I had some trim that was coming off a window. I found Valiant and couldn't be happier. They were responsive, punctual, attentive to detail and very knowledgeable. After Sam, the technician, fixed the trim and sealed the window, he explained what was the likely cause of the problem. He said he would check inside the house to make sure there were no gaps to cause problems. As he was explaining it to me I showed him another window that has been a problem for years. I recently needed to do some window repairs or replacement at a condo in Scottsdale and my home east of there. I had a couple of companies come out, and they all wanted to replace the windows in the condo. A friend recommended that I call Shane and team at Valiant first. They arrived and inspected the windows and told me that they could address my concerns through adjustments on most windows and replacing the balances on two of the windows. They ordered the parts and were back in two weeks to complete those repairs, and install all new screens. Last year I had a leaking window. Companies told me I needed to replace the entire window. But Shane came to look at it and said the frame just wasn't sealed where it met the stucco.
