Amazing job making vegan food taste like authentic Asian dishes. Have eaten here several times when visiting friends in Denver and both times were equally good. Amazing! Stopped in on a work trip and found the sweetest people working there. They recommended the pad Thai and it was beyond delicious. The Ambience is nothing special. It has a fast food vibe where you go up to order your food and seat yourself though that is not a deal breaker. The woman at the front counter was very friendly and she suggested the trio bao meal that came with 2 mushroom baos and 1 "chicken" bao. Wasn't a fan of the mushroom bao since the mushrooms tasted like from a can. Also ordered the vegan cheese wontons which was very good. I would come back and order something else next time I'm in the neighborhood to give it another chance. read more

Tried this place becauase one of my best friends is vegan while I'm a meat lover. That said, the food was incredible. I partiuclarly loved the steamed dumpling (we tasted both the mushroom and the kimchi one) and I had the Drunken Noodles with Tofu which were fantastic. The interior is cute and makes for a nice casual dining experience. If you're there, try the Korean Green Tea, brought me back to all my Asian travels. The only negative thing I noticed is that the food is served in to go containers and that creates a lot of plastic waste. I'm so happy to have found this place! I had the kimchi beyond dumplings and shared some sesame balls with my friend. They were spicy and so flavorful, and the sesame balls had a subtle sweetness that left me wanting more. I need to come back considering that this is pretty close to where I live. Not sure why there are so many good reviews. We ordered Vushrooms, drunken noodles, green power dumplings, and a miso ramen bowl. Everything was okay. The Vushrooms were even a bit chewy. They seemed more like vegan fried squid. But the worst part is that everything is served in a to go container when you're dinning there. We had to ask for chopsticks, because the plastics forks were unusable. Honestly, we didn't finish our food. It was just meh. The "pork" is vegetarian, not vegan. read more

Looms great online but the reality is underwhelming. I had the orange beef. There was a weird flavor in the sauce or plant based beef. Nutmeg maybe? Can't remember what my husband got but he was less than impressed as well. We don't eat beyond brand plant based products so that is also a turn off as many of the choices use beyond brand. We won't be going back. I would have rather gone to a Chinese or Thai restaurant and ordered a meal with tofu. I don't see this place staying alive since it won't be attractive more than nonce to vegans and definitely won't attract meat eaters. read more

The bao buns are the best part. However the noodles are of poor quality. Tried the drunken noodles and Dan Dan noodles. Both noodles were similar to a microwaved TV dinner quality. The Dan Dan noodles were SOOOOOO spicy. There was not a toggle on Grubhub to select a spice level. Perhaps add notes to your order if you are spice sensitive. I couldn't eat my order of Dan Dan noodles because it was just too spicy. Also very salty. Whatever the sauce is that comes with the fries is was great. I believe this place has only been open for a few months, but I just found it when browsing through DoorDash! I'm always happy to see a vegetarian/vegan friendly restaurant open in the neighborhood. We ordered the vushrooms, hot and sour soup, beyond dan dan noodles, and spring roll noodle bowl. Like most reviews mentioned, the salt and pepper mushrooms were amazing. This is actually the first time I've had hot and sour soup since I've been vegetarian, and I was excited at how authentic it tasted! The consistency was a tad bit thick, but overall a nice surprise! My dan dan noodles were pretty good, but extremely salty and a bit overseasoned... A dish that kind of lingers in your mouth for hours after you've eaten it. I'll definitely be back to try some other items on the menu. read more

Really expensive and super mediocre. I ordered the pork belly boa and whatever the substitute pork was made of, was completely off putting. It had the consistency of jello. The orange chickin' bao was also pretty medium. It was two chickin' nuggets in a boa with hardly any sauce or toppings on it. The final part of my order was the wontons. The sweet and sour sauce that came with it was the kind in a pre-sealed package and there was absolutely no flavor in the wonton filling. Panda Express has better wontons and sweet and sour sauce for 1/2 the cost. Needless to say I probably will not be eating here again. Plant based Asian food - and really really great plant based Asian food at that! The food is incredible, fresh, homemade, didn't miss the meat. The beyond meat katsu in the teriyaki bowl tastes like duck; super unctuous and satisfying. Salt and pepper mushrooms have a tempura-like batter and are still crispy when taken home 1 mile away. Let me add that take away fries can be a soggy situation yet these were hot and great even after the 10 min commute. Pad Thai also did not disappoint, loved the extra sprouts! Ordered the vegan orange chickin BAO as a "let's try something new" knowing there was enough food in case, and that was the hit! So much so there was a serious discussion about going back and ordering another! So impressed, with the flavor and the texture and the bao! Highly recommend this item and the restaurant! As a vegan you hate to do this. Post a less than stellar review. The drunken noodles were just plain soy sauce noodles with few bits of vegetables. Mostly red pepper and shredded carrots. The tofu was over cooked and chewy. Nothing we had was spectacular or anything we'd order again. Much better vegan places to spend your dough. read more

Awesome food. Need to be more generous on the sauce with the trumpet mushroom sauce . Should have a heat / spice option on menu:) Also I noticed at close which is 9pm it seemed rushed we arrived at 8:40pm drove 45minutes and almost did not order because of the way she worded they were closing ( another guy came in right after us and left because of the communication giving an unwelcome sense he quickly left. I want this place to thrive so hoping my comments help you with the customers service:) a water dispenser would be another welcoming and time saving idea instead of filling cups from behind the counter:) read more

Talk about some of the best vegan food in the Denver area!!! The cheese wantons and crispy Brussel sprouts are a must try but honestly everything I've ever tried from this place has been amazing. A super helpful friendly staff, they are always so welcoming and have great recommendations if you aren't sure what to get. I've only eaten in a couple of times but every time the food comes out quickly and there is plenty of space to sit without feeling crowded. Absolute comfort food for me and I don't know any other place in Denver that has as many vegan options as this restaurant. Shoutout V Revolution keep killing the game!! read more
