ok, i love burger joints all kinds and this place just hit on my list as top 5 places as best burger joint to try! the prices are perfect and omg there milk shakes are bomb yummmy!!!! the burgers are stacked and tasty and they have sooo many items to choose from i love the variety they have... i literally couldnt decide because everything looked sooo good! and the looks was not deceiving but just as good as looked tasted the same- perfect! i ended up ordering the #5 avocado burger with deep fried pickles and a fruity pebble shake... this was my sin for the year as far as eating goes.. The western bacon burger is very good and I love the strawberry shake I also ordered the jalapeño poppers and I had no complaints. The staff is very nice. I would have given them a 5 star but the drive thru line wait time is very very long (over 20 min) however I notice if you go inside it's a lot faster. read more

When they first opened we would go all the time and the people working there were very nice. Now they have rude cashiers who get annoyed at you looking at the menu after asking for a minute! Mind you no one else behind to order so its not like we were holding up the line. Also it's annoying that they wont open the restrooms for customers where are we supposed to use it if we or kids need too?. This was our last time going. read more

I love the big variety of food. My son raved about how good they are and took me to try them out. I ordered cheeseburger kids meal and zucchini sticks. Loved it! Burger had all the fixings and the size was big. Crinkle cut fries, yum! love fried zucchini and was happy to see sticks instead of rounds.. came with ranch of course. Prices are decent. Drive-thru was friendly.Menu is somewhat similar to Sonic but better in my opinion. Looking forward to my next visit. This new spot is smackin yadadamean? My girl said she wanted to half it with me but she ate the whole thang. The okra is really good and tasteful. Burgers with the sauce is bomb as hell. Get the meal of your choice with root beer and sip as you eat. Makes the food 10x better. I'm so happy they got a variety of things to chose from. KO burger bomb. And the avocado burger bomb. I really wanted to give them a chance I tried them twice if you're expecting to get your food fast don't go here if you're expecting to get stuff outside of regular recipes go ahead and go here they will give you a Philly cheesesteak with mayonnaise all over it who does that after waiting in line for 20 minutes and almost having to leave my food at the window because I was going to be late for work I open up my philly to see that it's covered in mayonnaise. 3/12/2021 My first time here. I ordered the Pastrami sub and paid $7.03 including tax. I got a french roll with a massive amount of mustard on it and some very hot peppers along with a very small amount of pastrami. The peppers were so hot I had to pick them off and throw them away. The mustard was overwhelming. I picked out what pastrami there was and threw the rest away. Really not worth the money I paid. I won't go back unfortunately. read more

4 stars for FOOD. 1-2 stars for time is took to get the food. This business is NEW, i imagine it will improve with time!! Things that need to be fixed asap -- wait time in the drive through. Took me over 45 minutes. But, I will most definitely be back. The burger was a much higher quality than i expected from a fast food place. Patty was not huge but they went to town on the vegetables that came with it and everything was nicely packaged. Fries and burger were very peppery, very seasoned. Not bad, Not great, I would say basic. I have tried them 4 different times and each time I've gotten something different. They have a pretty big menu. First time, I tried the double cheeseburger, no onions no tomato and it was not bad, basic good cheeseburger. I learned that I did not like their lettuce, (not a fan of shredded lettuce). Second time, I tried their chicken tenders basket and I was not impressed, my chicken tenders were cut in half like they checked it for doneness and I believe doing that caused it to become really dry, was not a fan, although their fries are good. Third time, I got their jumbo shrimp basket and also was not impressed by it. They were overcooked and the breading shrimp ratio was 70% breading 30% shrimp, was a eh for me on that order too. Fourth time, I ended up getting the double cheeseburger again, this time, no onions, tomato, and lettuce. I enjoyed it better. My boyfriend enjoys the fries more than anything, as long as they are cooked fresh. I wouldn't recommend anything else but the burgers. I would've given them 3 stars but their customer service is lacking and they take forever in the drive thru. read more

I have a few emotions I'm feeling after my visit today. I work in Vallejo and my co-workers and I love to order from this place because of their variety in burgers and extensive menu. The customer service could definitely be better. The very first two times I went during this pandemic the person at the window did not have on gloves or a face mask. After seeing this I was hesitant about returning. Anyways back to today. I got three meals for me and two of my coworkers. I asked for the fries to be fresh out the grease which the girl taking my order said "oh yeah of course" so I get the food get back to work (I'm on my lunch break) to find that the fries are lukewarm and the order for two of the burgers were dead wrong! My coworker ordered no cheese the receipt says no cheese but the burger had cheese and my burger had two pieces of bacon and NOT pastrami as I ordered. Just left there. Wife had jumbo shrimp platter. I had the knock out burger. The burger was decent, cooked right and fresh lettuce, tomato and onion. Everything else we ordered was deep fried frozen gmo. The jumbo shrimp were the size of a quarter and that's with the breaded stuff on them. The shrimp tasted just like the fries which tasted just like the jalapeno poppers..bland and no flavor. We had to order another burger and split it in order to have a decent amount of food, and we don't eat much. And hey, owner...get with it...frozen fries went out the window a long time ago. It appears like the owner(s) ran out of money and opened before they should have, or they put no money aside for renovation. The place still looks just like it did when Long John Silvers was there, and I haven't been in there in 12 years. Why do you want to look like a restaurant that went under? There are pictures on the wall advertising fresh food yet all your accoutrements are frozen and gmo. You also advertise "Your meat comes off the grill when you order it". It should say "Your meat goes ON the grill when you order it". I too also hope the owner(s) reads these Yelp reviews. This side of town needs a GOOD burger joint. You have but one chance to make a good impression and you are heading in the wrong direction. read more

The only thing i don't like is the fact that they fry everything in the same frier, which means jalapeno flavored fries lol. Their captain crunch milkshake is great and so is the customer service. I've gotten a burger here twice, once takeout and once dine in. Both times I got the bbq bacon burger which was good, but not great (4/5). The 1st time I got fries which were ok (3/5). The 2nd time I got onion rings which were good (4/5). My wife had a patty melt of some kind and zucchini sticks which she said were both good. I tried the Cinnamon Toast Crunch milkshake which was very good (5/5). I look forward to trying a fruity pebbles shake the next time. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had to wait a few minutes to give our order, but it wasn't an issue, but they were very apologetic. We got our food pretty quickly, but the shake wasn't there. It came about a minute later, again, not an issue but they still were very apologetic. They were helpful with questions about the menu. I can't complain about the service (5/5). The place was clean other than a little bit of a mess at the condiment station (4/5). My wife said the bathroom was nice and clean. So while I like this place and will be back for sure, it doesn't quite live up to its 5 star name. read more

This place should be called 0 star burger. We ordered two # 10 Mushroom Swiss & a Western Burger combo with mozzarella sticks. The burgers were cold, but the fries & mozzarella sticks were hot. We were #67. They called 68, 69, 70, 71, & 72 before our order was up. I thought they had forgotten our order. My husband and son were hungry so hungry, they ate their cold burgers. I took mine back. A man came out to ask me what happened. I told him all of the burgers were cold. I asked him to put his finger on the inside. It was cold. He asked me what I wanted to do. I told him all of burgers should be redone. He looked confused. At that point I just had mine recooked. It's a risk sending food back, I've worked in the business. Burger was hot, unfortunately not great. We should have turned around when we walked in. The place looks dirty and old already. Black ceilings & dirty red brick floors. The young female at the counter was polite and doing everything. She is the only saving grace in that place. Spent $32 here and will not come back. Vallejo needs better places to eat. I work around the corner from this place and was excited to try a new lunch spot. First time I came I had to leave the drive-thru line because the wait was so long but it was right after they opened. They are quicker now and I probably eat here 3 times per week the last couple of weeks. Their grilled chicken salad is inconsistently made. First time it had tomatoes, no cucumbers. Second time it had cucumbers no tomatoes with a huge pile of cabbage in the middle. The most recent visit, the lettuce tasted extremely dirty - as in gritty dirt. The lettuce they use is super low quality and the majority of it is the core/stalk or whatever its called. The crunchy white parts of the lettuce. One other thing that is disappointing is their consistency in service. Everyone has been super nice, they just don't consistently include napkins, or even a fork. Also, I have been given root beer multiple times when ordering Dr. Pepper and don't taste it until I get back to my office. I wanted to love this place but for $13+ per day it's just not somewhere I want to continue frequenting. read more
