Twice they cleaned my cars while shopping. Purchased package for both inside and outside cleaning. Inside were very clean. Both times they did a good job. Minor details that were overlooked - wheels slight haze from the cleaning. It's definitely a good option while at the mall. Price is reasonable and friendly staff members. The prices on the website were inaccurate. We paid $20 extra to clean our leather seats but they were still horrible. The windows also still had bug streaks and exterior had water spots. Not worth the $100 plus tip we paid. read more

I wasn't totally satisfied. My leather steering wheel was still dirty. I wiped it down myself after I got my car back. And the middle front seat was not cleaned at all. They didn't lift up the console to clean the seat. Could have been better. read more

I saw this at the entrance to the parking garage and it looked so nice. Thy were working hard on some nice cars that looked sparkling so I took a chance. So glad I did. The interior looks like new out of the showroom. All the petrified french fries and cookie crumbs left all over the floor were gone. Even the door jambs were immaculate. I'd give James King and his team at Valet Spa six stars if I could. I came in with a dirty car that had a special problem--some very stubborn tree sap, which was all over the front hood and rooftop. The team did a great job on the car but when I pointed out that there was still some dabs of sap left, James pulled out the buffer and left the car spotless. I had my car washed and detailed on Tuesday while I ran errands in the mall. The Manager and the team worked so hard on my car and it was done in under two hours to perfection. Excellent car wash and detailing! Quality customer service and care! My poor car was pretty beat up- it was shipped from San Diego, CA and when we arrived in Maryland in DEC it was snowing. Since then it's rained and snowed again, and the dirt just caked onto my car. I decided that I had neglected my car for long enough, so after 3 months I took it here (and shopped while I waited!). I opted for the $110 package- which is the most I've definitely ever spent on cleaning my car- but it was worth it! They have a water efficient system and use only biodegradable products that are safe for infant/child exposure. They somehow managed to erase some scratches that I thought were permanent and my rims look like they are brand new. My car has honestly never looked this good- ever! They just opened in JAN and I'm glad that I tried them out. Be sure to tip because they do a wonderful job! I will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much! read more

They other day I wrote a bad review. I scheduled my car online and after three hours (it's supposed to take one hour), my car hadn't been touched. They were short staffed that day. What they did in response was exactly what I expected. They called me personally, apologized, and have me a free service (the exact same one I was originally getting). The vehicle came out beautifully. It was def worth the cost and I would have waited three hours to begin with. Not getting 5 stars because they should have planned better (being short staffed sometimes happens and you have to have contingencies or schedule for another day), but I'm def going back. I give them 4.5 stars. Wish Yelp would let me do that. read more

Today, I went to the Valet Spa at Tysons Corner Center. I did not see this location listed on Yelp, only Bethesda. I think there is not a listing because they opened only this past Black Friday. So to be clear, I went to the one at Tysons 1 Mall. I am extremely happy with the customer service by Gaganath and the expert detailing by an amazing specialist. I selected the $110 service which is the middle level of 3 choices. Car wash, everything detailed outside and inside and wax on exterior. Of course, tires and all. (Inside was pretty bad... 6 months of neglect). They also took off some sticky residue from a sticker on my bumper. In addition, all black marks and minor scratches were washed, buffed away. When I first happened upon my car, I remarked "who are you and what have you done with my car?" My 2012 Ford Focus looked as good as the day I drove her new off the Ford car lot. The great thing is when my car was receiving the spa treatment, I was able to shop and eat in the mall. Painless! I am recommending them to all my friends. read more
