Awesome vegan and vegetarian Asian food experience in Denver! Bao buns were such a treat, as was the orange chickin! Going off of the chickin dish (and using that to compare to other places) it was really delicious! The chickin pieces were really crispy and kinda chewy (in a good way), and the sauces were tasty and made thick enough to really stick to what you were eating. The bao buns were a treat! The plum sauce and the kim chi brought the pork belly bao to another level. Most everything I could observe on the menu was vegan with a few vegetarian-only exclusives, and even some gluten-free options as well The only criticism I have (if you can call it one) is the menu is a bit confusing when you are in the restaurant. Some of the icons are too similar in shape and color to see what is going on but other than that, I haven't been to any vegan Chinese places this good in the Denver area. There are some great places with vegan and vegetarian options, but if you really want to go somewhere that nearly completely vegan, this is your place! read more

So this restaurant isn't fully vegan, but it's quite close. We had the edamame, dumplings, orange chicken, and crab wontons, and the spicy crispy beef bowl--all of these times were vegan. And all of them were good! We were deciding between the beyond dumplings and the green ones, and I kind of wish I got the beyond ones. The green ones were good, but I think beyond ones would be better. The inside is super spacious. And there's a bit of outdoor seating as well. The restaurant is well kept and clean. I'm sure it was just what I ordered, but I wasn't impressed. The crispy brussels sprouts were tasty but they're not regular brussels sprouts - they're brussels chips. Just not what I was expecting. I bet this would taste great atop a loaded baked potato or something. The crispy sprouts by themselves was a bit unsatisfying; it felt like something was missing. The V Kale Salad was just meh. We tried, we really did. I was looking for a healthy place to eat a lunch while driving from the airport to Created Butte. This place popped up with good reviews and an interesting Asian menu. We would have sat outside, but it was too hot, so we sat as far away from the kitchen as possible. I had a hard time finding this place even with my GPS on, make sure you really look before turning or you will have missed it! God thing there are parking spots in front. Space is open and like a fast casual. I sure was curious about an Asian vegan joint. Everything is standard. From the pad Thai to the appetizers. I really enjoyed the "chickin" on my pad Thai and was glad they didn't take away the tofu (so it wasn't like a "substitute", more like an "addition"). The owner is a very sweet mandarin speaking doll. She'll make you feel so special for coming in. It's hard for me to rate a vegan spot 4 stars/beyond as I'm a carnivore. Wow! This place is amazing. I just moved to the area and thought I'd check this place out. I will definitely be a regular! There is plenty of seating inside but I think most people do pick up or delivery orders. The menu is huge and there are so many options to choose from! I was a little overwhelmed so I asked the employee what she preferred between a couple of items. She recommended the spicy Korean bowl and it was amazing! The flavor was fantastic and the tofu was perfectly crispy. The cashier came and checked on me during my meal and was both friendly and attentive. I was really looking forward to trying V Revolution. On 9/25/23, we showed up 30 minutes before they close hoping to grab a quick bite after a long day. However, we were told the kitchen had closed and their menu was now limited to a few things. Having worked in the food industry, I think this is just bad practice and poor service. They turned off their open sign as soon as we left at 8:35pm when their hours clearly state they close at 9. Not sure if I'll be back to try them out nor can I recommend them to others.
