late after my birthday, but I've been holding onto it for a convenient time to use it. Last night I was in Brier Creek so after a study session I dropped by to get myself a sandwich. Bright red with firehouse and firefighter decor from the walls to the condiments to the theme of the subs! How fun! I walked in and they greeted me, "Welcome to Firehouse!" Why thank you, I thought. I picked out a number 5 Italian Sub and accepted the offer for it to be slightly "involved." An involved sub means that it has lettuce, tomato, mustard, and mayo on it. It might have onions too, but I'm not positive. I'm kinda plain so I just stuck with the mustard and mayo. I went ahead to make it a combo with the chips and drink which would cost about $7 or 8, but my coupon made it $2.81. What a deal! Normally I'd grab my sandwich and go, but there weren't too many people and the guys working there were so kind so I thought I'd stay. I'm all about welcoming people and making them feel good, so it's nice for others to do the same. It makes you feel like you belong, which is why I found a corner to set my books down and pull out my laptop. Not too long later one of the young men in there who'd made my sub brought me my food. I was surprised and apologized for not coming to get it, but he said, "No, I figured I'd bring it to you since you're keeping us company in here tonight." Served with a smile. :) My sub was cut neatly in half and was made perfectly. Just the right ratio of mayo, mustard, Italian dressing with the ham, proscuitto, provolone, and whatever else of Italian meaty goodness was on there that I lost track of. Not too long after that the gentleman who must have been the shift manager came in. I'd called before coming to ask if they had wireless internet. He asked if I was the one who called and when I was responded yes he asked if I could access it. I told him that no it wasn't working, but that was okay. He apologized for it not working properly and I reassured him that I'd probably work better without it for now. The third gentleman, who had taken my order, was now cleaning up and paused to say to me..."oh, Happy Birthday by the way." He'd read the card I'd brought in. How kind. I didn't have the heart to tell him that I'd been holding onto this card since mid June and my birthday was almost 4 months ago. All 3 of these young men were so very kind, diligent, welcoming, and such attentive individuals. I don't live too close so I don't see myself going there too often out of convenience, but what a great experience I had. Very genuine. A man was waiting with his little daughter for her food and they were talking about how she could be a firefighter even if her Dad didn't want to be one. The same gentleman who brought me my food brought her a firefighter hat and she smiled. Then after the father and daughter left he noticed my smile and said, "wasn't she just the cutest?" I said, "Yes, she was." There was such character and there were all kinds of interactions that I observed while working and eating in there for an hour. I will say that it's a little higher priced than your regular old Subway, and I don't think there's a million of them. They're open everyday from 10:30am until 9pm. The sign on the door said it was founded by firefighters in 1994. Again, so neat and how fun is that?

How hard is it to NOT put mayo on an $18 sandwich?????????? I asked for no mayo. He rung up "no…read moremayo", and guess what! The sub has mayo. I'm going to return this same exact sub tomorrow to get my money back. Make these subs cheaper if you're not going to listen to your customers. Jersey Mike's has better sub for cheaper and they actually listen to your order. Thank you TrashHouse Subs. Only time I'm going here again is to complain about my order in person and get my money back. How hard can it be to fix a sub in the correct way when I'm the ONLY customer in the building? It shows a lack of care. Makes me wonder what other issues are going on behind the scenes. If you all wanted to scam me out of $18 then next time just take it at the door as soon as i walk in.

Each one was 11 inches, so they are about a small to medium size. First was the Rustica with prosciutto, mozzarella, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, and roasted garlic spread on an olive oil base. I omitted the black olives. Pretty good flavor. I think if anything, some roasted peppers or sun dried tomatoes would have added a little sweetness and pop of color. My other selection was the Bronx Bomber. Spicy Italian sausage, prosciutto, mozzarella and gorgonzola with marinara and fresh oregano. Really good flavor and I was worried that the gorg would overwhelm the rest of the pizza. Thankfully, that did not happen. The ingredients were well proportioned. Not the best pizza I've ever had, but solid quality. And good job on leaving the olives off! And they have a nice bar with a number of draft beer options too.

Rating based on: consistency, cleanliness, quality, taste, and presentation…read more Right, so here's the thing - I absolutely slaughtered this place with a 1-star review that was so brutal it probably made Gordon Ramsay look like a motivational speaker. But here I am, eating crow (and significantly better pizza), because I've been back NINE times since that disaster of a first visit. Yeah, nine. I know what you're thinking - "mate, that's borderline obsessive" - and you'd be right. But my sister wouldn't shut up about it, so I figured I'd give them another shot. Or eight more shots, as it turns out. Look, I'm not some easily impressed food blogger who throws five stars around like confetti at a wedding. I went back nine times specifically to catch them slipping, to find that one thing I could tear apart and justify my original review. Spoiler alert: didn't happen. The place has been impeccable and spectacular every single time, which is honestly a bit annoying because I had some cracking insults lined up. Let's talk about the WINGS - not some grotesque jumbo-sized monstrosities, just proper-sized wings, extra crispy, wood-fired like it's 2026 and we've finally evolved past deep-fried oil baths. Magnificent stuff, really. The PIZZAS? Not too heavy, which means you won't need a forklift to get off the couch afterward, but they still fill you up. And here's the game winning shot like if I was Anthony Edwards - spend one or two dollars more than you would at some processed junk factory like McDonald's, and you're eating actual quality food. Revolutionary concept, I know. I've demolished about 90% of the menu at this point (again, borderline obsessive), and even the SALADS are fresh if you're one of those diet people. My go-to is still the classic CHEESE PIZZA - five stars, no notes. But the real MVP? That delicious BARBECUE CHICKEN PIZZA with crispy onions. Scrumptious. Also tried the MINIATURE PEPPERONI PIZZA and KOREAN-STYLE MEATBALLS with a bread basket - all absolutely based.. 6-7 The customer service is on magnificent., the place is immaculate and clean, and the owner's a sweetheart who clearly knows what they're doing. I keep showing up hoping to find something wrong so I can unleash another scathing review, but honestly? They deserve every bit of these five stars. Now is it the Best pizza I ever had NO I would be lying.. has it been consistently good yes.. So there you have it - I'm a tough critic who got proven spectacularly wrong. The prices are reasonable, the quality is excellent, and if you haven't tried it, stop being a muppet and go already. Five stars. And I'm not happy about being this positive, but there we are.

"Good chicken option in Brier Creek"…read more Came here on a Sunday just after noon. The place was really quiet, and a bit dark-- the outside sign said they opened at 1pm, but they were clearly open at just after 12:00pm. One orders at the counter, and they bring you the food. I ordered the "tender bowl" with the mildest sauce and with salad as the base rather than rice. My dining partner had a chicken wrap and fries. I was a little sad that, when I asked if I could have "half-rice and half salad", the cashier said no... didn't seem like an unreasonable ask, but whatever. Food came out in maybe 10 minutes. The bowl was a lot of food-- I was glad I didn't have a fully rice one, or else I wouldn't have been able to finish it. The food came with a small sauce, but it had dairy, so I asked for an alternative, and they provided one with mayo & hot-sauce that was quite tasty. Quality was good. The tenders tasted fresh, and the batter wasn't overwhelming as is often the case. The arugula was good. The salad base was fine. And again, a lot of food. The chicken wrap my dining partner has was also quite good, and the fries came with a very spicy seasoning that tasted yummy. Establishment was clean-- I used the restroom too and it was fine. Price was quite fair for the quantity and quality of food we got. Overall, a good option for chicken, and a not-overwhelming lunch at a decent price, in the Brier Creek area.
