I had two fairly large windows damaged in the recent hail storm. Shane was quick to respond, knowledgeable, and had a very favorable price. These are windows are in a 20+ year old home. Thus the sizes are special order. The only wait was for the glass to come in which was approximately 10 days. Gilbert and Sam did the installation in a very professional and friendly manner. They answered all my questions and didn't mind if I hung around a watched them during the installation. I will certainly call Valiant next time I need glass repairs. Shane is great! Very friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. He worked with me to get an older single pane three piece arched window replaced that we had broken in a small house fire. Given the amount of work it took--they had to make a template and special order all three pieces--it was a good price. We had a transom window with a crack and the insulation was coming out. Shane from Valiant contacted me right away and gave me choices when he would be in the neighborhood. He came out in 3 days. His bid was less than the competitors. We agreed on a date and time for changing out the window. There was no "I'll be there between 10:00 and 3:00." He needed a week to manufacture the window. I hired Valiant to replace a broken dual pane window that was broken by another contractor (it's a long story). I worked with Gilbert on the initial quote and measurements. To my surprise, the lead time for replacement glass was only 7-10 days. Both Shane and Gilbert arrived 10 business days later and made quick work of the repair. My window was above the stairs on the 2nd story making access quite difficult, but they managed without issue. The quoted repair time was 2hrs but they finished in only 1, which I was shocked by. Being forgetful, I asked Shane and Gilbert if they could install a window screen that I had for the window, after they had already put away their ladders. They obliged at no additional cost despite this not being in the contract and having other jobs to get to. I cannot recommend them enough. Their price was fair, the lead times were fast and accurate, the install was flawless, and their customer service was great. Thank you! read more

10/10 would recommend!! So I am absolutely terrible about remembering to write these, but I really wanted to make sure I wrote one for Shane. I utilized his services earlier this year for some new window screens and a quote on a new patio screen door, and I could not have been more pleased. I've done a lot of renos to my place, so I've dealt with a fair share of people, and he absolutely stood out to me. When I saw Veteran Owned, I definitely at least wanted to get a quote, but as soon as I met him, I just had a really good feeling about him. He looked over everything I wanted done, and even said he'd be able to tune up my sliding glass patio door (which I thought I was going to have to go with yet another company for)! I gave him all of my concerns, and he had an answer for every single one. He even said to me 'I could tell you you need this and that, but you don't. You don't need new unless you really want them.' That floored me; you rarely ever get that kind of honesty! I think I had one more quote that I was getting, but when he left, I just knew that I was gonna go with him. And I could not be happier with the work he did. He put new screens on my window, new screen in my screen door & tuned it up (rather than talking me into a brand new one!), and tuned up my patio door as well, and all for an absolutely reasonable price. He works hard, he communicates, he's honest & polite; if you don't call him for at least a quote, you're missing out on an opportunity to work with and support a great business. Also, for sure gave his information to a friend when she needed some repairs, and to my mom when her patio screen door was damaged. And I will continue to refer him to anyone I can!
