Well, I'm glad this gas station was here and that I was able to find it. That was a good news. I…read morewas on my way to Fairfield so I didn't have the cycle back and go to Richmond and then come back through where I was in San Pablo on up to Fairfield. But when in line, I noticed that the line was not progressing very well and took a long time. It took me a while to realize that that was because there were only two pumps in each lane instead of three. I don't know why they didn't get the memo, but that third pump is a game changer. They need to have this year because those lines were lasting so long. Another issue is that the vehicle behind me was a truck with the camper trailer. When it was done, it could not go around me because it was so big. Another issue would've been have they gone to the first prompt where I was and then no one would've been able to use the second pump. so having a third pump is really good thing and I have no idea why they didn't do that. But the oil was what it was as expected and I got a good price for it so I was happy about that. So, this would not be my first place to come by because of the pump action and the fact that is very slow. But if I needed gas and was in the area, I may consider stopping by. But I know that if I had enough gas in my car, I just go to Richmond and fill up my tank.

And they have a lot of pumps and it's on a side road off the highway that is a lot of times faster than the highway and the people who work here are nice and they have a really good selection of snacks and drinks and even wine and cheese since it is Napa and the family that owns it happens to be very nice and intelligent as well respectful. They also usually hold a little fair in the parking lot every year that's pretty nice with food and giveaways and what not as a thank you to the community. Nick, support your community. I'd give them 5 out of 5 stars. However -- the owner is the complete opposite, and is mainly what the 2 star review is for. Background: I've been going to this gas station for the last 8 years, and have spent thousands of dollars using their touchless car wash, with plenty of receipts to show. Issue: Their touchless car wash usually work majority of the time, but anyone reading this, most likely know that their car wash machine will exhibit a malfunction every now and then. The issues often vary like, low water pressure, no soap, no air dryer, no pressure wash at entry. As most folks know, malfunctions are normal with any automated machinery, and that's okay -- it's not the end of the world. The employees here understand that the car wash will break from normal operation, and they do their very best to try to fix things. I appreciate that they actually take the time to observe and troubleshoot. Given that they recognize me as a regular patron, they understand that something is wrong when I raise any issues to them. Kudos to the staff for having the common sense of understanding technology and machinery. The issue I have is mainly with the owner of the business. He seems to be the type of person who's never been wrong in his life, and his natural instinct is to have a condescending defensive reaction. For the 2nd time in the last 2 months, I've been told to go somewhere else instead of acknowledging that the car wash machine isn't perfect. His main resolution is to offer a refund rather than rectify. An offer for a refund is certainly not a bad thing, but also not the best way to handle the situation. He is always adamant that his car wash indicator at the register isn't showing any errors, so everything must be working well... Being in the Software Engineering space specializing in troubleshooting and diagnostics, I would love to teach the business owner some basic logic, but this would be somewhat pointless for someone who always feels they're right. I normally purchase batches of 2-3 Premium washes, which was previously priced at $12, and was later increased to $14. The price increase didn't stop me from continuing to support this local business. Yet, the owner has the audacity to claim he loses money every time I report a car wash malfunction. With his wish for me to take my business somewhere else, I will gladly comply this time around, but here's a nice review for others to see before I go.

Have been coming here for 20+ years never once in that time have the main people made me feel weird.
