    We had overall horrible experience with Valley Ford. From the test drive through the end. The truck was filthy when we test drove because it had only been in the shop, not washed or detailed. We decided to purchase that evening so they said they would wash and detail and we could pick it up the next day. We got there and they said it wasn't done so we talked to another associate for 30 min. We get the keys and it's not even remotely clean. They agreed they would buff out a scuff mark on the bumper anyway so they scheduled us to come back for that. We drop it off again. Pick it up. Nothing was done. No buffing, no wash, no detail. They said they were just looking at it. Scheduled us to bring it back yet again to have the actual buffing done. Then they would wash and detail. We take it back again. We pick it up and it honestly looked more dirty than it had been. No wash. No detail. All they did was buff the scuff out. We talked to a manager this time. They apologized and said they had been having issues with the guys in the shop. Jeff, our sales guy said he would talk to them. He called us later and said that they gave him crap and he ended up attempting to clean it himself but that he would make it right. They said please bring it back and allow us to make it right. We took it back one last time. Shockingly enough, still wasn't even remotely clean. The photos I attached to this were after the 4th time we had left if with them to wash and detail. It's still filthy. We talked to another associate because Jeff was gone for the day. He went to get the manager but the manager was too busy to come out. He said best they can offer is to send it out to be detailed or pay us the cost of getting it detailed. We said at this point we will just get it detailed in our own and said to please just give us the money. He said we will put a check in the mail in a few days. That was also a lie. We waited a week and got nothing. We called on a Wednesday and they said they put it in the mail on Monday and we should have it any day. We didn't get it for another 4 days and it was post marked for Thursday, the day after we called. Unreal honestly. We won't be doing business with them again. The whole thing was a headache. All we wanted as for our new truck to look new when we rolled it off the lot. Thats half the fun of getting a new vehicle. Is that too much to ask? We don't think so.

    Ever since the name change from Roush to Valley, they've began nickel and diming for everything. I know it's their right, but places that usually have high priced bills like a car dealer should expect most people to use a credit card.

    Never buying parts at this O'Reilly ever again. I needed a new caliper for my truck, as well as…read morerotors and brake pads. After answer in the questions about what type truck, motor, and did I have hydro boost, to which I answer no, she brought the parts out. After getting the parts and loading them up, I went to get the brakes changed. Holy crap, Celena. When I say I don't have hydro boost brake, that doesn't mean you sell me a hydro boost caliper. When I tell you that it's the front rotors I need, why would you sell me the rear ones? A job that should have taken 2 hours at the most, ended up being a 6 hour job, due to having to return parts to the Westerville O'Reilly, who were good enough to give me the right parts, gave me money back because the front rotors are less than the rear rotors, and I turned in the core to them, and I didn't even buy the parts from them to begin with. I understand confusion, but damn, get your stuff together. Do not get your parts at this store. Incompetently seems to be the way to go. If you enjoy having to return parts to different stores, then this is the store for you. I'll never go back.
