I had some trim that was coming off a window. I found Valiant and couldn't be happier. They were responsive, punctual, attentive to detail and very knowledgeable. After Sam, the technician, fixed the trim and sealed the window, he explained what was the likely cause of the problem. He said he would check inside the house to make sure there were no gaps to cause problems. As he was explaining it to me I showed him another window that has been a problem for years. He took the time to look at it and saw that there were major gaps around the window and that most likely what was causing my problems. He did not hesitate to take on this additional challenge and I am 1000% able to recommend this company for window repairs. Last year I had a leaking window. Companies told me I needed to replace the entire window. But Shane came to look at it and said the frame just wasn't sealed where it met the stucco. He sealed the window, and also adjusted my windows, cleaned the weeping holes, and put all new screens in. This year, I'm selling my condo and the buyer wants failed glass to be replaced. I had two windows in the house that were not-so noticeably leaking water underneath the carpet of my new-ish build.
