    2024 Rang Rover Sport

V2LACC were exceptional in helping us find the exact 2024 Range Rover Sport we were looking for at he best deal possible, Elliot went above a beyond and his communication and customer service exceeded our expectations. We will be leasing all our future cars through them. By far the best car buying experience we have ever had!!!!

Driving home with my baby! Thank you guys you rule!

With a six of months left on my lease I started looking around online for a new car. I also called multiple dealerships to find out the price on a new Cayenne. Every place I called said the same thing to me "come on in and we can go over it". All I wanted was the price and even telling them I knew my fico score I still got mumbo jumbo to "come on in". As anyone knows once you're in the dealership it's like you're caught in the spiders web. You get the same thing 'what do we need to do to get you in the car today". I am way too lazy to drive around to multiple dealerships and have them call me repeatedly day after day to see if I am ready to buy. I called the LA Car Connection and was able to get a quote over the phone. I got the buyout numbers on my car as well as how much the new Cayenne would run me. I was able to get multiple prices depending on what I wanted to do which made its way easier. I wasn't 100% ready to step up to the plate yet so I said thank you very much I will be in touch. While they had my name and number I didn't get the multiple phone calls from them asking if I was ready yet or come on in we have this special running today. I changed my mind multiple times over the next couple of months as to the color, model, and options and each time I called them they were straight forward with me and I never felt like I was being pressured or pestering them. I finally decided on the color and package and told them what I wanted. Within a couple of hours I got an email with the exact car that I wanted. The icing on the cake was the car had extra features that I wasn't even looking for and there was no up sale the car was still at the same price he quoted me. I said done deal gave them my information over the phone and he said the car would be the next day. I got the call that she was in (yes all my car's are she's) and went to pick her up and sign the documents. When I got there I met Eric the owner who was really nice, not your typical car salesman. They had some amazing cars inside including an old formula one race car. After talking about the different cars in his showroom for about 30 minutes we went in to sign everything for my Cayenne. I was waiting for the "up sale" of this or that and there was none, it took no longer then 10 minutes to sign the doc's and that is including chit chat about this or that. I was the easiest car buying process I have ever had. Eric showed me everything about my car and hooked up my bluetooth and away I went. Happy as a clam! I won't mention any dealerships but all I will say is their price on my Cayenne lease was 2,000 less down and $200.00 less per month than any other quote I had received. I got the exact color and model plus extras for the exact quote he gave me. The process was easy and simple and I will use them again for sure.

Thank you Eric Brooks and L.A. Car Connection! Not only did you make swapping out my old car for the new one completely stress-free, you secured the car I wanted at the best price with in 100 miles. I appreciate all of the time and attention you gave me, making sure I would be happy with the choice of car, as well as the live tutorial on it's features once it arrived. You truly are the best in the business, in addition to an honest, sincere, great guy!

    Our new beauties!!!

Updates: After speaking with the manager, they decided to honor the $500 test drive discount and the ad price, no add ons. Even held the car for me for a couple days, and stayed solid despite other interested buyers. Important notes Niko - Great salesman in the sense that's hes not super pushy and allows me to really feel comfortable and run my full PPI inspections and any other tests in order to feel good about buying the car. No more bait and switches after we agreed on an out the door price. One of the few honest ones out there. Managers Bryan Nguyen and Jan Jazwari were fantastic, kept to their word and helped me out. Super friendly, good on the negotiations, and held strong on our agreed price and when I would come in the pick up the car even after other interested buyers came in (Negative) Tim - Super pushy and shark like finance person. Tried to force me to sign and buy the car before I could come in to inspect the car and semi-tricked me by saying if I signed the documents and I dont like the car and it couldnt pass PPI, I wasn't on the hook, even though that was clearly not what was on the documents. Not super friendly, and I had to have Niko and Tim step in a room for a 3 way call and me to get very confrontational with Tim to call him out on his BS and for him to back off and honor the hold that the managers and I had agreed. In the very end, he tried to gaslight me by saying that he "never forced me" to sign any documents and wouldn't sell the car from under me when that was clearly the implication (said he had multiple interested buyers and wanted the car for his own daughter if I didnt sign). At the end of the call he said something along the gist of "well I dont control the holds so if sales said they would honor the hold, I guess you are good" and "I guess you dont have to sign". Too bad he controls all the final payments which were painless after I came in and actually finalized the agreements. Not a great guy to deal with if you want an honest seller, so I would watch out for him.

Pretty much everything about the experience there was so much better. The 40k mile service is basically a glorified oil change (oil change and new cabin air filter) I was a little early but was still checked in quickly and professionally by Tony prior to my actual appointment time. He clearly informed me of the work to be done and an approximate time it would be done. While waiting in the lounge a technician came in and gave me a spare set of keys he happened to have that fit my brand of roof rack mounts. That was unexpected but cool. The service was done quickly but the best part was that while checking out I was simply told that it was all green lights on my vehicle nothing additional was needed. I was honestly expecting a Jiffy Lube style full court press to add additional services. All in all, great experience.

The people here at BMW treated us with nothing but respect from the very beginning. Other dealerships lost good customers because they ignored us or snubbed us as "less than". All we were looking for was a dealership to treat us with respect and we would make it happen. The men and women here at Rusnak made that happen. Gabe met us at the door with a huge smile and a welcoming presence. We knew exactly what we were looking for and he let us test drive a pre owned m4 competition. The moment we drove it we knew that is what we wanted. We looked at the new inventory and found the exact build we were looking for and it just so happened to be on the lot upstairs. We are now the proud owners of a 2027 BMW M4 Comp Xdrive. Thank you Gabe for the amazing sales experience. Thank you Nancy for the incredible finance experience. And thank you Leo for the great trade in value for our vehicle! We will definitely be coming back here for our next M BMW

I had planned to wait for what should be a 30 minute service, but was informed that because they were backed up and it was so close to lunch, my car wouldn't be ready until at least 2:00. It ended up being closer to 3:00. At least Rusnak paid my Uber transportation home and back. The Service Advisor tried to sell me on two additional services because "they were almost due". Rear brake pads replacement ($327) and Brake fluid flush ($325). I declined both and later verified using my car's computer system that these services were not due for 8,000 miles and 4 months respectively. 8,000 miles is more than I drive IN A YEAR. Rusnak's service department is not what I would call reputable. By offering me a discounted ($120) oil change, they attempted to add on additional services that were not even close to being due. While I've never had a complaint with the actual work done by their service department, beware that they might try to sell you on additional services not needed.

He specifically told us it would be ready the following week when we needed it and that we could simply come in, leave the deposit, and pick it up. I drove 30 minutes to the dealership at the agreed time. The salesperson wasn't there, and apparently no one else knew anything about the arrangement. Then I spoke with the "manager," David. Instead of simply trying to honor what his salesperson had promised a customer who had just made a significant purchase from the dealership, he told me that all bow loans had to be personally approved by him and that he had never approved this one. He then supposedly tried to call the salesperson while I stood there waiting another 15 minutes, only to tell me - with a completely straight face - that he couldn't reach him and therefore couldn't approve lending us the bow. All of this over borrowing a CAR BOW for 24 hours with a $150 deposit. It wasn't the bow that bothered me. I ordered one online for about $20 (not the same quality but will do). What bothered me was the complete unwillingness to stand behind a very simple promise made by their own salesperson, particularly after we had just made a substantial purchase from them. They were willing to waste my time, send me home empty-handed, and create this much aggravation over something so trivial. If a dealership won't stand behind its word on something this small, it makes you wonder how they will behave when something actually important comes up. After this experience, their poor reviews make a lot more sense.
